I would not recommend this place. I cant believe i actually got anxiety over the nail tech. She would not file my nails thinner. Even tho I asked her 3 times. She even acted like I bothered her. I will not go back there.

I have been a new customer since they opened up again after covid and everything has been good but recently I took of my first set I have had in literally more than 10 years and I discovered my 3 fingers with yellow I went to my clinic and they said I have fungus and forsure I know the root for that since it’s my hand they have been working on I’m so disappointed if I wouldn’t of got my second fill I would of noticed sooner and could of done something aggressive to cure it and not loose my nails

This is a a hit or miss kinda place. i know of 1 nail tech that does awesome work in good time... if you get or request her... you are good, which is who i think most of the good reviews are for in this page. if you dont, get ready to be disappointed. First, let me start off with their customer service... IF they are BUSY and you come in with an appt. you might as well be a walk in.... i have seen it all 5 times i have been there. And/or they tell you oh, just wait 15/20 min... which in reality, its usually double..its like have some consideration for other peoples time...be honest, people have stuff to do and are in a timed schedule. yesterday i was there, 3 people walked out because they waiting over 30 min. or were told they had to wait until people in line were done even though they had appt. BUT, if they are NOT busy.. then youre good...now as far as quality, it took nail tech approx. 1hr 20min.to do my fill and well im posting pictures so you can judge for yourself... and i was already the for over 2 hrs because their 20 min wait was actually a 50min. wait.. i just wanted to leave already! if you are going to take that long for a fill, cool..but my nails better look good.

Need some improvement of the customer wait time. Best pedicure specialist is lucyand pam

I dont recommend for you guys to go to that place, one she was in a hurry 3 people attended me because she had to do something, second she cut me when she was shaping my nail. And third I payed 39 dollars she didnt even take ATLEAST 5 dollars off because of my cut and in the other places I go they put lotion on your hands when they are done and she didnt do that

Sara is awesome and does great work! Very clean and quick service at great prices. I always get my nails and toes done at Palm Nails. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nail technician. Relaxing atmosphere. Did I mention: very clean!

Been going to Palm Nails for 10 years...Wouldnt ask for better service...Always happy to see sarah and the staff...I recommend this place for nails, wax and facials...

Definitely would not recommend this place, poor service and cheap polish. Never lasts more than 3 days after service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. Been a loyal customer for about 6 years and one day I decided to speak up on why they never help me on time( I call before arriving ) next thing you know THEIR taking people BEHIND me to get me mad. I would rate this no stars if possible

Great attention to detail, sweet and kind as soon as I walked in the door. Their deluxe spa package is so worth it. Been here For an hour and the lady would switch on the message button for me every time it automatically turned off, the massage chair is the best. I always walk out of here feeling like a queen. My nails look fabulous. 💖💖💖

Went as a walk in. Called ahead to check what wd be best time and asked for Sara. Its a busy place but they fit me in and Sara worked very nice and quick. I ask for either Vanessa or Sara, i like hiw they both work!

Always busy that is sometimes a bother in my schedule but the truth is its because they do an amazing job! Daisy and Sara are my go to.. I live the work they do. My only gripe some of the staff rolls in late. Nail not pedicure. So if I get there at 9 Im still waiting for a tech to stroll in but other than that. These girls and gentlemen are on point!!❤❤❤❤💅💅💅

Love this place, have been coming here for years, its always busy so be patient. I have tried other places but always end up with a bad experience. They got new pedi/ massage chairs not too long ago, they also have a little girls chair, perfect for mommy and me dates.

Knows how to care w my nail issue

Staff are attentive, friendly and patient. They sterilize their tools and use a clean kit on each customer, they recently got new message chairs to enjoy while getting pedicure. A lot of nail colors and designs to select from.

Not the best pedicure Ive ever gotten but the way the technician scrubbed down my feet was AMAZING!!!! One of the best feet scrubs I had in a while.

Very pleased with my nails. The techs are really nice and they really know what theyre doing! I recommend this place.

I was overcharged and the lady that did my nails painted them crooked. Once they dried all the different brush strokes were visible. They’re also not hygienic, they’ll reuse the same tools and it’s hard to communicate with them. Not planning on coming back here for their services.

Horrible experience. I was there when they opened and was not helped until 1.5 hrs later. The girl told me to wait and I said no (after an hour and a half) or else Id take off. So she did my nails super fast and they came off 7 days later (got shellac which usually lasts 12 days or more). Anyway, I am done with this place. I love the color selection but the customer service is horrible and price is equal to other places from what I hear. Hunting for a new place.

First place Ive seen with a kids spa chair for your kid.... my daughter loved it!

Went in for a appointment at 7:30pm just for the lady in the front table to tell I have to get a pedicure in order to get a full set, I went in ONLY for a full set and I couldn’t believe what she said I go there a lot and was treated like if I was a walk-in never will I go back there!

Not worth the money. Made my foot bleed.... Did not listen to what I asked for, and then just nooded and pretended she knew what i said to her...

Plam nails sucked, I went in today it was my first time there and definitely my last. I wanted a pedicure and acrylic nails, so I got my pedi but once I was gonna get my nails done the lady was giving me a regular manicure and I told her like 5 times I wanted acrylic nails and she clearly didnt even understand me. So I told this lady to tell her I wanted to put on fake nails and she kept on going with the manicure witch she didnt even finish and made me wait 30min so I can get my nails done so I eventually got tired and decided to leave and when I went to pay she charged me the whole manicure when she didnt even finish and cut my finger so at end I ended up paying $40 for a pedi and a halfass manicure that I didnt even want. Its also really packed in there, i dont recommend this place

I tried them out only for manicure and pedicure. I gave them several tries. But each time I went several people worked on me, One lady would place foil on my fingers to soak off polish, then leave me about 15 minutes. Another would finish removing polish, then leave me a few minutes, come back to file etc. Then another person would polish and do the design. Its very annoying. Who gets the tip? So it would take more than an hour, because of wait time in between someone attending me. Needless to say, I am not going back, I would rather have one person from start to finish and get it done in under 45 minutes. And the pedicure experience was horrible!

I always go there very professional Im very comfortable is a small place but there fast & very busy.

I walked I in for a pedicure and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. An hour later they were saying this to the customers that were still walking in AND they sat a woman who came in 30 minutes after me before they sat me. To top it off my nail tech was not only attending me but the girl they sat down next to me alternating between us!Then she gave me the most rushed pedicure Id ever experienced, rough and harried. Absolutely horrible customer service & workmanship. Do NOT come here if you value your time!

The worst pedicure! The girl that did my pedi dug in my big toes too deep and woke up with them sore and swollen. I went back the next day to show them what happened and they just made it worse.Its been a week and one of my big toes is still swollen and in pain.

This place says it opens at 9am but staff got there at 9:20 . Horrible customer service. Has me there waiting and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Never coming back!

Services is good but they dont sterilized their equipment due to that I had fungus in my hands and feet and my daughter had fungus in her toe I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!

I am trying to think of anything good to say about the lady that did my nails. I came in wanting a full set and a pedi. Pedi turned out awesome and the lady that did it I give nothing but the highest praise. The girl that was doing my full set not only rushed but when I said I wanted white tips she was like oh thats $4 more than the 48 I was already paying, but if I did full color there was no extra charge. Hmmm thats weird since I was some how already paying 10 more than what they were advertising. So not only did she not listen to what I wanted but she also rushed everything so now I have crooked nails and it seems that all my nails are different lengths. I will not be going back and now I have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed.

Me, my aunt and my cousin went there last Sunday, it was a bad experience for me as a first timer. I got a wound on my both hands, and she was rushing. And they should do what the customer wanted. That’s gonna be my first and last visit.

They are not grateful and make you uncomfortable when you say you don’t want extras like callus remover in pedicures, or gel with manicures or after you tip them. They complain in their language to their co-workers; they are not thankful!

Horrible service! Waited way too long while they were messing around and talking in the back. I was constantly told 5 more minutes...I waited an hour (it was not busy) Do yourself a favor and dont go here.
