I absolutely loved this salon! They were all very attentive to me and my 4 year old. The woman was very kind and playful with my daughter.I didnt love my nails but thats only because I chose shellac knowing that my fingernails werent that long? But thats my fault!!The almost one hour pedicure I received was amazing!! Also the towels they put on your legs after the pedicure left a tingling feeling on my legs, relaxing my muscles.I will definitely be coming back!

I came in for a gel refill and Im so happy with my nails. They look so much better than when I originally got them. It wasnt rushed at all and they made sure to pay very close attention to detail. They did everything to make sure they looked as good as possible. Best experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Having a handful of nail salons on the corner of each street in San Diego makes it so hard to choose which one to go to! Ive been here on many instances, somewhere I have just walked in and somewhere I made appointments. All of the times Ive come in always greeted and never having to wait more than 5 minutes, appointment or not. Inside is always clean and they always to direct your attention while youre getting pampered.Needless to say, Ive never had a bad experience here. From dip manicures to deluxe pedicures, each and every one of their staff knows what theyre doing. I dont have a preference on who does or doesnt do my nails because I know all the nail techs will do a great job. Even on their busiest days, theyll take the time to do quality work rather than rush to get the job done. Great customer service!

I love Boutique Nails & Spa.Every time I comes to get my nails done, the technicians are so friendly and do the excellent jobs. Last couple times I had gel manicure and it last so long more than 3 weeks. I can feel my nails stronger and healthier. I definitely will stay with this dipping powder. Love this nail salon. Im never disappointed when I go. The 2 owners are amazing, one of them always does my nails. They always remember me when I come in so I dont just feel like a random customer like other nail salons Ive tried. I would highly recommend!

Wow! This place was simply amazing! Had my first service one yesterday and I will definitely being going back. Everything was very clean and the customer service was unbeatable! This is a place I will be referring a lot of people to.My nail tech was great to talk to and her work was beautiful. Ive been searching for a good Nail tech for a long time...Tammy listen to what your asking for, she pays attention to detail, make sure your nails are done to perfection and to your liking. She takes her time, very friendly and gentle when doing your nails. I will definitely be back :).

By far the cleanest, friendliest, and overall best nail salon I have been to. My shellac was flawless--I only took it off 17 days after I go it because it grew out so far. I have been to countless salons and never had a manicure last but here they really took the time to make everything perfect. This will be my new go to place!

I’ve been coming here since I was 12 years old to get my eyebrows waxed and I have been to many other waxing places over the years (I’m 22) and Yen is the best eyebrow stylist around. When styles changed for eyebrows so did her technique without me needing to ask. She does ask plenty of questions and listens to your feedback to ensure you’re 100% Satisfied.

Long time customer. The staff is very cognizant of cleanliness. They will also go the extra mile for you. Youre not rushed out the door.Recommended!

Im in town for work, and let me tell you, this place is the one to go to. I got a specialty gel manicure and pedicure, and they give you the full treatment and then some. Its such a relaxing process, the place is clean and professional, they do a beautiful job on your nails and the price point is just wonderful. One disclaimer, this place apparently cant add a tip to your credit card (I know that can vary from place to place), so make sure you bring cash to tip the lovely people there, because they are all of them well worth it. I will certainly be back while Im in town, it was a wonderful experience that made me feel refreshed and beautiful when I left.

I asked for coffin and I got square. They were very chunky and there was nail polish all over my fingers, they weren’t fully on my nails either. Never going here ever again.

Nice nail salon, staff is friendly, I recently moved by the memorial area and decided to try this location and it was a great experience when you walk in you get greeted and they ask what service you need. I would definitely come back again. They have a good color selection and the price is worth theservice. They have all types of drinks as well. Very relaxing compared to other salons and clean.

Got off work and walked right in around 5pm.. Was helped and seated immediately. Daisy was very helpful in matching my exact color of Turquoise and she even has a bunch of her own designs.. Lots of choices, I picked this amazing 2 flower design which made my nail style complete. Fantastic work, I love my nails and I will most definitely be coming back! Price was very reasonable as well gel acrylic nails with 2 different colors and 2 designed nails just for around 40$.. tip not included. Well worth stopping in because I live nearby, well satisfied! I have never been to a better salon, and trust me when I tell you I have been to quite a few in my lifetime. This place is #1 CLEAN; #2 Friendly and offers the best customer service experience. They genuinely want to keep your business and make the effort to prove it; and #3 Offer great services with great product. The salon always has great music playing and never fails to be completely decked out for the holiday of the month.

I usually like this place, but this time they were pretty pushy. I was trying to pick out the color for my nails and they tried to rush me and made me feel bad for just looking through the colors. There was lot even anyone else waiting. It put a bad taste in my mouth when I was trying to do something nice for myself. .

Great pedicure! Cute spa and very clean. They do try to up sell you on add on treatments, but they arent pushy. They were staffed to the max on a Saturday so I only had to wait about 15 minutes for a walk in.

Ive been going to this nail shop for around two years now. Ive gotten acrylics three or four times at this nail shop. Half the time I was disappointed. I decided to stop going when the lady who was taking off my acrylics filed way too much of my nail. I could tell she was being really lazy with it. I was really nervous about it because it felt like she was filing for way too long. Right when I realized she was about to hit skin, I pulled my hand back. She apologize profusely and she went back to filing my other nails. She filed too much again on a different nail, but not as bad. Its been about two months since, and you can still tell where she filed. I definitely dont recommend.

Ive been going to this salon since I was 17! I am 27 now and this is the ONLY place I trust that will do my nails the way I want. Harry and Yen are so sweet and make you feel at home every time. I highly recommend this place if you live in the La Mesa/ San Carlos Area.

This is the only nail salon I will go to. The salon is very clean and sanitary. The girls and Harry are great! They offer other services that I need to try.

I almost never write reviews, but I was so happy with the mani/pedi I just got, that I had to. The pedicure is what I was really there for and did upgrade a little to help the tropical, but splurged and also got a manicure . Ive been a lot of places and tried many different nail techs over the years and this is the best pedicure Ive had in ages. I have bad feet and she took extra care to get all of the dead skin off my feet and cuticles. The massage.....well, your legs and feet, but she actually massaged my legs and feet. Amazing!! First time in the nail salon: I was greeted with a welcoming hello how may I help you. I asked for natural nail gels the one that cost $20. I picked my color and got seated, she filed my nails evenly and did a quick clean before applying the gel. I advice her if it was included with the just the gel (as all other salons included this method i wanted to make sure) she said yes yes and continued. She applied the polish as if she didnt know what she was doing. going over the bed of the nail and applying it to the skin, then not covering the tips to seal the color off. I explained to her that she was doing it wrong (as i work at a spa myself the application was not done properly). The end result was horrible within 2 days the color started cracking and as it was growing out i had a big chuck of color on the tops which eventually started peeling off the gel. I called to see if they can fix the problem and disapprove of it. The natural gel nails didnt even last a week (which usually last up to 2 week or more). To top things off she charged me extra for the filing of the nails ($5), which wasnt even a gel mani at the end it would have been and extra cost of $10! I did not want to argue and just paid for it. I would never again come here!! BAD!
