I called to see if I could do a last minute appointment but being that they’re rated 4.7 stars I thought my chances were very low. When I called a man answered the phone and said that I could schedule an appointment at the time that I wanted. I was happy that they had room however when I got there, there was only two ladies both working on one client. I waited for about 30 mins until I finally got helped. Then the phone rang and came out the man that scheduled my appt. Come to find out he’s the owner. He then without asking the ladies scheduled an acrylic set knowing they’re low staffed. She then came and had to be turned away because the person who does acrylic is on vacation. Then the phone rang again and he let whoever know that they could come in now. Once she arrived she was told she had to wait about an hour, so the client left. Moral of the story, the ladies here are wonderful and sweet but the owner is more worried about quantity over quality. Everything here felt rushed. And because of that, I would not recommend nor will I be returning.

My family and I have been coming here for a while now. My dad has dementia and getting pampered by the lovely people here, is always a special time. They treat him (and us) with care, patience, and professionalism. He never remembers having been there a hundred times before so when and they treat him like a king he’s particularly impressed. We appreciate their great talents and endless kindness!

Had a manicure here today, and it felt a little cheap. The place is still looking nice and spacious, but a step down from the grandeur of two years ago. Same with the service, felt a little short of luxury service and true respect.

The nail salon is very clean and theyre very respectful
