The lady I had wasn’t the cleanest. She used her fingernails to wipe of excess polish. I got cut with the nail filer and it hurt a bit. She had her electric filers in Altoids box. I’m not angry with the results of the nails, but I just wish it could’ve been better. I probably wouldn’t go there again.

I had a bad experience but management wants to make it right. It was a poor quality pedicure which I had corrected before leaving but there were still some polish imperfections when I left. I wrote a poor review and they invite me back to fix it. Everyone has bad days, the 2 other times I went it went much better. Raising my review for their customer service and wanting to make it better.

I’ve come here over the years with minimal issues. The last time I came the tech filed my nails down damaging my nail bed to the point they bleed and we’re sensitive for WEEKS! I came into today to have my nails removed by a tech whose been here longer.... $20 to REMOVE (soak off) my nails... Unbelievable.Won’t be back!!!

The girls were very nice. There was just one major issue. I went for a fill last week, and I ended up with three infected cuticles. They were so bad, they were draining and I wont go into more gruesome detail than that. I had to go to the doctor and get a strong antibiotic. I hope by posting this,the owner will address the sterilization of all the tools in the shop.

Super friendly! Got a Mani Pedi for a great price ($32) and both look great! The massage was so relaxing. Will definitely make this my new neighborhood nail salon.

I come here all the time and I love their service. Its not the fanciest place but always friendly and they do a good job on my mani/pedis and eyebrow/lip waxing. I feel like the prices are fair.

I walked in for a basic manicure. I cant think of a single thing I liked, my manicure is just so-so. I got in just as it opened so Im pretty sure her instruments were clean but they were just stored in pencil - like box with clean written on the top with a sharpie. After she was done, they went right back into that same box. I dont think thats very serological.Secondly, she kept asking me about the length and shape constantly saying, Anything you want, Ill do it for you no problem. More than once I had to tell her to go over an area and make it more round or shorten a nail. I had asked for round and short. Not rocket science. And again she would say, Anything you want, Ill do it for you no problem.Cuticles: trimmed and didnt take away anymore skin than necessary. Pass.Length: after multiple directions, short. Pass.Shape: Im probably going to have to go over a few spots with a finer emery board. Fail.Paint: not as sharp as Im used to. With only her own nails to scrape away polish outside the lines, there is still base and top coat on the tops and sides. Main color not as even as I would like/used to. Fail.Price: $14I should have gone to Fancy Nails within the same shopping complex. Maybe next time.
