This place is EXTREMELY DIRTY! it used to be such a well run clean place, now Im scared to drop a clean sock. Someone dropped the ball on this place unfortunately.

Super clean and well tended! Stacies very helpful and friendly. They offer Free Wi-Fi, a Fluff N Fold loyalty card, card-reader machines and vending machines for laundry supplies and coin if you prefer not to use a card. Open from 6:30 am to 10 pm 7 days.

Wow this place has gone downhill. It used to be very nice when they first upgraded, but its like no one runs it anymore. 50% of the machines are out of order, there are food crumbs on the counters, the dryer doors are full of prints and sticky from lack of cleaning . Only 2 of 3 coin machines ever work at a time. Its, pardon the word, ghetto. I asked the small Asian employee when the machines would be repaired, and not surprisingly, she kept walking as she blew me off. She must have answered the question about 100 times already. Sad.

I hate this laundry!, you will not find this felling in other of my reviews. this place is more expensive than laundry machines in my hotel!!!.Old one washers 2.50, then horizontal 2.75 - 3.75, 4.75 - 6.00, 8.75- 9.25 lower prices are for cold water and short cycle.Dryers 5 minutes for 25 cents!!!One dollar wash items here at 2.50.How expensive is this laundry that needs an atm inside!

Good machines, very satisfied with how my clothes got cleaned

Ive been coming here off and on for about 8 years. Even when I lived in spring valley. I now live minutes from there and it hasnt changed much. Even the staff. They are always saying that they enjoy their coworkers and theyre like a family. Ive met the owner a couple of times and hes super nice. Ive had a couple of things stolen however its in a somewhat seedy area known for that kind of activity. Cant blame the establishment for location.Also I feel the need to say that the attendant referred to as the Asian lady has a name, its Nicole, and once she decides she likes you she is very sweet and funny. She just has a little RBF.

They never lose my clothes and remember me and my particular instructions. Wash black with black, red with red and white with white, anything else goes, sorry no pics of this place

I really liked going to wash there. Except for the Asian lady who is very arrogant, nothing friendly! You ask for the bathroom and he says it doesnt work. But security comes and if it lends it.You order bags and throw them away, reluctantly. These types of people should not work in these places.Michael and his mom are very attentive, super friendly.Last week was the drop that spilled the glass !!!the last wash is at 9:00 p.m. She saw me arrive at 8:45 p.m. And she made a nasty face.the last section of machines she said had been cleaned, and the section is closed; and so ?? all the machines accordion them where I was going to wash?She reluctantly told me to wash myself there, that I was always late!She doesnt have to tell me why Im late to wash my clothes! I cant go to wash early!Also, it was not out of hours, the sign says that the last wash is at 9:00 p.m. !!!I have almost 3 years washing my clothes here !!But the attitude of this lady. I cant stand it !!!It is a real shame that they continue to have this type of customer service, when their attitude is arrogant, racist and not friendly at all.They will continue to lose customers !!Luck! Im not going to come back

Laura is so nice and friendly! Clean restrooms too! Great place to get all your laundry done at once. Ive been coming here for off and on for about 4 years and I have never had a problem - with service or with getting machines.

That Mexican Hobbit went out of her way to start harassing me because my clothes were taking too long to dry. The place was practically empty! You should be glad Im paying for it to take longer!

This is my first time here and so far I like it. Lots of washers and driers.unlike other places around here Im not seeing any out of order signs. Thats great since everywhere else has at least half out of order. Washers seem to work pretty quick.

Cleaner than the other place..nicer neighborhood too but doesnt take credit cards and charges for atm or quarters..i didnt ask how much..i just left..on to the next...

I went to this place to do my laundry for the first time and I have nothing negative to point out like some other reviewers. Washer was 3 bucks and the dryer was 2.50 for 50 minutes. Very clean, machines seem updated and the athmostphere is nice. There was a host (or whatever its called) there the entire time and he was very nice. Bathroom inside is well kept. They have plenty of folding table space and there is even a wifi table with chairs and power plugs for people to use their electronics there, and it specifically says for wifi use only, no folding on that table. They have their own wifi with a password provided by the host. A bunch of restaurants around to eat while your stuff is being washed and dried. Inside there is an ATM and 3 change machines that take 1, 5, 10 and even 20 dollar bills. I will definitely use this location again if I need to, and recommended to anyone around the area.

The facilities are nice and new, and the staff keeps them clean. They also like harassing customers. This is the third time I had a staff member harass me, this time because I didnt bring my laundry in before getting quarters (once for being on my laptop and not looking like a paying customer - I had two loads drying - and once for putting my head down while waiting for loads to dry). Uh, what? I had three jumbo loads sitting in my car (~$6 each, including dry). So she decides shes going to watch me like a hawk as I go back out to grab my loads (Im parked right in front). I finally decide Im fed up with being treated like a criminal so I leave. Im not going to be supporting a business like this anymore. I get that you guys deal with weird people in this neighborhood, but you do this all the time to people and its just dumb business. I literally watched a guy put in his load and sit down to surf the internet while he waited and one of the staff starting interrogating him. I think he got the same idea because I havent seen him since.

We found this laundry facility while on vacation. Stop in to use the dryer to dry the kids swim clothes and towels. It was nice and clean. The attendant working in the office was very pleasant.

With the staff, common sense and helpfulness are extremely lost to them. And their bathroom is always out of order coincidentally. This place is ridiculous. I am moving and WILL NEVER go back.

The facility is always clean and well stocked, thebwashers ate in very good shape and the staff is super nice especially Rosa! I took off one star for the inconvenience of the rude a rowdy kids from the charter school that happens to be in the same plaza. They take up seats and are very rude and usually leave trash...

Clean laundry, clean bathroom, good prices, free wifi. Work stations area for phones, iPads, computers and lunch. Several restaurants near by including Vons grocery. Nice people, but parking can be a challenge. Otherwise great place to wash your laundry.

All Machines are clean and kept up. They are missing a star bc the ceiling fans are REALLY REALLY REALLY dusty.

Rude staff, they have single load washers at $2.25 doubles at $3.00 then 5 at $5.00 nothing in between . Dryers took forever to dry machines needed to be cleaned, even just wiped down
