I had my Botox done by Sheena. She is very detailed oriented, always making sure my eyebrows are even. She is great at achieving the look I’m going for. Smooth with a little lift. I highly recommend her!

Honestly have to say that I am so fortunate to have found Jennifer! She makes me feel like she cares about what we are doing and always wants me to feel happy with the amazing work she does! So, this is a challenging review to write. I had Botox today and my nurse practitioner was fantastic.The problem was when I went to check out and presented a Groupon purchase I made in Made for half of my Botox. I have been getting treatments at Revive for over 20 years. The last time I wanted a laser treatment on my hands. I had a consult first and the woman was lovely and said even though I was already a patient there, they would accept the Groupon discount.Based on that, I later purchased a Botox Groupon for a discount. Today, I had services and when I checked out I was told I could not use the Groupon as I was an existing customer there. I explained that I was told previously groupons were accepted even for existing clients. The manager was so unprofessional. Though she eventually agreed to honor the Groupon, she chastised me and the woman who had previously told me they would accept Groupons for existing customers. She told me that person would be talked to because it was not ok and she rudely told me what I already knew which was that the Groupon said it was for first time customers.I have spent a lot of money over the years at this salon and the mission valley sister salon. Never have i experienced someone do incredibly rude and unprofessional. I get it if I was given incorrect information and was wrong, but to humiliate me and say she would “talk to” the manager who gave me incorrect information was disgusting.Revive: you need to rethink who you are putting in “management” positions. She was absolutely not what I would expect from the quality and professional services I have received at your various locations through the years.

Had a series of 2 IPL Photo Facials with Sheena. She was excellent and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She answered all of my questions. My results were really great.

I went there with a Groupon for Botox very unprofessional and discombobulated environment. They claimed I did not have a appointment when I showed them the confirmation text they told me I cant use the Groupon however I called in advance and they confirmed that I can use it in that location the consultation was very poor and at the end she gave me 2 injections and claimed that it was 20 units. Very disappointed with the service I got. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I recently consulted with Michelle for a skin tightening inquiry. She recommended the best treatment for me is a method called Exilis. Over the course of many years I’ve recently lost 90 pounds and have a little sagging skin in my lower abdominals. I am very happy with the results that I achieved, the skin doesn’t sag, and it feels much tighter! Michelle was also a very friendly woman who talked me through the treatments the entire time, and very pleasant to be around. Thank you!

My 1st time getting Botox and what a ripoff this place is. First, the RN that injected me said I needed 30 units but I only had the budget to get 25. She said it was ok, but I was left with a single wrinkle on the left side of my forehead. It has been now 7 weeks and my face looks pretty much the way it did before, according to the RN the results should last for about 3 months... that was a lie! I do not recommend this place at all for Botox!

I have been coming to Revive for the past few years for Botox and fillers and have always been very satisfied. Most recently, Rachel helped me plump up my lisp and fill the fine horizontal lines above my upper lip. She did an amazing job! She took her time, injected tiny precise doses along my lip line, with the end result being my upper lip turned up, very slightly. My lips look fuller in the right places while very natural. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Rachel has proven to be very skilled with me, and I highly recommend her.

Did an IPL laser series. The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. They are focused on safety and cleanliness.

From making the appointment til the moment I left this medidal spa, Id say it was my best overall experience. Wow! Just wow. They even helped me with the Brilliant distinction points, a gift card I had and gave me other useful information.I had Juvederm Vollure put in my lips by Amy and she was amazing. Im a couple hours post procedure and so far Im very happy with the results.Hands down this was my best experience and service from any of the wonderful medical spas Ive been to. My friend used to come with mena and sadly she wasn’t there anymore so I still decided to trust the salon but what a disappointment.

They also have a great selection of products and I know longer have to go to 2 separate salons for my shampoo and conditioner since they are different brands. Revive has it all! After doing some research my sister and I have decided to try out the salon as we were coming from a very good salon up in Newport Beach, We just couldn’t make the drive anymore, I was a little nervous on making this change as we were comfortable where we had been going for over a year! I could say that I am very happy with the change the salon coordinator Megan Yepez has been a great help from the beginning to now, she is very efficient and response quick two emails.She takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns, I could say this is the best customer service, I’ve experienced yet, when I arrived to the salon it was a little confusing how to get up to the salon, the receptionist were very nice and stayed on the phone until I found it, when you first walk in they greet you with a smile and then comes out Rachel whom did my Botox treatment, I am very happy and satisfied with my results! it did take the full two weeks to see the results.I am very comfortable with Nurse Rachel, in fact I have an appointment with her today, her technique is awesome ! it’s like you’ve barely feel the needle she is very gentle and has a good hand, she also listens to what you want to have done and results you are expecting and does not try to upsell anything that you don’t need ! She just gives recommendations, in fact she recommend less units then I was getting done prior to her and my results actually came out better.

I came here during spa week to get the Ultimate back, neck, and shoulders massage. The masseuse was courteous and the massage was exactly what I needed--just the back, neck, and shoulders. It was not much of a deal for spa week ($50 for 45 minutes while it is usually $60 for 45 minutes) though it was worth it, since I usually ask for emphasis on neck and shoulders and get anything but the neck and shoulders. I would definitely go back just for that service.

Erica is an amazing hair stylist and does great with blondes. I moved here a year ago and tried a few stylists and was never happy. Mostly because I have fine naturally light brown hair and majority of stylists cannot process it right and it turns out with an orange tint. I go to Erica for full highlights, cut, and any beauty advice. Not only is she great with hair but great on product knowledge and follow up care. She takes her time and if you feel like chatting she is awesome and will chat, but if youre more of a sit and read a book while at the salon she respects that. Basically she will make you feel comfortable and beautiful!

Avoid this place. All they want is your $. They treat you like a number nothing else. I was treated by a nurse named Cathleen who injected 2 syringes of Voluma with no results at all. She told me to come back for more and that day she cancelled on me 20 minutes before the treatment. Very disrespectful . As a client if you cancel 20 minutes before the treatment you will be charged . Their time is important, but yours isnt. Unprofessional the managers never got back to me after I emailed them which means they dont care. I will not recommend this place. Be also aware of the new nurses Ive heard their botox doesnt work well, maybe they dont have enough experience and dont know to inject in the right places.

This review is for the Hydrafacial. I attended the Hydrafacial open house on April 25th. The event was extremely disorganized and at reception they had no idea how to check out guests who had attended and what should have been a few minute transaction ended up taking close to half an hour while they figured out how to find each guest and ring up the purchase. I booked a Deluxe Hydrafacial for the following week. Ive had this service half a dozen times at other spas and know how transformative it can be. If you have a big event, this is one of the best facials to get as your skin will be smooth and glowing. Upon checking in for my facial, of course the reception staff couldnt find my record and had booked me for the wrong service. I ended up getting the basic Hydrafacial, even though I had purchased the Deluxe at the Open House and it was one of the worst Ive received. The esthetician was so sweet but obviously not well trained. My skin looked and felt exactly the same as when I went in rather than dewy and glowy as has been my experience every other time Ive received this service. It wasnt worth haggling with the front desk over the disparity in service I received, so I checked out and left. Too many other amazing places to get facials and I would not recommend either Re:vive location.

This place has been a godsend to my skin and at a time when I needed it the most. I started coming to the Carmel Valley location for botox regularly a while ago and they have been great. So far, I really like Rachel and Mena. No pain, so much gain when it comes to Botox. I like my botox to look subtle and natural and they both make it just right for me.After years of coming in mainly for botox, I was hit with a strange case of acne. There was no good explanation for it from my dermatologist. And I didnt even have acne as a teen! Coming to CV for peels and hydrofacials has done amazing wonders for my face. The combination of peels, hydra facials and a skin care regimen - all spelled out carefully by my aesthetician has taken my skin from A-Z in merely 3-4 months. I am pretty excited to try a micro-pen treatment soon as well (and will update my review after!)I love how re:vive will brainstorm skin solutions and treatments with you to figure out exactly what your needs are. Their attention to my needs was heart felt and real. They dont push a ton of product on you even when you WANT a ton of product (believe me, I would have bought everything and anything to fix my skin), but instead my aestheticians gave me the right recommendation of moderation and purposeful order for my skin ensuring that I didnt choose any products that could cause another issue.Re:vive stays in contact with me to track my progress, asked me to send in photos of my progress and is always available for me for ongoing at-home skin care questions. I really wont go anywhere else or let anyone else touch my face. Getting this odd bout of acne as an adult was jarring and upsetting, but they really helped me through it with practical solutions that arent only helping me with the acne but also making my skin glow more than before the acne.Highly recommend this place for all your skin care and anti-aging needs.

I booked an appointment for a balayage/cut with Michelle and I COULD NOT be happier. Michelle and Adriana were absolute dolls and Michelle did an amazing job on my hair.

Alicia at Revive in Carmel Valley cut all my babys hair off!!! We came in and asked for a very experienced stylist to ensure a good cut. My son is 2.5 and always had longer hair with curls and we absolutely LOVED it. We went in and asked to keep the same hairstyle, length, etc but to just clean it up a bit. We talked about an 1 -1 1/2. Usually when a stylist cuts hair I see them pull up the hair and start trimming. She was sitting on the opposite side of where we were standing and she seemed like she was there a long time so I got curious and what I saw next broke my heart. She had cut all my babies hair to the scalp. She had done so much we were forced to watch them cut all my babys hair and all I could do was cry. Management told us that the stylist said we told her to go shorter and we did from 1 to 1.5 but she cut off literally 4-5 of his hair. Thats is just negligent. As a parent, deciding when to cut your childs baby hair is a monumental decision and one we were not near ready to do. Every time I look at my little boys bare neck my heart hurts. Even though itll grow back its not the same because his baby hair is now gone.

Terrible. They did Botox In my four head and now one eyebrow is a half an inch shorter than the other and they say they can’t do anything about it. They won’t refund money And tell me it’s normal. I’ve had Botox done over the years with many providers and have never had such a poor result, ever.

So many items for beauty and health

This was my first time having anything significant done to my face, so I was anxious to say the least. But Im SO in love with my lips after my appointment with Mena that Im already excited for my next visit with her.I initially planned to get the Volbella injection, but after talking with Mena about what I expected after the injections, she recommended the Juvederm Ultra Plus. She was very consultative during our discussion so I felt 100% confident and comfortable making the change.For those who havent had injections done before, its not comfortable, but its definitely bearable. Its nothing compared to a piercing or tattoo, but you have to remember to breathe (something that I forgot to do and got a little clammy mid-way through). Even when I started to waiver a bit, Mena didnt skip a beat and made sure I was comfy and gave me a little sugar boost with some juice. She was super sweet the whole time.The procedure itself was relatively painless and Ive been healing well, so Ive been happy with everything overall. I had to wait a couple weeks to get an appointment with Mena, but I dont think Id see anyone else but her when I return!
