Staff is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Really good COVID protocol. Super timely with my service. Wanted to change my form of payment after they had already charged, and nobody even batted an eye at the inconvenience. They made every effort to just be really helpful.

Trisha did laser hair removal for my Brazilian area and she was super nice and helpful. She explained the procedure and comforted me throughout the process. Cassandra was the receptionist and she was super sweet! Excited to come back for the remaining treatments! :)

Tracy, who has been doing these treatments is very personable and professional. Initially, I was little hesitant about the treatment as I have a skin condition called melasma. Everyone here is amazing! From the receptionists to the staff & Doctors, they are all so courteous, friendly, warm & welcoming! Its an inviting & beautiful office too. Ive only come here for a bit of Botox every few months but as with my experiences there, Im sure all their services are top-notch. They always talk through just what you are looking for or wanting & discuss in detail what to expect. Never pushing for more than you need cause we all know these services arent cheap. Chelsea was super nice she is a very experienced nurse even though she is a nurse she is vey outgoing funny and nice to talk to I feel like Ive known here for ever. She makes you feel comfortable and at home she is very honest on what treatment you should get and is very respectful. It was my first visit at Avalon Laser and I could not be happier. Over the years Ive gone to several high end spas for Botox and dermal fillers and never received such care. I was in a car accident leaving my face a little uneven. Dr. Tirgari and Tricia took the time (that other doctors did not) to listen to my specific needs and place products to fix my unusual situation. It looked natural but amazing! I got my hair back! I went to Dr. Tirgari for a consultation because I had lost a lot of my hair and was hoping to keep the rest. He suggested that I do a PRP treatment. Not only I kept the old hair but I grew lots of new hair and that means no more wearing hats. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and their faculty is clean. The best part was that the prices were lower compared to everywhere else I looked into. I definitely recommend them!

Dr. Trigari and his entire staff are amazing and top notch! From the first time I went there I was welcomed with happy faces and great service. Dr. Trigari made me feel like a friend and made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and was never pushy with me to purchase more procedures. He believes in less is more for a natural look and that is what I like. When I wasn’t completely satisfied the first time, he had no problem with me coming back to make it right. I have been going to Dr. Tigari religiously for Botox for about five years, and I must say, Avalon Laser is the best medical aesthetics practice Ive experienced thus far. Ive been to plenty in OC, AZ, FL and LA, and they dont compare. I also worked for Allergan, do I can spot an excellent doctor and staff that is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products. While some HCPs administer too many Botox units to make a profit or too little Botox units due to lack of experience, Dr. Tigari and staff customize it to each patients needs. I never feel rushed, and the environment is clean, while staff are personable and well-educated. Reasonably priced too!
