Wish I can give this incredibly amazing place more stars! The staff ARE ALL SO FRIENDLY!! As a Transgender woman, I have always been self-cautious about facial and body hair. Laser MedSpa made the process so relaxing and comfortable. The best part is that they take health insurance! If you are transgender or know someone who is transgender, then I HIGHLY recommend LMS for all your hair removal needs!

Five months later and after weekly follow ups, I am still waiting for a $1100 refund.I’ve been taken my card details, I have received false refund receipts and I am still waiting for the refund from a promised check that might never arrived.
