I am so happy they opened this location! I have visited all of their locations now and their high standard for skilled providers is apparent no matter where I get treated. I’ve started my fractional resurfacing package here and even though I know my optimal results won’t show until after a couple more treatments I’m already so happy with my first treatment results. Everyone is friendly and scheduling is never a hassle. Plus I love the vibe of this office with the cool wall and pond outside ^_^

I started my botox journey at SdBotox and havent looked back! I have been going for about two years and always make my appointments with Alex, the owner, as he was the one I had seen the first time. Im sure the rest of the staff are great as well, I just like to stick to someone that I know. 10/10 would recommend this place- it is clean, every staff member is incredibly nice and helpful, and youre in and out in 10 minutes. I have only had 1 person doing my injections for the last 10 years, and myself as a nurse injector... Today I went and saw Dr. Roher for Botox in masseter for TMJ and areas for migraine. He is truly amazing! I never felt the injections and the experience from check in to check out was very easy and the staff was wonderful. Just know that as a former nurse injector and working with Neurologist and Plastic Surgeons for many years - this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I RECOMMEND Dr. Roher for all injection needs. His gentle touch and great personality is just what every woman/man who is looking for an injector have. Really a great experience!!! Thank you to all🥰

Staff at Renew Laser is awesome, very nice, accommodating, and my appointment started on time. I do wish I had been given before/after care beforehand, but they were thorough about explaining it now. Christine was my nurse, and she was amazing. Very personable but also so professional, and honestly the most knowledgable aesthetic nurse Ive ever met. I would not be upset if she was my nurse on my future visits!

It was extremely relaxing, with calming music, a neck massage, and kind employees. Its tiny, like many places in CA... but she spent 90 min on my mani pedi. I love it when I dont feel like theyre trying to get me out the door rather then getting the job done well... amazing place, with kind staff.

This is my favorite place to go to for my gel manicures and pedicures the customer service is great. They always ask if you would like tea before you start your service and they always give hand and back massages for your gel manicure. A true gem!

RENEW is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The receptionists are extreemly rude and they will steal your money. I bought a groupon two months ago and completed my consultation. I have been trying to book an appointment with them since, but they are all booked I have called a totally of 6 times trying to book an appointment for laser tattoo removal (which I already paid for) with no luck. I even tried booking a month in advance and now my groupon is going to expire at the end of December and I still cannot get an appointment. Do not do business wit this company!!!!

Ive been a regular customer for a couple years now. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my face. Everyone is wonderful and considerate.

I paid for an IPL, and I’ve had about 30 over the last 15 years, so I know what to expect. Halfway thru my IPL treatment, I told her she forgot to do my nose, which she did. After I left, I realized she never did my checks or my lip. So I went back to discuss my lack of treatment with her. I waited an HOUR to meet with her. She insisted she did it, but I’d remember a bright IPL laser light under my eyes. In short, I don’t recommend this facility. I thought the staff was rude and the technician I dealt with didn’t do a service I paid for. Very unprofessional.

I bought a groupon for this clinic. The nurse Bethany López told me I was not a candidate for services and I should call Groupon for a refund. Groupon will not issue a refund so I’m out $200.I found this place to be totally unprofessional and Ms Lopez was rude.
