Great friendly service. I had a piece jewelry that needed repair. I had to fly out in 2 days. My necklace was repaired and looked great with a very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend CMR jewelry.

No need to ever go to a mall store or a big box chain store when you have CMR Jewelers at your service. We trust and appreciate them.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. From all the reviews you would think this place would have treated this issue better. I bought my wife a pearl diamond neckless for our 30th anniversary and asked for the original clasp on the chain to be replaced with a slightly larger/stronger one. I paid $65 for the lobster clasp they recommended. Not a problem. My wife wore it (3) times within a couple of weeks and by the 4th time the spring in the clasp broke. I took it back and spoke with Arasto. He said he would have it repaired. GREAT! My wife went back to pick it up and Bena said the cost of repair is $20. My wife said there wasnt any cost mentioned to repair the broken clasp and Bena said Arasto told me there would be a cost for the repair. TOTALLY A LIE! And Bena accused my wife of opening the clasp incorrectly and it was her fault. REALLY?? its a clasp and the spring broke. I asked Bena couldnt the clasp have been bad to begin with? Its possible right? Bena denied that possibility. This clasp should have lasted for years NOT a couple of weeks. When I went back to speak with Bena and she said the $20 cost was for the out sourced jeweler to solder a new clasp. That should have been covered by Bena for a bad clasp, but NO she argued and said we had to pay for the out sourced jewelers time to solder on the replacement clasp. She even said I cant guarantee that product. (I have an audio recording of her saying that!) If Bena hired a plumber to replace a broken water pipe and in two weeks the replaced pipe had a hairline fracture and needed replacing again, would she like to hear from the plumber you now owe me for coming back and replacing the fractured pipe. I DONT THINK SO. This is about principle not the $20 bucks. BEWARE CMR JEWELERS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

I brought a cascio g shock watch in for a new band and spoke to Bena. She said I should just get the band myself and she would put the new band on for $5. She is such a sweet and down to earth woman. Definitely will come back!

The price to service my wifes Rolex seemed fair but theyve had our watch for nearly a month. Ill update once we get the watch back.

Absolutely suggested for any of your jewelry needs! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. They were able to fix my claddagh rings vertically split band no problem and polished it beautifully. Everything was done in less than a day and at a very affordable price. 10/10 will visit again

I have found my forever jeweler! Repairs to several pieces were performed beautifully. One in particular was a very special ring for my love. The band broke after decades of daily wear and tear. Bena and her staff - blew me away with the results. After giving it to my love, he decided that we will go no where else for repairs. His ring looked better than it ever did! Even when he received it from a beloved relative that has long time passed - I bet even he is smiling from heaven at how lovely they made the ring! Thank you! The friendliness and professionalism here is just wonderful. Bena even remembers a piece of jewelry I bought quite some time ago - brought it in for resizing after releasing some weight. Came out wonderful too! ❤️

After searching four stores for a type 393 watch battery I tried CMR. They had them and asked $15.00 ea. When I suggest ed that was terribly steep, the surly saleswoman offered a 20% discount because they were not going to have to install them. Though I bought them I was thinking about the price on the way home. When I checked the Internet and found I could get them for $1.50 each from Amazon, I decided to return them to CMR. The surly saleswoman was indignant I wanted to return them and kept $6.00 out of the refund for restocking. Is Ali Baba missing one of his forty thieves? If they are this way with small deals, imagine how they must be with big deals.

Just made my first visit to CMR Jewelers for a battery replacement for my watch. Waited less than 10 minutes for two batteries in the watch and was charged a very reasonable fee. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. I urge anyone with Jewelry needs to visit CMR Jewelers.
