Came in to shop for an engagement ring, and every one was super welcoming. I dare any one to shop around for jewelry around this mall and try to compare the amount of friendliness and comfort that this Kay Outlet provides for their shoppers. I was able to walk out of there as a “I’ll come back I’m still shopping around” and I ended up really coming back for that ring I saw for my fiancée. Luis was the manager that helped me out and had two other girls that were there helping me along the experience. Strongly recommend any one who is a first time ring shopper to come into this one, they’ll help you guys out !!

Went in for a sentimental gift for my wonderful best friend. The 2 wonderful young ladies (1 who was on her 1st day, which I couldnt tell because she was so good) were very helpful, attentive, and very knowledgeable. They made the process very smooth and easy. Will definitely come back and shop with them again.

For the most part this place has been pretty cool. Went to pick up jewelry today from repair and had to deal with Tonya. Lord help you if you have to deal with Tonya, she is a proper wench.
