I personally have a Stainless Steel ring that no other jeweler would touch. I needed it resized 2 sizes larger. They took the time to explain my options and then exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to say how happy I am that I found this jewelry store. I had a loose gemstone that I wanted to have set in a ring that I had. I went in and was treated kindly and honestly about what they could do for me. I was given a very fair price and told it would be ready in a week. I happened to be in the area 2 days later and called to see if by chance it was ready and to my surprise it was! It looks beautiful and I am so happy with it. Robere was a huge help in getting the wedding band that I wanted in a very timely manner. Their website has great variety so I was able to select a few that I wanted to try out once I got there. He had the rings I was interested in stock so was able to try them on and pick out the one I wanted. The pricing was straight from the catalogue so no hidden fees. The normal turnaround time is 4 weeks but he was able to expedite it and I got my ring on time for the wedding (my fault for coming in so late and much appreciated that he was able to make it happen). Robere and his family are honest and great to work with. My wife also got her engagement ring fixed here and her wedding band and she was very happy with both. Would definitely suggest Robere for men and women’s wedding bands and women’s engagement rings.

I went in to Roberes Jewelry last week to get some repair work done on my wifes engagement ring. Her diamond is over 3.00 carats and I didnt want to just take it in somewhere and leave it. I made a few calls and other jewelers that seemed to be reputable couldnt give me an answer whether they would do the work while I waited. Everyone kept saying, Bring it in and well take a look, or I cant tell you over the phone we need to see it in person. I felt like they just wanted to get me in the door. I called Roberes and told them exactly what I needed done. They were extremely helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. They told me I could come in and wait for the repair to be done no problem at all. And thats exactly what I did. I went in and waited for the ring. Now that I saw the operation there, I have built trust with them. Their jeweler is on site, and they have a whole repair facility in the store. Im glad I was able to find a place to look after my specific needs. I will definitely go back for anything I need done in the future.

I highly recommend this jeweler. I needed an appraisal for insurance purposes and Jonathan was super nice and easy to work with. I didnt even need an appointment...just walked in and he helped me immediately. On top of that they did the appraisal for almost half of what other jewelers wanted to charge. I highly recommend this store-you wont be disappointed! I will definitely be going back for any other service that I need.

I needed a very special engagement ring made. He helped me find the perfect diamond that matched my requirements. The quality of the ring exceeded my expectations! When I picked it up I couldnt believe how beautiful it was. It was really nice being able to see a rendering of the ring before it was made, so I had an idea of what it would look like. I brought in my Rolex for repair. I thought is was worth about $5,000. Robere looked at it and immediately suspected more. He identified the model and numbers and looked it up. He showed me the site information and history and let me know it was worth about $30,000. He could have bought it from me cheaply and I wouldnt have known any better. Refreshing honesty. I cant wait to pick it up cleaned and repaired.

I came here to get a ring resized. I just got engaged and really didn’t want to go very long without my new ring! They were able to resize it within a day! I also heard you cannot resize rose gold, well they did and you can’t even tell it’s been resized. Although I didn’t get my engagement ring here I will be back to get my wedding bands made here. Great customer service, work you can trust and they don’t over charge. High recommend going here for your Jewlery needs!

I was in desperate need for a jewelry repair that I needed done in the same day. I was in town visiting family and damaged my wedding ring upon impact. Not only did I need it done in one day because my plane was leaving the next, I didnt know who to trust with my 3.5 carat diamond that I inherited. Its so sentimental to me. I highly recommend Roberes Jewelry. I have had many of my high end watches serviced there and I couldnt be happier. They all work flawlessly and looked brand new after the service. I recently purchased a pre-owned Rolex from Jonathan there and am also very happy with that transaction. The watch looks brand new, was serviced and provided with a 2 year warranty, and all the original box and paper work came with it. And best of all I saved a lot of money! I recently got my ears pierced here and I loved it! The person that did Pierce my ears, Jonathan, made it feel like nothing and the earrings I got are gorgeous!

These guys were very helpful, they were closed and cleaning but they let me in and helped me with my requests. Even gave me an expresso while I waited for them to readjust my watch!!!

Came here with a watch problem, they held on to my watch for a week unbeknownst to me that their watch expert was out for the week. If i had known i wouldnt be getting an answer within the week on what the issue was i wouldnt have left the watch and gone about my business. Even after I called THEM, not the other way around, to find out what was going on they still couldnt reassure me what our when the issue would be fixed. No communication at all, i was out in the dark waiting on nonexistent work. Took my watch over to FastFIX in the Westfield mall and they got it done over the weekend.

I was horribly misled in my interaction with this business. Three days after getting my girlfriends ring resized and cleaned at Roberes, one of the stones fell out. I went back to Roberes and they told me four of the prongs were gone. (If it was so obvious in the first place, why hadnt they noticed when they were doing the cleaning?). Anyway, Im non-confrontational and the woman who worked there told me that theyd offer me a special price -- just the cost of labor -- $30. They gave me the carbon-copy of the receipt. When I came back to pick up the ring, that same woman charged $50! When I asked her about this, she went to the back room and brought the original receipt back -- which now showed a 50 written in black ink, over the original 30 written in blue ink. The rest of the receipt was clearly written in blue ink. When I brought up that the ink color was different and it was written over, she said, what do you think we are? and I told her I wasnt trying to insult her. She took my carbon copy and then wrote over the 30 and put 50. It is horribly humiliating to have to defend yourself in front of your girlfriend as well as other people in the store.This was a horrible experience and I can not believe that this business, located in such a developed and well-off community, could stoop so low. Spare yourself the frustration and shady, crap service and go elsewhere. I am never going to this store again.
