The clasp had broken/fallen off one of my favorite necklaces, which was handmade in a town I dont live in anymore so quite sentimental. The man who welcomed me was very nice, asked exactly the right questions and in less than 20 minutes the necklace was like new again! Very quick and efficient, I will definitely go back if need be.

The old guy behind the counter is very rude and not professional, I simply stated the prices were high based on my experience as a watch collector. He then began sarcastically stating oh your a watch guy but you broke the watch there was no need for the sarcasm especially to a repeat customer. Well I wont be back now!!

Magic Touch serviced my Rolex GMT a few months back and Greg did an amazing job. My Rolex was loosing about 5 minutes a day and now it works perfect, he also polished the case and band which made it brand new. I highly recommend them compared to sending it to Rolex which wanted three times the price. Great job Magic Touch Watch.

I went in to get my Timex watch battery replaced since its still under 1 year warranty from when Magic Touch replaced it. Right off the bat, the person behind the counter said that he cant replace it because my watch is using too much of the battery even without testing it. He said that whats going to happen is that he will just keep replacing the battery and the watch will just drain it. So I convinced himto take a look at it, put a new battery on and see what happens for a $20 fee. I came back after 10 minutes and he said it still doesnt work even with a new battery. I dont think he even opened it because I remember where the hands were and it did not change. I will not be coming back to this place.

The rotor on my automatic watch came loose and started rattling around in the casing. They fixed it quickly, good as new.

Came in with my wife to get her ring resized and a stone replaced. We were able to get the ring back within an hour and it looked brand new. Fast and responsive service at a very reasonable price.

Went in for a battery replacement and crystal buffing. The battery was overpriced and to top it all off he over torqued the screw for the battery plate and snapped off the head of the screw. Supremely disappointing. Never going back.

Worst experience.....whoever the older guy is in there is the rudest ever . Would never go back . Customer service non existent. I would give a minus star if I could . The older guy even said that I’m squaring his time and need to pay 100$ for talking to him. It was mind blowing .

My all time favorite jewelry repair shop. Had my ring remounted and they did a beyond excellent job. I’ve taken my ring to several places and they wanted to charge me over the top Magic touch charged me a more than reasonable price for excellent service. Also most places wanted me to leave my ring over night and they were able to do it while I shopped. Great service, great price would definitely recommend them.

We just had our wedding bands engraved by Magic Touch and we couldnt be more pleased. We dropped them off just before they closed on a Monday, and they were ready by noon on Tuesday. Fast, affordable, and a good job. They turned out wonderfully! I plan to go back and get my engagement and wedding bands soldered together once were married.

I bought 2 watch bands from this place. One has come apart on the sides so I tried superglue and it did not work. I was told that they would alternate between the 2 bands a couple of times a year. I called to ask if I could have the watch band that is still in tact to be moved to the watch, based on their agreement with me, and they said we dont give returns on watch bands. I didnt ask that. I asked again and they said no, there is labor involved. So be forewarned, any agreement, get in writing. Theyve lost a customer instead of being honest when I bought them, that it would cost X amount, or allow it this time because the other band fell apart. I would not purchase anything from this store.

Magic Touch is incredible! I really cant say enough. I have had many mechanical watches serviced here. From Seikos to Omegas, and everything from bracelet sizing to complete vintage restorations. Always the very best. I have, and will continue to recommend Greg and Magic Touch to all in my watch collecting circles.

This place has horrible customer service. I took a necklace there to get fixed only for it to break again the second I put it on. When I took it back for them to fix it, it was then when I was told that the necklace was cheap and pretty much not worth fixing and to just buy a new one. Why didnt they tell me that the first time before I spent my hard earned money!?!? The owner was super rude about it and completely not willing to help me out with the situation.

Abrasive and rude customer service. Prices determined on a whim, I know this because I went in twice and the jeweler could not look me in the face when he tried to double the price on the same exact issue.

Called a few places for a watch battery. This place was closest and cheapest. They let me know they closed at 7pm and since I live 5 minutes away I rushed down, arriving by 6:30 only to find out they had bars across door and lights off. I called the number again and asked if they were open till 7 like I just called and asked not even 15 min before. The response I got was they were now closed. Wont be going back here for any repair on anything

Had my watch battery replaced there along with a ring sizing, they did a fantastic job with quick turnaround. Price was very reasonable, very happy with the final result.

Did a drop in and asked the men to help resize my husbands watch. The were friendly and very helpful and got the watched resized in just a few minutes and for $20 that was perfect for me. Thank you!

This place has the worst custumer service. First of all, when I called to ask how much I have to pay for adjusting my watch that was too loose, the guy told me $10-15 and when I got there, this person say is $20. He wanted to take advantage and chrarge me more than they usually do. Then, I explained him how I wanted my watch adjusted and he was just rude to me. I do not recommend this place. This guy does not know how to treat customers.

You should absolutely go to this place if you enjoy being treated like garbage.I came by yesterday looking to get my wife’s ring resized and fixed and instead of being met with a friendly face, I was instead met with literally one of the nastiest, most ungracious, foul, ill-tempered, miserably annoyed and disgusting persons ever.The nasty man helping me started talking down to me, started getting loud, and started becoming completely unreasonable. He kept telling me that if he resizes the ring and if she doesn’t like it I can’t come back and expect them to resize it again for free. I was thinking, “is this guy for real?” I told him that I knew the risks and just wanted them to resize it. At this point it had become clear to me that I wasn’t going to go anywhere with this guy.I would’ve cursed the man out, but I had my son with me and wanted to make sure that I kept my cool because I didn’t want my son to see me react so negatively.This whole time sitting to the left of me was this other guy. He finally walked up to me after It had become clear that there was a situation. He was able to help me pick the ring size and I placed my order.I when I came back to pick up the ring I said to the owners, “I’m going to write you a bad review because of the way you treated me, but instead I wanted to give you an opportunity to convince me to not write a bad review.”Instead of apologizing one of the men said that his English wasn’t good which clearly was a terrible excuse for his horrible customer service, I could t believe it, what a joke.Anyhow, if these guys want any repeat business, then the rude man needs to stay in the back and never interact with customers. He is a terrible person who has no concept of customer service and is the sole reason why I will never set foot in that store again.

Had water leak into my diving watch due to my ignorance of its heat limits and bringing it into a hot tub. They dried it out and tested it for a reasonable fee and were very quick to call back with an estimate of the labor cost .

Overpriced

I have an Omega Seamaster that needed repair work. I went to a local jeweler and they wanted to send out the watch but instead recomended Greg because he was a certified watchmaker. Long story short, Greg fixed my watch painlessly and quick. Great job on the repair work and I will refer my buddies to him.

Khoren and his jeweler are experts in their craft and takes good care of their customers. You wont find quality like this...makes it more important to keep the small shops in business!
