I bought my Mom a beautiful ring to send up to Seattle ... (I want to say it was for Mothers Day? Or a little gift to show her how much I love her!) The service is Amazing! I visited my family this past summer and my Mother LOVES her ring! Great customer service! Good variety! When you stop by totally get a couple of their jewelry polishing buffs.

I had a small repair to my watchband that I took in (the pin popped out). At first, I dropped the watch off to a business in the Vons Center on Midway Drive. The snooty lady gave me a lot of lip-service, told me it would cost $15 and I would need to pick it up same time the next day. I asked why so much and so long and she gave me a story about needing to fit the right one and she’s not sure they have the right size…bla bla bla. So I left it and went in as instructed the next day and she was snootier and said she needed another hour because she was too busy. I just asked for my watch back and walked out. Driving home, I stopped by your guy and asked if he could help me. $5 and for minutes later I was out the door with my fixed watch……plus he seemed almost ashamed to charge me the 5 bucks. He’s a great guy and I will be going back the next time I need to buy something shiny!

Very helpful. Quick. Wont bullshit you for a little business. Actually talked me out of an expensive repair on a really old omega saying it wasnt worth it.
