My wife and I have been working out in a traditional gym but recently we decided to join a workout community where we could meet local friends as well as get a great workout. P360 is exactly what we were looking for! I highly recommend joining!
Coaches are super friendly and focus just enough on correcting individuals form. The gum is fully occupied with equipment and the workouts are short but pack it the strength training I need. I love this place!
I’ve been going to Performance360 for about a month now and it’s great. It’s exactly what I was looking for with strength and conditioning training in a group setting (and not CrossFit). Every person gets your own space, equipment and squat rack. The workouts are thoughtfully/strategically planned in blocks so that I can just show up and do the routine and know I’ll get a great workout. You get all the instruction you need to make sure you’re doing everything safely while learning and progressing with new lifts and movements. Can’t recommend enough, give it a try!
I used to be a collegiate athlete and have very high standards when it comes to gyms. P360 has challenging, but fun programming and great coaches. The gym is spacious and clean. I’m happy to be part of this community.

I have been a member of Performance 360 for almost 4 years. In that time, I have experienced so much personal growth, some of which goes far beyond physical strength. The community and relationships I have been able to build through the gym has made San Diego really feel like home. I know when I walk into a class that I will be met with genuineness and unconditional positive regard every single time. I was never one who “loved” going to the gym, but through the years I have really come to trust this team to push me to “become more;” More in the gym, more as a team mate, and more as person striving to just be a better human. Now don’t get me wrong, P360 has also gotten me strong AF. From power and Olympic lifting, to high intensity interval training, each workout does it all. I’ve done things with a barbell I never imagined possible for myself, and that’s been pretty cool to experience. There are opportunities to be globally or individually recognized, allowing you to choose what motivational style works best for you. The gym continues to expand across San Diego, with 4 convenient locations. Each location vibes with the community from which it was forged, creating unique, clean, and open spaces for you to do your work. This expansion has allowed the great community to reach more like-minded folks, looking to sweat, laugh, cheer, and play. Thank you P360 for bringing me strength, health, and some of the best people I have ever met. I am grateful o Dave and Bryan for all they have done and will continue to do for our community!

The results are really amazing and quick! Im huge skeptic towards classes coming from a family heavy in training n growing up with classes/personal training taught by my mom for over 20 years.The staff at p360 compared to other gyms has an abundance of actual trainers/teachers/coaches who care, correct and counter quickly alternate moves to support needs of its guests. Im sold.
This has been the best gym experience for me by a long way. The workouts are varied, challenging, and rewarding.The range of people who attend are all the way from complete athletes to “regular folk”, so it makes for a good mix of people. No need to feel out of place. I’ve been to other cross fit gyms and they tended to be either over-the-top, or a little too casual. This gym strikes a really good balance.The bay park location is brand new and very spacious. Signing up for classes is easy on the app and they have a tracker also.After working out at regular gyms and doing the same stuff over and over, it’s nice to have the mix of these workouts. You don’t have to think about what to do, and the instructors are always around to give guidance. Overall, after a few months of consistent workouts I can feel my total fitness has improved drastically.
Highly recommend! The gym is huge, with new equipment, and never feels too crowded. The workouts are challenging and I always feel amazing when I leave. Programming is very well thought out and allows you to focus on improving on a couple key movements in 6 week blocks, while still providing plenty of variety. Coaches are wonderful - super encouraging and really take the time to teach proper form and motivate you to do your best. The community is awesome and everyone is friendly and supportive
Ive been in and around the fitness industry for 15 years now, and this gym is the best Ive ever been a part of.The programming is meticulously thought out, the coaches are phenomenal all with unique backgrounds and specialties, the members here are super friendly and inspirational, and this new location in Bay Park is their best gym out of all 4 locations in San Diego.If you are new to this style of training or even if you are super advanced, the workouts are tailored to your individual skill and fitness level.
I have always been a “workout at home” type of person because I’m not comfortable in a big setting. After coming to P360 I felt welcomed and that the coaches actually cared. Also all the members were so helpful and I really enjoy the partner workouts. I had a baby about a year ago and working to get strong again. I feel like I’m getting my muscle back!

This place is the best! I’ve been hesitant to join a new gym for a while. I needed to get back into working out and get outside of my comfort zone of just running. It can be intimidating trying a new gym and doing group workouts however, after joining, the only regret I had was that I didn’t join sooner. The coaches are fantastic and are eager to help you 1on1, even in group workouts up to 25 people. The best thing about this gym is you go home feeling exhausted yet amazing after only a 45min workout. The other best thing is the workouts are customized to fit your own strengths and abilities AND you don’t have to think about what you’re going to do when you get there. Everything is tee’d up for you ready to roll as soon as class starts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE IT A TRY!
