I’ve been here since January and I’ll tell you what. You get a good workout with the support of others and coach Cesar. It’s not easy but worth it, the workouts are never boring and fun. Don’t get it twisted you will get called out when your are slacking with your meal plan or workout. I recommend coming here.

Best decision made, joined this group 4 weeks ago and have enjoyed every work out since. Coach is awesome he modifies your work outs to what you can and cant do. He pushes you only to your limits never more than what you can do, he pumps you up. He always is aware of how you feel and how your doing, he talks to you one on one and gives you tips and advice on how you are doing. You leave the exercise session feeling great with lots of energies... tired too but the good kind of tired when you have worked hard and you know it. Come check it out.

This place can be life changing for someone that is getting back into working out or just beginning. Coach Cesar listens, supports, and cheers you on. He helps adjust the workout for injuries but he does not allow you to slack. I would HIGHLY recommend this place as it helps get you stronger and back on track. Decide! Commit! Succeed!

Joining this place is challenging but not so much that its impossible. I feel like I can take on the world after class (unless its leg day). Its such an addictive high. If you are a music lover like myself you will appreciate the perfect mix of upbeat old school/new. A good playlist always makes me work harder. I used to dread working out but here my day just doesnt feel complete without it.The current and hopefully permanent coach is subpar to none. He always has an encouraging smile on his face. Walking around, paying attention to each and every person. Correcting form, holding you accountable but at the same time showing compassion with a suggestion when there is an issue. He takes the time to figure out what your personal goals are. Then will come to you a day or two later with a plan on how to make it happen, and even follow up with you. I feel like he genuinely cares about everyone there and wants the best for you no matter what your fitness level is. Thank you so much for that Coach Cesar, its appreciated more than you know.

I highly recommend Camp Xcel! This gym has a great atmosphere with an awesome coach. I hate going to regular gyms because I never know what to do; well I don’t have that problem here because the workouts are always planned for you and they’re never easy! Coach Cesar is always pushing everyone and don’t be caught slacking because he will call you out. Cesar only wants the best for everyone and cares about all his members. If he sees you struggling more than normal he will take the time to come talk to you and see what’s wrong. He will adjust the work out personally for everyone if you have problem knees, wrists, etc., or for instance for me he’s always adding more weights or workouts because he knows I can do more. But I also made the mistake of telling him I feel like I can do more after some workouts ;) I definitely don’t feel that way anymore! I’ve never been excited about going to the gym before but now I find myself looking forward to class or feeling like I need to workout when I’m having a bad day.

Ive been attending classes at Camp Xcel five days a week for four weeks now and have enjoyed every minute of it (even those minute-long squat holds).Workouts include a warmup/cooldown session with the middle portion typically comprised of four stations with two activities per station (eight activities total). Weve never had the same full workout twice, and I complete each class feeling accomplished with just the right amount of sore. These classes have brought me some of the best and most efficient results Ive experienced to-date in regards to strength, weight loss, and overall fitness. For reference, I have a background in various martial arts, wrestling, and strength training. With that, Im extrememely pleased with Camp Xcels program! They also have meal plans for those who are interested.Coach Cesar currently teaches all classes and takes time to learn about each persons fitness level and abilities. He does a great job at modifying activities for each person if needed and is 100% engaged each class. It is clear that he is very passionate about his members, his classes, and health in general. These classes and the Camp Xcel team have far exceeded my expectations!
