Ive been to several different gyms in the past and by far this one has been my favorite! Everyone is courteous and the staff keeps the gym very clean. Not to mention the great price for your membership. If you are looking for a personal trainer, Rich is professional, knowledgeable and all around a great guy to interact with!
Wonderful little gym with all the machines and free weights you would need to traditional powerlifting (bench, squat, kind of a deadlift area). Really kind environment with nice and friendly staff and members. Very cheap price and high quality gym.
Joined gym, now need to use it!
Pretty good gym, close to where I live and only $83 for 3 months. Convenient for the early dark nights when I don’t feel safe running around outside.
Cheap, minimalist, but has everything you need to get a good workout. Only thing I wish they’d change were the hours. I’m definitely a night person rather than morning when it comes to workouts so I wish they’d stay open later - especially on weekends
Great place, great people.
Great yoga classes The owners a little ornery and a little greedy but the rest is okay
You get what you pay. It’s a cheap gym and you have enough equipment to do your excersis. There is enough space and you don’t have to wait on the line. It’s not super modern but it’s a good place for workout! 💪🏻
Been a member of this gym for a few years now. Ive had plenty of experience in other gyms but this one Im proud to call my own. Between my rock star trainer Nick, the friendly staff, and a gathering of great regular members - I always look forward to heading in. They have been working really hard lately to revise and replace some of the older equipment for those who were concerned about dated machines.
Had a great workout
Ive lost 15 pounds so far. Very convenient, but no A/C. Tried to attend free yoga classes but on first attempt heard some women complaining loudly that they had complained to the owner the classes were too large. They said they felt the owner should have to attend the classes. It sounded like they knew the owner personally. I attended two classes and both times some of the old ladies snapped at my questions. A few other people chimed in and were more than helpful. But the negative vibe I was getting was so unpleasant I just stick to the treadmill. Everyone pays the same fee and the rude women there have no right to be so territorial.
Awesome gym!! Ive been to many fitness centers over the years and this one really stands out to me . Its a nice environment...the staff and members are very friendly. Not a typical meat-head gym. My girlfriend loves the group classes here. Zumba and yoga just are not my thing though lol. I stick to the free weights and cardio equipment. The hours are very convenient too. I think they open really early 5am and close at 10pm on most nights
A good place for excersis, not too much noise and disturbing music, there is enough equipment to do your excersis you dont have to wait on the line, I like their customer service.
Being fit is cheap and has everying you could want from a gym. a pilates class might be nice but everyone has to try angelinas yoga class!!
This is a pretty small gym with older equipment - that being said, they have everything you need to get a great workout. Squat rack, kettleballs, assisted dip/pull up and plain/dip pullup, bench press, etc etc. There are a lot of weight machines as well, but I cant list them as I do mostly free weights. Room for cardio equipment too. Inexpensive, very casual atmosphere. No bouncy anorexic gym bunnies or meatheads (though there are plenty of hella fit men and women), just a lot of locals there for a good workout. The classes range from small to busy, but since its a small gym you still end up getting a lot of individual attention. They are taught by real people who are older and wear tshirt but could run circles around you (or at least me).I really like this place. Inexpensive, minimalist, very cool atmosphere. Clean but old. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, too. Only thing I would change is to have one or two spinning bikes.
Its cheap, but you get what you pay for. Wish it had better hours.
A combination of disrespectful and lazy manager on a dirty place, called Being Fit.
