I didnt have an appointment, and did a Walk-in instead. Tom was very friendly, and helped me with my fingerprints right away. The process was painless, and hardly took any time at all. I would highly recommend this place, if you need any of the services they offer. They do Fingerprinting, Notary, and Passport photos. I was in and out in no time!

Im applying to ESL teaching positions, so I needed to get my fingerprints done. I had a lot of help from Jenny who works here. She was very helpful, friendly, and guided me in the process. I had to drive a bit far to reach this location, but Id say it was definitely worth it because of the overall positive experience I had. Definitely recommend others who want to apply to ESL positions to come here because they not only have expedited CBC options, but also notary and photo services. And I would definitely also recommend to ask for Jenny to help out with the process! Overall, I would be willing to make the drive here again if I needed these services later in the future; good, fast, and convenient services.

Owner is very friendly and helpful. I went there twice, once for live scan and then again for photos. He took 10 minutes for the whole process. He is expert in his field. The office is not visible from the main road and has no big sign board, which makes it difficult to find for the first time.

Great service! needed live scan prints done as part of a grad school application and was in and out in about 10 minutes even without an appointment. Covid safe and the owner was very nice!

There is no sign and this place is very difficult to find. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I left prior to even finishing my cards. Don’t waste your time.

I had a great experience in the place it was my first time and the lady Jeni she was really nice very pleasant to talk with and she answer all my questions in a very nice way, Ill definitely will tell people to come is always so good to see friendly and helpful people specially when is a new place:)

I need a photo with no shadow on the background due to a strict document requirement.My friend recommended me Alive Scan, so I came here. However, the photo still has minor shadow around the shoulders. The lady who took the photo said she couldnt eliminate it. Maybe its acceptable for the passport photo. But if you need a photo with a totally clean background, you need go to other place.

We needed an ink fingerprint. Ronda was extremely kind and helpful to navigate the paper forms. The service was excellent. One thing to keep in mind is that the office is located on the second floor with no elevator (at least we couldnt see one).

Highly recommended! Very friendly staff, open on saturdays 10-3 which is perfect. And everything was quick and easy when I walked in, didn’t even need to make an appointment :) .

Efficient and Tom was very kind and understanding. This was a re-do fingerprinting for me as my prints were rejected (performed at another place in Pomona). He redid a few of mine on the spot to try and minimise the chance of another reject. Highly recommended.

Second time going here: I went previously for a work FBI/ DOJ fingerprinting, and today for the FBI Channeling service. Fast, friendly, accurate, and reasonably priced. He retook my fingerprints to make sure they were good, which is nice because I just got mine rejected from the FBI for poor quality prints (taken at the La Mesa Police Department).This place is located upstairs above that mechanic garage, there are some stairs in the parking lot.

Im sure this place is great, I will be going by later today BUT always call ahead, I have to go back because I didnt and Tom was out of the office. My own fault for not calling ahead!
