Do not use this company. Called a week after scan to find out why the delay. I was told because of the holiday. Kept checking the website for updates. Nothing showed up. Tried calling several times but no answer. Disputing charges because they never ran the background check. Do not use this unprofessional, unreliable company.

The notarization was quick, which is good. But I didnt like how one of your employees is so rude on my husbands friend. He is just serving as a witness and he asked him to go out of the office.

I’ve used AD twice this year. Jan 2018 and Nov 2018. Both experiences were excellent. It was easy to make an appointment on the website, plenty of parking at the complex and no waiting or long waits.Both reps I worked with were pleasant and professional. I especially appreciate the wide variety of appointment times and Saturday appointments.

My experience with them had been absolutely smooth and positive from beginning to the very end. The person who did my livescan was personable and very helpful when problem solving to prevent me from having to make an extra trip. Waste of time. I asked the man in the office if they offered apostille services and he said he didnt know what that was. I showed him his website to confirm I was at the right place, which shows they do offer those services and he said it was indeed their website. So I showed him where it says they offer the service and that you can call for a quote. He said he still didnt know what that was, asked someone named Ashley through a closed door if they offered it and she also said no. No sorry for our website having false information, just we do notary and livescan.
