Website offers times that are not actually available.They Canceled 1 appointment as they didnt realize they were not open and told me I could book for a Monday.Then they canceled that appointment, when I rang they told me they were not open. The man I spoke to was very unprofessional and talked over me the entire time I was trying to tell him that he was the person who told me to book for Monday.Take your money and business elsewhere

I have been coming to this place for years. Always get my notary done here. But over time the service has gone really bad. First of all tried to call a day before my appointment and was spoken to very rudely. I still let it go thinking its ok maybe i caught him at a bad time. But went there to get my notary done and was treated with nothing but rudeness. I remember when he was nice to his customers. Even after such a terrible service he charged me more than he is supposed to. I mean how can you iwn website have a different price and you charge a different one. Really bad service. After going there today i feel i should have just paid the extra money and gone to a place where atleast they respect their customers. I mean even if you go to a bank its free to get the notary and they always treat you with respect. Not even worth paying $12 for such a disrespectful and rude behavior.

If you have a time critical need, be sure you speak with someone to confirm your appointment. I relied on the acknowledgment from Google/Square, and wish that I hadnt.My experience was unlike the many reviews which I read before placing my trust in Signature Notary.I arrived punctually, and was greeted by an elevator that would not grant access to the third floor. After another business owner, on the second floor, assisted by showing a stairwell from floor 2 to floor 3, I was greeted by a locked door and a Ring device (doorbell with video capability) which seemingly did not work (no light, no response to pressing the button).When I called to inquire where they may be, a voice recording explained that they would call back within minutes; waited 15 minutes, and left. Thirty-two minutes later, I received a call from someone asking if I would like to reschedule, and explaining that they had been running a little late this morning.Had they not accepted by booking, or had someone called to explain that they were running late, all would have been okay. This left me in a tight time crunch which has delayed by business, and while only an inconvenience (fortunately), I would recommend others to be wary.

I needed a quick turnaround notary for some documents, and didnt want to wait behind six eBay businesses at the UPS store shipping 20 packages apiece. I made an appointment at 10:00 AM for 11:30 AM, and was out the door by 11:40 AM. Quick, professional, and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

Recently, I needed a Live Scan for a renewal for a professional license, I choose to go to this business.I paid for the Live Scan service including the paperwork I needed for my application; however, I was not given my paperwork. Within 24 hours of the appointment, I left messages in attempt to gather the paperwork to submit my application. I received a response 5 days after I originally began reaching out to the business.I incurred late fees for my application because I was not given the product that I paid for at the establishment. I requested a partial refund of fees since the worker did not give me my original paperwork and/of copies. I was told that no errors were made on behalf of the business when clearly I was not given my paperwork.No apologies were issued to me. The business maintained that it was okay that they did not provide the paperwork that I had paid for...Despite the numerous glowing Yelp reviews, I can tell you this business caused me to have to pay late fees, and they did not display any integrity or business ethics when the mistake was brought to their attention. It has been a very eye-opening experience that any business can charge for a product and only deliver part of the product and say that they did their work. Its like going to a restaurant paying for take-out but not receiving the take-out and the business maintaining an oh well attitude. Please find another notary or Live Scan service and do not frequent this business.In response the character assault to a customer by this business, I did not give written or verbal permission for my private texts to be posted on the internet. I did not give written or verbal permission for my daughter and myself to be filmed, and discussed on the internet.I did receive a $4 discount. I paid $65 for the service.Again, I maintain my review but now I would say if you want to pay for services and then receive retaliation by an unethical business who breaks the law then use this business.

They were a no-show for my appointment for Live Scan fingerprinting. Super frustrating after trekking out there and waiting for 15 minutes, with their voicemail simply stating the user had not set up a voicemail account yet. I ended up going to A.D. Livescan & Notary Services, and it could not have been easier, same price. If you are under a deadline, you should go somewhere else, they are not reliable and an appointment does not mean their office will be open when you get there.
