Inside Farmers Insurance on El Cajon Blvd, Northpark. Very very nice and helpful. Easy to make appointment, fast sercvice and the lady that helped me was really professionalandfriendly - theyre even dog friendly- bonus since it was really too hot to leave my dog in the car. I definitely recommend.

Called to get a quote offer the phone and see how affordable they really are. The lady who answered my call was confused by my question and just blurted out $80. Other places such as a AAA and smaller businesses around the city are far cheaper. Im going to call back later this week and try again because that price sounds very fishy!

I arrive at this location around 1 p.m. in the afternoon. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance. I had to receive a Live Scan service in order to apply for a certain job opportunity. The Live Scan here with affordable and processed fairly quickly. The lady that assisted me was polite and answered all my questions. I recommend this location and one looking for a quick Live Scan service.

And the staff, which consisted of Husband and Wife, were very knowledgable. The finger printing machine was easy, no ink involved. This has been by far the worst service Ive ever received. I had to return twice and both times they were so unwelcoming, short, and rude. The man was on his phone the entire time I was there with both feet on top of the desk while the lady didnt even try and explain the paperwork. Yeah, theyre fast but that doesnt excuse the way they treat clients.

I went in to get ink fingerprinting for my FD-258 card. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.I provided my own FD-258 card from Amazon. I do not know and did not ask if they provided FD-258 cards. Fee was $20 per card.

The process was quick and professional, but I am giving this 3 stars due to the fact that nowhere on their site does it note that there is a $2.00 charge for using a credit card, essentially making their price higher than advertised.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Lynn and Tranh are rude, brash and impatient. Lynn was very rough when doing the fingerprints and didn’t explain the paperwork or any next steps of the live scan process. Lynn will get upset if you ask her any questions. Tranh yells as his customers. They are unprofessional and not recommended. No customer service at all. Negative experience.

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. SO RUDE, like another person said SO UNWELCOMING, on her phone, no greeting. Worst customer service I’ve received.

Poor service. I called and got a mean short answer. I show up and get yelled at.How do you stay in business?

The young woman working here was unnecessarily belligerent toward me, i am very easy going person. She must have a terribly unhappy life, and I feel sorry about that, and sorry for her. She damages the place she works. If you cant be pleasant, positive and upbeat with customers, you really shouldnt meet the public in your occupation. I needed a livescan fingerprint, I went here for that purpose, and politely asked her for two copies to be sent to me. She became irritated that I asked for that and told me she cannot do that, will not do that and Id have to pay twice if I want that. Is is necessary to be so bellicose toward a customer? Normally a business tries to accommodate customers to satisfy them, not create a negative feeling where there wasnt one! She told me to call the number of the California Department of Justice and by the way the number does not connect to a human, it is a recoding, she was passing off responsibility of customer service onto someone else. I hope you will consider finding an alternative location for a live scan!
