10 minutes in and out. This was the quickest livescan Ive ever done. I need it for a nursing license and only had a little bit of time before flying out. I would 100% recommend this place.

DO NOT DO YOUR LIVESCAN FINGERPRINTS HERE. I recently just got a job in San Diego after relocating which required having my fingerprints done. I came to this location where Monique completed my fingerprints. Was supposed to be a smooth process, have my fingerprints processed at the Dept of Social services within 48 hours and get to working right away. It’s been 3 weeks of mayhem and out of work because of Monique. Not only was her handwriting horrendous; careless and messy, but she left out an entire digit from my job’s company number. In turn, the dept of social services rejected my fingerprints and even pointed out her teenage girl handwriting. I called Monique to see about a refund of $94 I payed or resubmission and she got super defensive and was not willing to help. I had to go to a Postal Annex to do them again. She handled the matter very unprofessionally and selfishly. She got loud and talked over me. Terrible customer service/business and an extremely undelightful person. Don’t bother coming here.
