Terrible communication and no respect.Called beforehand to confirm they were open (as stated on Google) and able to fix my issues. A man answers and tells me yes, they are open until 1 pm. I drive and arrive and the building is locked. I call again- no response, call again and the same man picks up. Tells me they can not help me because the industrial building they are located in, is locked. Tells me to take it up with the governor...I understand laws are constantly changing right now and this may be frustrating, but if your business is inaccessible that day - this needs to be stated online as well as explained clearly over the phone.I wouldve accepted the wasted time and money I spent today, if I had been treated with any respect or consideration. But this service - incredibly rude, politically charged and miserable attitude - was absolutely unacceptable for any business. 0/10 recommend.

Called just to ask a few quick questions and immediately had a response of just text me or come in right away. Told him that I only need a few quick minutes to talk about my laptop issues and the man on the phone was very unprofessional

The guy who helped me was super welcoming and thoughtful. He was willing to even stay after hours to help me out!

Called to see if they had a standoff/spacer for m.2 SSD. I said I would give him $10 for one if he has it laying around and he cut me off and told me “Talking to me costs $50.” and hung up! What the heck?! Absolutely unreal for a place that you would think makes customer service a priority. Guess he was insulted that I wanted to give him $10 for a $0.25 piece of hardware and 2min of his time.

BEST REPAIR SHOP EVER. I was having a horrible Monday; my bag fell out this morning and my iPad which I even put a case on had cracked and my iPhone which had already shattered a month ago had just started cutting into my fingers. About a week ago I saw their advertisement on craigslist and thought about coming in.I brought in the iPad mini and my iPhone 6 before I had to rush off to work and the technician there (Pete) told me that they would be done by the end of the day. He asked me for my name, a number to contact me with, and told me that payment would happen after the repair was done (which is nice because they only take cash). I asked how long the repair would take and he told me that he would call to notify me as soon as the repairs were made.By the time that I had taken my lunch break the repairs had been done and I dropped by in order to get my things back. The repairs were beautiful and looked better than the day that I had got them. Im glad that I was able to find their ad on craigslist or else they would have slipped under the radar.The cost of the total repair was $170 (90$ for the iPad Mini and 80$ for the iPhone 6). I will definitely be coming back if I am in need of any tech. repairs! Thanks!
