Derrell helped me with laptop and did a great service I would highly recommend him.

Edit: Note the response by the owner of this company. I guess I should add unprofessional to my list.Darrell is unresponsive, unethical and a poor computer repairman. He was unable to fix my phones or tablets. He returned my laptop in worse shape than he received it and didnt call or respond for ten days at one point. He still has some of my devices and it looks like we may have to go to court for me to get them back. There are plenty of qualified repair people around. Stay away from Darrells. Trust me.

I googled an messaged him late Fri evening. Was able to drop my computer off the very next morning. Within a few hrs...l had my computer back hm fixed. He is very honest, professional and reasonable! I was very pleased to have my computer back up an running quickly.

Derrell was super professional and courteous. He was able to get my PC up and running in less than 2 hours. He even made me a backup to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Price was super fair. I will be using him again in the future for any further repairs.

Honestly, I recommend getting any product fixed by Darrel. I have gotten legit every Apple product fixed by him. From MacBook too iPod. As well as Samsung etc. He always fixes every problem perfectly.. Down from operating to physical problems

OK just checked out his reviews online and I figured I’d give it a shot. I gave him a call and he informed me that he would inspect my computer free of charge and inform me of any damages to the computer. of course i’d have to pay for any repairs but the inspection that was free had me hooked. When i meet him he was very nice and helpful. would recommend 12/10. keep up the hard work derrell.

Derrell was professional and friendly. I have been looking to get my laptop fixed, after looking i found Derrell and i am glad i did. He took in my laptop and found the problem very quickly and did the repairs, while keeping in contact with me about the process. Laptop is running as good as new! Derell was amazing! He performed a miracle, literally. I was so stressed because I had an original tech put too much thermal paste on my CPU and it almost broke my system. The tech tried to get me to send the parts back. I’m glad I got a second opinion because Derell was amazing. He fixed the computer, cleaned off the paste, and got it running like new!He’s going to be my go to if I ever want to upgrade my PC. He’s a fantastic tech and I highly recommend. My laptop started getting restart error messages through Windows 10 over the course of a couple of months. It then went into automatic repair upon boot up, and none of the troubleshooting options I tried worked (including command prompts or resets, etc.). That’s when I started researching computer repair places close by. That’s when I found Derrell’s business. I was worried at first because I was led to a residential area, but Derell was actually a very kind man working from the home! He has a dedicated work area around the back and left the doors and gates completely open, which made me feel safer. (I also had a friend wait outside just in case.) His location is really close to SDSU! About one bus stop over and a few minute walk. He was also accommodating with regular text interaction/ updates as well as flexible for late night meeting times and pick up. As a busy and working college student, I really appreciated the times after class he was available as well as the very affordable price for his service! He worked quickly (within a few days I had it back for school work) and told me my hard drive was corrupted. Instead of automatically replacing the whole thing and charging me for a replacement, he rapidly got back to me after investigating more and found it did not need replacement. He then only charged me for labor and covers his work with a full warranty! Thanks again and I will definitely return if more issues arise with my laptop!

My Dell laptop had a cracked screen and I needed the screen replaced. It was replaced and It was working for about a month then all hell broke loose. The screen would go dark from time to time or even just freeze. I took it back and they were not able to fix it.
