I just paid $9 to fix buttons on a shirt and it came back with one button still missing. She conveniently charged me before I saw the shirt so I paid fully for an unfixed shirt. So annoying! She said I could bring it back but it’s not worth the time. Ugh.

Def a good place friendly

I had used these cleaners a few times before for suits and also some alterations, no issues. However during my 3rd visit I had brought in pants that needed some stitching on the back pocket, similar to a job I had them do before. When I was told they would be ready in 3 days I was given a ticket and was about to leave. I thought I should check how much it would cost. Only then was I told it would be $28. I thought it was a bit slick for them not to tell me how much it was, hoping I would just pay whatever they told me after the repairs were done. Won’t come back since there are places I have since found that do it cheaper and are up front about the pricing.
