I have used this service several times and I am extremely satisfied. I took a brown leather jacket and was so worried it would not come back the same, but they assured me they would take good care of it. They did! It came back looking brand new! I have also taken a comforter because it was too big to fit into my washer and dryer and it was given back to me in a nice bag and very well cleaned. I am not nearby, but I come here because of the sustainable methods they use and I am happy to do so. Thank you Go Green!

I brought in a tie for cleaning, and the manager carefully scrutinized it for stains. The tie was returned to me with a tear right in the bottom front. The manager is blaming me ?? and refuses to make it right. I will NEVER patronize this business again. I advise others to do the same.

Great location which allows you to run additional errands and dropping off or picking up clothes can be the last thing on your list since they are open til 8pm. Service was ok, not great. They are pricey as well. If their service was great, tou wouldnt mind their high rates. I will not be returning and would not recommend. Given them 3 stars because they did deliver on time.

The last couple of times I was disappointed. Brought a linen jacket in for cleaning and it came back with a stain on lapel that was not there when I brought the jacket in. Staff acted put out by my asking to have the jacket cleaned again. Second mishap was a recent mask purchase. I bought a mask a month or so ago. Good quality and fit my small face well. Fast forward to this week. Bought two more and the earlobe loops were so long the masks literally fell off my face. They were suited for sumo wrestlers not regular framed people. When I asked for ones with smaller loops I was shown a child sized mask that wouldnt cover my face. My other option was to pay for shortening them. After paying 17.00 for two masks they wanted to charge another 8.00 to shorten the loops. I left very unhappy and am taking my business elsewhere.

Recently I was able to stop by Go Green Cleaners while coming from out of town and needed to get some errands done for my family. This was my first time there. I took in a king size comforter to wash that had 3-4 small stains that could not be removed by a nearby competitor. Go Green was able to get the stains out and now my comforter looks brand new again!

I would never leave a negative review but this place treated me with such disrespect. The gentlemen called me and let me know they ruined my fairly expensive shirt. I went in calm cool and collected and we came to an agreement I would get my clothes and a check and store credit for the remainder of the shirt. The owner than said he would be keeping the shirt which he ruined. The shirt was a gift and it upset me that after ruining it and he would take it from me. I was upset and raised my voice saying are you kidding. The gentlemen immediately went off on me saying that I was entitled and privileged and came in with white privilege when I only raised my voice out of frustration he wasnt understanding this was a gift to me and not about anything else. His lack of compassion and the fact I wasnt able to find them on the better business bureau and file a complaint concerns me. This place really needs to be investigated.

Been coming here for off and over 15 years they do a wonderful job on military uniforms cleaning and pressing I even had several of my scrub pants hemmed up and never had a problem with the stitches coming out they’ve changed their name since the last time I was there 3 yrs ago but it’s the same ppl working there. Do not bring suits/expensive items here!My fiancé brought in a Hugo Boss suit to be dry cleaned. He requested it to be dry cleaned. The clerk acknowledged it, and put in the receipt that it will be dry cleaned.Then the business WET cleaned the suit and admitted they used a wet clean process. The texture of fabric was ruined, and the suit was shrunken and unwearable. It was almost a $900 suit, and the owner refused to pay for the damage because they only pay 10x the cost of the service and they “would have never taken the suit if they knew it was so expensive.” They also post a sign that they will take utmost care of items, and yet they failed to clean a garment in the manner requested, and also according to cate instructions posted in the garment.In my opinion, they have a terrible business practice and should accept liability for their own mistakes. I’m appalled and definitely want share my terrible experience with them. I will never bring anything here because they practiced such negligence.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I have tried using them for the past year and they are horrible. Their prices are way above average, their service is lousy, and ESPECIALLY do not use them for tailoring or alterations of any kind. They way over charged and did a lousy job.

Very slow service, a few days even just for one item. Expensive as well. And they bring you back dirty clothes

The alterations hours are not great. Tried multiple times to get my pants hemmed and the alteration people arent ever there especially weekends.

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. GO GREEN is the new name for this place, hoping all the bad reviews wouldnt follow the change in name. Not only expensive $3.75 for laundering ONE SHIRT, but the were DISHONEST. I was told 2.50 per shirt, which is alot but I verbally verified and agreed. When I picked up the shirt it was 3.75?? I told them who I spoke to, but it didnt matter. Is that why the company CHANGED BUSINESS NAME

My work uniform is cleaned here weekly. Dress shirts and dress pants are cleaned here as well.

Terrible and dishonest service. When my white shirts were returned to me, the collars were stained brown. I was not offered a forewarning when I picked up the clothes, an explanation when I returned them or an apology at any time. Stay far away from this business.

They had an issue and werent able to finish a job on time on the weekend, but they apologized profusely and stayed late to make sure the job was done that day.

I took my clothes to be washed and it was good that the employees spoke Spanish too! everyone is very friendly and the clothes were ready on time!

My skin is sensitive to detergent and when I brought my clothes they made sure my clothes were odor free!
