AMAZING. Its been a week or so since my detail and my car STILL looks 10/10, my dude not only knows his cars but he does an incredible job at a great price. Incredibly honest, upfront and professional. I wont be going to any other detailers for a while, would recommend heavily.

Henry absolutely killed it on my car! I brought him a disaster and he turned it right around, I dont have any before pics but the car was BAD! Highly recommend and I will be going back!

Took my motorcycle to Henry, my bike was in pretty rough shape from sitting outside uncovered. As you know, if you have a bike sitting outside in the sun it’s not a pretty situation. Sun did work on all my plastics, hard water spots on rims and all other metal surfaces. Anywho, I drop it off with Henry and come to pick it up and there she looks soooo good! Plastic look 100% new, paint shining in the sun, I could see my rims again, and he was able to damn near flawlessly remove my old sh!tty grip pads on my tank!Super impressed with the work Henry! Thank you so much and I’ll be returning with my truck.

Henry and his team are the go-to guys for San Diego. I brought him a car with 15 year old paint and he got all of the swirls out and made it look brand-new. Very pleased with my first time here, for an interior detail and exterior wash and wax of my SUV. I felt the price to be reasonable for the effort involved and quality of the end result I scheduled an appointment in advance and dropped off the vehicle. The location allows for doing anything at Hazard Center, or the short walking path in front of the business takes you directly to Fashion Valley mall (I caught a movie during). Im happy my experience matched my expectations, given all the other positive reviews I saw before trying them out!

The most unreliable company I’ve ever encountered. They have you text them to make an appointment instead of calling. THEY DONT EVEN TEXT YOU BACK. I had to text them multiple times just to try to get scheduled. I’m literally paying you for a service what kind of business are you operating. Then I finally got my appointment scheduled. Day of the appointment no one shows and no one even calls me. I reached back out to the person and they finally told me the driver needed to cancel.....why couldn’t you tell me that, why am I having to reach back you. Then we reschedule and THEY DONT SHOW Againn, and no call. I even tried texting them and nothing. Do not waste your time with these people.

Its a family owned business and i cant say enough when it comes to there customer service and superb attention to detail when detailing your vehicle. Its not the fact that every car they detail looks ballroom ready but when i recieved my vehicle back i personally didnt believe it was my truck lol. Again I cant say enough about there superb service and superior detailing.

I typically clean my own car but being away from home that wasnt an option. For $40 I only expected a decent hand wash. I was pleasantly surprised to get a full exterior and interior cleaning, they even removed and washed the floor liners. Everything was done better than I would have myself. I would highly recommend these guys.

So glad I chose to go with So-Cal! Henry really went above and beyond. I shared with him how I wanted to get my boyfriends car all spruced up before he comes home from deployment....who knows when the last time he had the interior cleaned, if ever! The interior was definitely not in the best shape with several moves, beach days with the doggie, military gear, baseball practice, etc..... I have a tough work schedule to work around and also wanted the oil changed. When I asked Henry for a referral to a nearby spot to get an oil change, he reassured me he would pick up and drop off the car at my work AND could take the car to get an oil change for me!!!!! I am so grateful! His team did a stellar job on the interior, all those nooks and crannies like new again! The exterior looks fantastic as well!!!! Couldnt be more pleased. :)

So i went here about w few weeks ago. They repaired my mercedes benz just like it was new. Its very hard to match paint with these types of cars and ive had some bad experiences. These people are really friendly they got me a rent a car quickly and fixed my car in the time frame they gave me. This place is legit. Thanks SoCal Auto Detail Center™.

Was very excited to get my car detailed here, as every review I saw from multiple sites gave five stars and commended the employees on their kindness and attention to detail. I, however, was not treated with this respect. The man who originally took down my appointment was nice, however, seemed to have failed to write down my problem spots as well as a biohazard that I had warned them about before even scheduling the appointment the previous day. When taking my car in, the man that helped me treated me like I wasnt important enough to talk to and when I tried to state my concerns, he ignored me and walked away. When picking up my car, two and a half hours later (when I was told an hour and a half, possibly two with extra detailing, and never received a confirmation when my vehicle was done) I asked if there were any problems with the trouble spots that I had mentioned previously, and the same man said to me that I should have warned them and that they didnt know. Not sure if its just a horrible miscommunication, but I will never take my money back to this location. Also, when picking up my car, the entire inside smelled of vomit (I want to assume because of the fact someone vomited in my car, but I had already cleaned the door about 3 times with lysol and water and then dry wiped it before bringing it in to be cleaned professionally..) as well as my car door having multiple scrapes on the inside that I know were not there prior to dropping my car off. Especially since its a brand-new, 2017, less-than-a-month-old car, and Ive never taken anything abrasive to that part of the door frame. Im really disappointed and I hope this company can fix their issues with communication and effectiveness because I had really high hopes and Im sure others will, too.

They are terrible at scheduling. Tried three times. They ignored my emails, rescheduled and then cancelled due to weather and then ignored my attempts to reschedule. I have no idea of their quality since dont even have the business sense on how to handle appointments.

These guys do an amazing job of cleaning up a car. My Jaguar XF looked like it belonged back on the showroom floor after they finished with it.

Ive had my SUV washed and detailed twice here, and the gentlemen that operate this business are efficient, accommodating, and thorough. I bought the $50 service both times.
