Avoid getting ripped off by this company. 60$ to get 80% of your vehicle wiped down. The interior was lightly dusted. The exterior was still very dirty with every single dirty spot still intact. Rims still dirty, tiers splashed with armor-all. Exterior was supposed to be waxed and washed. Not waxed, maybe lightly wiped down. Was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait more time after the almost 3 hours they had the vehicle. How does one get a refund?

The wash took a while and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after I had walked off for an hour to do some shopping.Even after all that time, the car wash and detailing wasnt very thorough. I noticed a lot of dirt and debris around high traffic areas, as well as watermarks on my car. Also, I asked about some paper floor mats so I wouldnt get my newly cleaned car dirty again, right away, and the attendant said they ran out of paper floor mats.I wont be coming back here for another wash.

This place is awesome! They treat you like family and they definitely treat your vehicle as if its their own. I have had a membership with this company for a while and valet is included whenever I just need to make a quick stop by. Ben, Juan and Cesar provide excellent customer service. I am really glad I found these guys.

I usually detail my own car but my wife got me Groupon appointment here. When I arrived, no one was there. I called and they said they canceled my appointment due to the rain but failed to email me. Then when I picked up my car at my next appointment and check the detail work, they didn’t even clay bar my car like the deal included. They totally tried to rip me off. So I had them redo it all and had to wait around for another hour. I watched them do it and it was obvious they were never trained or cared about quality detailing work. I only gave them two stars because the young man was kind and offered to redo the work himself. But still the quality and work was bad. I will detail my own car from now.

Irresponsible and unprofessional! Dont waste your time. I bought a Groupon with this company for my husband for Fathers day. I tried calling for 3 weeks with no answer and a full voicemail box. I tried their contact us section with no answer. I FINALLY got someone on the phone this morning and he said that they are no longer with Groupon. Funny, because it is still on the Groupon website for purchase! He said that I now need to spend more time contacting Groupon support to get a full refund. So after 3 weeks of calling them with no answer and a full voicemail, I now need to spend more of my time contacting people to get a refund.

I have a BLACK Jeep and even after a weekend of *light* desert trekking they style make my car pristine. Consistently happy with the results and the people. Also on on point time estimates! Very very lovely place

Another groupon horror story. Supposedly the same service as their ultimate detail, which includes an interior shampoo, wash and wax. Honestly, it was barely a car wash - Im not even convinced there was any wax applied. Still had dried water spots all over it which would have normally been buffed out via the wax application. Even then, the rest of the car was left at an unacceptable level - wheels still had brake dust everywhere, the front and rear bumper were missed almost entirely, and there wasnt any attempt whatsoever at removing even the smallest of bug splatters. Inside, vacuuming was acceptable but the carpets were clearly not shampooed, and several spots were missed on the dash wipe down. As an added bonus, they operate in a parking garage so its dark when you pick up the car, making it hard to spot their shoddy quality until you drive it outside. Do yourself a favor and find some real EcQuality elsewhere. This review is for their Mission Valley location.

The lost my keys and let an employee take them home for a week without calling me!I have gone to the Mission Valley location almost every month for the past year, but this time they lost my key fob! When I asked for them, the manager Malcolm said I never gave them to him. I had to go home and get my spare. I called multiple times throughout the week with no response. I stopped by today, a week later, and he said he found my keys! But when Malcolm looked in the box, he couldn’t find them. Turns out he let his employee take them home! Unacceptable and I feel completely violated. No phone calls, no remorse, and hours of stress and wasted time. I’m disgusted.

I took my car in for an EcQuality Detail and when I picked up my car, my bumper was 5 shades different from my car. Mind you, I brought my car in with my bumper looking exactly like the body of my car. Now my husband has to buff my bumper just to get it looking 2 shades closer. Very upset.

I purchased a Groupon to try this car detailing company and it was awful. I went to Mission Valley as it was close to where I live. My car was still dirty and there was no detailing at all. It was dark so I couldnt tell until I stopped by Target next door and inspected the car once again and they probably just wiped dry throughout the console and dashboard, and barely vacuumed (not shampooed) the floor mats and seats. Definitely not what I was expecting. I had to get Clorox wipes to finish the work. I have pictures of the awful work they did that showed that they did not detail the car AT ALL.

Not the best quality today!! After I left my daughter was pointing out all the misses.. smudges still on outside of the car and windows still having marks... I have been coming here for years and still recommend them I just need to pay more attention when I pick the car up!!
