This is THE place to bring your car! They did paint protection film, tint, and ceramic coating on my new Tesla. They squeezed me in and did a fantastic job. No seams or cut outs on the paint protection film...a true custom fit!

If you want your car/truck/SUV, whatever, to look its best, let Ceramic Pro do what they do. The initial cost sounds high, but not when you consider it will last for a long time. They coated my truck 2 years ago and it still looks like the day I picked it up. I take it back for the annual service which maintains the pop.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 here for a full color-change wrap, chrome delete and a couple interior things. They were really friendly when I was inquiring about the options, and they took a lot of time to walk me through the options and show me pictures and let me see the cars they were working on at the time to give me ideas. Its obvious they have a lot of experience with Teslas and even Model 3s. The price was right around what I was expecting and the work was done quickly.4 months after I had the wrap done I ran into a tire tread on the freeway and it left streaks along the side of the car. Most of the panels needed to be re-wrapped and they were great about working with my insurance to get my claim approved quickly. Again, I was impressed with the service and quick turn around.When they originally wrapped the car there was some wrinkling around the edges on the inside of the side mirrors because of how tightly it needed to wrap around. I didnt mind that much and just assumed it was unavoidable so I didnt say anything. When I picked up the car the second time I noticed that they re-wrapped the mirrors even better to eliminate the wrinkled edges, even thought those parts were not affected by the accident and I never said anything about it. That really impressed me and proves that they care about the quality of their work and are willing to go above and beyond to make things right.I am super glad I pulled the trigger on wrapping my Model 3 and would recommend 5 Point for anyone else looking for the same service.

I’ve gotten both a clear bra and tint applied here and both times they’ve been absolutely fantastic. Dave who dealt with me both times was super professional and super easy to work with. He gave recommendations and made sure I knew how to take care of the products I was getting. If I had issues, he dealt with them personally and courteously. Really the best experience I could hope for with this sort of thing. Will definitely bring my cars back here for paint correction or ceramic coating in the future.

I had an excellent experience at 5 Point. I got my car wrapped in XPEL Stealth for my black car as well as a layer of Ceramic Pro on everything. The team struggled a little with the application of some of the stealth wrap due to the toughness of the material, but they eventually prevailed and compensated me for the minor time inconveniences. They were extremely polite and bent over backwards for me. I highly recommend them for advice and service on protecting your paint.

My husband and I got our car detailed this week by 5 point auto spa. It is like brand new! We are so happy with the work that was done! Everyone treated us so nicely and made sure we were happy with everything. I saw some reviews about rude customer service concerning the front desk, but they must have fixed that because everyone at the front desk was LOVELY! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were personable and friendly. I really cant say enough good things about this company! I would use their services again. For the job they did the price didnt seem too bad, but for some may be pricey. If youre shopping around for car detailing, you cant go wrong here IMO. I have a 2014 Ford Flex that is coated with CeramicPro and completely tinted with Pentagon IR. The salespeople at the Ford dealership says it looks brand new, even with the custom wheels.

I scheduled a Chrome Delete wrap, window tinting and 3 Stage Auto detail with 5 Point. Upon arrival it quickly became clear that they are no nonsense as it relates to TOTAL auto care. Five points does amazing work. I had a ceramic coating applied with a full paint correction and they did an incredible job! I also had a CPX ceramic tent applied 70 front 55 back and it looks great. Really good attention to detail and really nice employees. Its definitely not the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended

I recently purchased a 2007 Audi RS4 that while very lightly used (52k miles), was still 13 years old, and I really wanted to freshen it up and make it my own. After looking around the N. San Diego county auto detailing/ paint care shops I called a few and settled on 5 Point Auto Spa due to high level of services provided, exceptional reviews, and competitive costs. After stopping by the Carlsbad location, Justin recommended a full color correction to remove the 13 years of minor swirl marks and damage to the paint, and I also added a bronze package ceramic paint protection (w/ 2yr warranty) and a ceramic wheel protection. All tolled I paid ~$1600 and it was worth every dollar. The cars paint and wheels look brand new (several car friends have made this comment) and I could not be happier. Also, Justin was a true professional, scheduled me in quickly, provided an incredible end product, and was super easy to work with. Would certainly recommend the 5 Point Auto Spa in Carlsbad location. Great work!

After doing my research and discussing the finer points of their services with their staff, I decided to trust my brand new Porsche 911 to 5 Point for CIR window tinting, full front XPEL clear bra and Ceramic Pro Silver Package. I was impressed with their knowledge, skill, and professionalism. Although I didn’t expect to see much difference between the before and after appearance my new car, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the look of the new paint improved after the paint correction and application of the protection. This experience has changed the way I think about car detailing and paint finish maintenance.

I had my wifes BMW X3 detailed with the sport ceramic coating, along with a door ding taken out at their Carlsbad location. The facility is new, and very well laid out. Both the staff and final product was first class. This was a birthday present to my wife and seeing her reaction to the vehicle when it was pulled around made it all worth it. I have had another vehicle detailed by the Mercedes dealership and must admit it did not even compare. I do recommend this business

This review is severely overdue! We have had two cars (a Model 3, and a Model X) given a full spa treatment by 5 Point. Both experiences have been absolutely top notch!Tl;dr, if you want the absolute best for your car, if you want stellar customer service, coupled with exquisite attention to detail and a company who /hears/ you, if you want the most bang for your buck, and a company that you can rely on, you *cannot* go wrong with 5 Point Auto!We started the process much like we start all processes. Research. Hours and hours (and days, and weeks of contacting different companies back and forth) of research. We knew what we wanted (for the 3, we didnt yet have the X), and we wanted to make sure that we would get /exactly/ that. Between customer service, reviews, value, and getting the one on one attention to our project even before making a commitment, 5 Point was the clear winner, and we began the process.The staff at 5 Point is amazing. Theyre all extremely professional, with amazing attention to detail and precision (even when just washing//detailing!), and they without fail took the time to take care of us and any requests or questions that we had (not to mention, theyre all super friendly! A nice bonus!)The Model 3 was pretty straightforward, we went with paint correction (a must! It costs a bit more, but the results are absolutely worth it!), the full coverage XPel Stealth wrap, tint, UV, chrome delete, and some interior deletion of all the shiny bits. The result was breathtaking. 5 Point made sure that everything was done exactly how we wanted it, and they did it as close to perfectly as possible. Months later, someone hit our (parked) car, damaging the wrap (but protecting the paint! Shout out to XPel for saving us having to get a new paint job!) and 5 Point was able to replace the damaged section easily and quickly, making her look brand new again!The X was a bit more complicated! Having been in the shop throughout the process of getting the 3 done, we saw a white Stealth wrapped car, and I instantly fell in love with it, and changed my mind on the spot about getting the X in gray. When we finally got the X, the plans had evolved significantly. She also got the full XPel Stealth wrap, and chrome delete, however--where the 3 was made completely black, the X was to be completely white. Including the chrome delete (affectionately dubbed white out) and the wheels, with a few bright yellow details thrown in for good measure. Before we even brought her in to start the process (and truly, before we even purchased it!) Jessica went absolutely above and beyond, discussing all the different options with me, researching different paints and styles, helping find or make visual representations (because at the time, there was nothing like what we wanted, and as far as we could tell, it hadnt been done before). This was, again, before we even *had* the car! Where on earth can you find customer service that amazing?! The X ended up with the full XPel Stealth wrap, white out chrome delete, custom painted white wheels and details, custom yellow details (the Ts, the calipers), window//headlight//brake light tint, ceramic coating on the interior white seats (still look as clean and bright as the day we got her! And thats with 4 kids and 3 dogs!),UV protection, the works!Would I recommend 5 Point? Enthusiastically! And we will continue to bring our cars there, knowing that theyll be getting the *best* care, possible!

Took my 2019 VW GTI in for a full frontal clear bra and an IF window tint. The price was very reasonable and they did an extremely clean job of everything. Absolutely phenomenal. I just picked up my Tesla Model 3 today and had a Level 2 paint correction done with the ceramic gold package. The Tesla came out better than it was when I received it from the factory. I couldn’t be any happier with this outcome and it exceeded my expectations in every way.

Im beyond impressed with 5 Points service. I have been using their detailing services for over 10 years. I was a bit taken back when they told me some of their new pricing and services but I gave them a shot because theyve always been so great in the past. I purchased a new BMW X3 and mostly wanted to protect the interior since Im a new mom. I ended up getting Ceramic Pro on both interior and exterior for protection. I also had my windows tinted with a tint that blocks out almost all the heat. I even got the windshield tinted with an almost clear IR tint. Honestly, the tint is amazing. If you have a car that you love I recommend trying these guys. They are super honest and will give you the best value for your money even if you spend a little more than at other places.

I bought a truck last year and the previous owner had smoked in it. After looking around, 5 Point Auto Spa had positive reviews in this area so I decided to try them out. They did an amazing job and got rid of 95% of the smell. I have one of those little tree air fresheners and youd never know someone had smoked in the car. I was very impressed with the quality of service from the employees as well as the work that they did. I would definitely recommend them!

Top quality service, a bit hard to find, but once you do worthwhile. Everyone working there was very professional, courteous, I would say its geared more towards super luxury cars, but all cars would benefit from having service done.

The manager is rude and the front desk is only polite to you up until the point that the car is in their hands.Brought a model 3 less than one week after delivery and purchased the silver ceramic coating package (Type of exterior package: Silver (1 Layer of 9H & 1 Layer of Light) - 5 Year Warranty)I understand that the package I purchased is not the best, so I am not expecting that much. But compared to some other coating qualities it is very poor.Customer service was horrendous upon pick up. I pointed out paint inclusions all over the front of the car that were not visible prior to coating. They immediately blamed Teslas paint job (which is understandably bad) and stated that I probably didnt notice them before because I didnt do a thorough run through before drop off. A small spot on the side vendor was completely missing paint. Again they blamed teslas inclusions that while coating sometimes the inclusions break and expose the paint underneath.The manager is smug, making a comment under his breath in front of me that I already scratched my own car as I opened a door and a bracelet brushed up against it.Upon pick up one of my rims was missing the black plastic cover, they had to run around the shop to locate it. And all my sensors edges were covered in a white dust that could not be removed.Prior to pick up my car was left unlocked in the public parking lot (trunk was not fully closed). And they continued to keep it unlocked as I left the site and had to return at a different time.

I had extensive services done on my 2019 Ford Mustang back on Oct 2018. I have since had the 1 year maintenance done with a few corrective services performed along the way. Every once in a while a service company comes along and restores your faith in what it means to deliver on a promise. 5 Point is one of those companies. They deliver on their promise to make your car look better than when it came off the showroom floor, and they do it within the timeframe they promise, at a price that beats their competition. Their shops are well organized and clean. Their staff is friendly and professional. Everything about the organization makes you feel good to leave your prized possession in their hands. Last year they did a paint correction and ceramic coating on a 5 year old black sedan. The results were amazing. This year they did another black sedan with their Gold Package ceramic coating and also tinted the car. Again, the results are incredible. Go to 5 Point if you want the best.

The owner Adam is a true pro, but it doesnt stop with him. The two ladies at the front desk are efficient, knowledgable and pretty wonderful at what they do. The technicians must be darn good as well, because their repretation is excellent. Both tinting and wraps are an art and they are top notch artist. The true sign of professionalism is how they handle clients that have questions or any issues with their work. I had some small issues and they were willing and able to remedy them to my satisfaction. They are professionals through and through at 5 point. Worth the price in every way. I shopped around and I am very pleased with 5 Point as my choice.

Absolutely excellent. Got the 5-point detail before I sold my truck and it literally sold immediately when I put it on the market. Not to mention, I got 3 compliments on how nice the truck was as I was driving it around before the sale (which, of course, made me not want to sell it).So, if you want to get your car looking BETTER than it did from the factory- the 5-point is the way to go. It took my highly oxidized paint job and made it shine.

Fantastic work, the PPF on my Audi has barely any seams - theyre definitely professionals and their customer service is top notch. Just keep in mind, miscommunication can happen and I would recommend taking the time to review your car beforehand with a technician if possible. Also, if you have factory touchup paint for your vehicle, be sure to bring it with you. They really take the time to prep and beautify your paint before applying the PPF. Just got a new car and wanted to put a good sealant or coating of something on it before the elements got to it. Searched the internet and found out about ceramic coating. Never heard of it. Did my research and was sold on the product. Did an Internet search of the area for detailers who uses this product and found 5 Points Auto Spa. At first I thought it just cost too much but after talking to other detailers (with a shop), I found 5 Points cost a lot less. Visited their new shop in Carlsbad and talked to Lucas and found him to be very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and their shop is very spacious and clean. Lucas explained the product and the process and I was sold. Ceramic coating looks and feels great and it’s so easy to maintain. I’m very glad to have found 5 Points Auto Spa.
