We had Mike do quite a bit of work on our condo-he added in a laundry room where there was a coat closet previously and also was able to plumb the drain into our bathroom. In doing so, he put a new floor in the bathroom and laundry room, completely resurfaced and textured and painted all the walls and all for an affordable price! We also only had one bathroom in that home, and as it was our primary home at the time, he was done with the job in 2 days which was great so we were able to get back life as normal. Mike Herman has done a variety of jobs for me over the years. I have always been happy with the results.
