My client submitted a full price offer, without any contingencies, and 20% down. The sales office verbally accepted our full price offer. My client sold his condo in order to buy this home as well. I communicated regularly with the sales office and they didnt know why it was taking so long for the builder to execute our contract. Finally the sales office reached out to inform me that the developers decided they had made a mistake, and were now refusing to sell the home at the agreed upon and advertised price. This price had been advertised for months in both the mls and online. This feels like a CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH move, classic used car salesman. Then the builder actually had the nerve to ask if we still wanted to buy the home at the new higher price.I have never seen anything like this happening before and it makes me sick for my client. Buy anywhere else EXCEPT NOVELLA and tell your family and friends. The guys in the sales office are great, but the investor and developer obviously dont have their act together or are just plain shady. Either way do not trust these people. Do yourselves a favor and dont trust them with your purchase.
