I understand this is not the businesss fault. Reviews are based on individual experiences. Here is my experience. I tried live chat on their website and called to no avail. They must be busy. Moving right along to the beginning. One of the employees or higher ups lied to my face saying I almost hit him while I threw something away (they were cleaning our area where the dumpsters are). I gently tossed about 10 small screws inside a plastic opened package which landed directly in the trash bin. (WE HAVE THE FULL SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF). It is saved and stored on multiple devices now. My only goal is to call him out for being a fake and a fraud. He was here around 12:40 pm 9/18/2020 with a partner wearing an orange shirt. The man in question was wearing a blue shirt. I do not have his name therefore take that information for what it is. His disingenuous demeaner shined right through him while his partner working with him stayed quite. My interactions with his partner were nearly nonexistent but he seems like a more presentable trustworthy guy that cares about People and his work due to his behavior. Im calling you out Blue Shirt Guy. I know you didnt see that camera there. But it saw you. I would love to see you try to justify your actions with the evidence I have collected. Thank you.

We needed to have some water damage repair done on our front deck here in Eastlake, Chula Vista. When McKowskis Project Manager was contacted - he was responsive and very professional, the repair was assigned and performed by two technicians who were very knowledgeable and did an amazing job as well as completed repairs ahead of schedule! They over price for services, not honest and the LA director Salvador Mendoza is a director that doesnt direct or lead by example only implications and arrogant opinions, he always wants to compare his service to that of PROtec throwing dirt on them every-time he gets a chance. very unprofessional over priced services.
