Although, it is not an easy task, the Bio-Clean Team was able to execute and be competitive at the same time. BioClean was wonderful to work with! Never having had experiences with the needs of these services, Stacy walked me through it step by step. Professional, responsive, and really, REALLY went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet our very tight time frames in order to complete the project. We called several other companies who were willing to do the work and the testing needed but didnt even seem to grasp what the project required...and they wanted me to entrust the health and safety of others to them?! I am so glad I happened upon BioClean. I felt like we were treated fairly, honestly, and paid a fair price. I would definitely recommend them and never call anyone else.

I was going through the hardest most difficult time of my life. To top everything off I had to hire a bio waste removal to clean one of my bedrooms. I called around and I got what I expected. Rude, non caring and way to high prices those are the ones that answered their phone. Out of 15 companies I contacted 5 answer their phone and two call me back (I guess business is great in the Waste removal industry). That change when I called the Bio Clean Team. From the moment they answered their phone there were so polite and caring and they send out someone right away. By the way they were half the price (so I was a little worried at first). The technician arrived on time and was the most amazing individual. She was caring and kept me informed the entire time. I am sorry I forgot her name. (please acknowledge her for me). This is not an easy job. I cant imagine ever doing it. After she was done she calls me to do a walk through. I was very impress with the work.That worry I had at the beginning was for nothing. This is not just a company, this is an extended hand of compassion and care during one of the most horrific times we have to experience as human beings. My fathers passing not only left me in bewildering pain but the manner and attention needed to retrieve his belongings became a daunting feat and as the details began to expose the horrific situation, I had no idea where or who to turn to. Before I even hired Stacy she took many MANY phone calls from myself, frantic and questions in rapid succession, not one time did she showed annoyance, push sales, cut me off or anything. Her easy going and empathic nature truly showed. On top of that, I called her on a Saturday morning last minute and she was there with an amazing young man George, who was just as kind and caring. The two made the overwhelming and tragic experience easier and really complimented one another. I could go on at length about this company, that wasnt just a company trying to capitalizing on your pain, its an all around experience. Giving great compassion yet with transparent professionalism. I showed up, embarking on this unimageable journey and all the while they made me feel as if I were with two close friends. I cant thank the two enough. Stacy is amazing. Stacy is the owner of the company, and so I know that she is extremely busy managing her team, as well as handling all admin and customer service. When I called, none of her employees were available to assist me with my issue, and so she personally showed up within 24 hours to handle the matter herself. I rarely see busy business owners take such an initiative when helping clients with a matter, and I am so grateful for her and her company.5 stars across the board!

Stacy and her team helped us out when our sewage backed up at our condo building. Stacy came out on a Sunday night to assess the problem, and even offered to mitigate that night. Sure its her business, but she was genuinely concerned about our situation, and was helpful even before money exchanged hands. Once the plumber stopped the source of the leak, we scheduled BioClean for the following day. They stayed most of the day thoroughly cleaning up the mess. Our condo management company said that their prices were very reasonable compared to other vendors. This wasnt one of my favorite things to deal with, but Stacy and team made it a lot easier, and we appreciated how thorough they were.

After a recent fall in my home, my entry hall looked like a crime murder crime scene, after returning home from the ER, I knew I needed a profession to clean. While I has at the ER, my dog helped spread the blood to various rooms of my home. I called The BioClean Team, Stacy, owner, was at my home within the hour, she arranged for a team to arrive with 30 minutes to begin the clean-up, restore process. My home has never been cleaner and smelled fresher! Highly detailed work, very professional and polite workers! I highly recommend The BIOCLean Team!

Just wanted to share my experience with this team. I had just purchased a home in desert hot springs in a less than desirable neighborhood . Transients were breaking in the home until I called Tracy who immediately got staff on site for a board up. These were persistent transients so they worked there way back in. When I let Tacy know she without asking said Im out the door and will get this figured out. Once on site she made a recommendation,we conferred and a lasting remedy was implemented.She gives meaning to the words customer service.
