As a restoration contractor we are constantly needing contents moved off-site so we can perform our restoration scope. We exclusively use The Content Specialist. They get an estimate to the insurance quickly, they get approvals quickly and best of all they get the contents relocated quickly, so we can perform services. I always follow up with our customers to ask how The Content Specialist performed and they all confirm their services are above and beyond including their communication style.

Ive been receiving exceptional service from this company for the past 5 years. Theyre able to get somebody on site quickly to evaluate what needs to be relocated and packed up. The pricing is fair and their turnaround time is amazing. My customers are happy I referred the content specialist to help with their relocation needs.

One of the worst packing companies EVER!!! Recently had a flood in our residence. This company was hired as a sub contractor to pack and move our things from our house for new floors to be installed. On the day our things were moved, we received a call notifying us that some of our things had fallen off the back of their moving truck, and were now broken. All together, 3 large pieces of furniture had to be replaced. Things that were fragile and in boxes that “they” packed were broken. I’ve never been so livid! We are a military family and have been moved all over, and never have my things been handled so carelessly. After a few phone calls, the company cut us check for our broken furniture, however, this does not pay for their carelessness on furniture I’ve had for years and throughout my husbands military career. I would not recommend, and if your insurance sends them to your home, don’t even let them in.

I am very pleased with Content Specialists. After a basement flood, when I was stressed and unsure of how to deal with it, Content Specialists really simplified the process for me. They packed everything out, inventoried everything and shared photos online so I could review it all. But what really impressed me was how the team went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to repair an armoire that was broken before the flood, they went to home depot to buy parts for a bed, and they were so patient with my asking tons of questions. Everyone on the team was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Content Specialists.

Between the lack of communication and failure to proceed formally, our experience with this company was more than disappointing. (A little back story is our home was affected by mold and took a very large toll on my health, causing debilitating headaches).To start off they missed their first pick up day to collect our items. We should have taken that as a warning sign. However, the movers were the most pleasant part of the experience. Brian Zanini took our account and information and then abruptly left for a vacation to Europe, leaving us to communicate with Wendy Ann. We made several confirmations about how to handle our items with her and then 2 weeks later we were appointed to Senaida. There was back and forth communication with up to 1.5 weeks in between. This led to 4.5 months passing before they informed us that insurance would not be covering our expenses and that the $8000+ bill would be our responsibility. We had relayed multiple times over this entire period how we wanted to handle our items, but nothing had been done in the 5 months that our items were with them, except our bed had been broken. It finally took us coming in to say we were done and would handle our items on our own. If we had known how poorly things would be handled and how expensive it was going to be, we would NEVER have used them. No prices were shown up front and only 1 piece of paper had been signed during the entire chain of events. When we went to retrieve our items at a scheduled time, no one was available to assist as they had scheduled our pick-up time during a company meeting. Again, we returned the next week at a scheduled time. This time a warehouse worker, Todd, threatened my boyfriend about sending us to collections! This is not only inappropriate, but he has not been involved with our account at all. Once we had started to go through our packed items, there was NO separation of items that had been in less affected areas and more affected areas. Items were either packed with excessive packing material or none at all.I can’t express enough how frustrating it has been to interact with this company as a whole!This is the first time I did not do thorough research before using a company. I was dealing with health/home issues and it skewed my judgement. I regret not looking further into this company and seeing that their own employees are leaving 5 star reviews (on yelp and google), which is illegal by FTC regulations. According to Google Review standards it is also considered conflict of interest. Further investigation led to more accurate reviews with my similar experience at other locations.Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. They are not informed when you call to ask questions but are quick to make appointments.

Amazing company. Flexible and available all the time. Communicative and resourceful. The teams are well trainned and educated in what they are doing. Positive attitude throughout the company. They are hosting a toy drive for those whon would like to participate in bringing by any unwrapped toys for the children who will be at the hospital during this holdiay season, the deadline is 12/21. :)
