We had two bathrooms worked on. One was done under warranty and the other a new remodel of tub to shower. Fernando the installer was one of the cleanest, most dedicted to excellence, and pleasant person to have done my bathrooms. The warranty work was honored by the company in the one bathroom and both baths were done with care and pride. The plumbers were tireless in their effort to finish the unexpected problem they ran into. All in all in spite of having to pay extra for the plumbing problem, I would recommend Rebath to anyone who wants or needs to have bathrooms redone and wants an excellent product installed by excellent service people. Re-Bath just finished our two bathrooms and did an excellent job! The showers turned out beautiful. In the second bathroom we removed a tub and replaced it with a shower. All of the Re-Bath personnel who worked on the project were very professional. I would like to give specials recognition to Sam Ewing, our design consultant/salesman, Mirna Garcia, our production contact, Luis and Jesus who installed the new showers. Thanks to the entire Re-Bath team. We couldnt be more pleased.The Durabath shower walls turned out to be exquisite. They are far superior to tile and are easy to clean without the problem of cleaning grout. They also come with a lifetime warranty. The price of the project seemed to be a little pricey but with further comparison the price was not out of line. But the end result is so good, you will not be disappointed. The only complaint I would have is how long it took to complete the project. I must say, however, that part of it was due to the custom built vanity tops that we ordered to give us extensions over the toilet. We dont hesitate to recommend Re-Bath and know that you will also be quite pleased.

I met with Adam Churnick who came to the appointment on time and explained in detailed everything in order for me to make a final decision. I had previously met with 6 other companies however I decided to go with Re-Bath because of his professionalism and he made me feel comfortable and safe that I was making the right decision. Our house was built in the 70’s and our bathrooms hadn’t changed much since. Needless to say, they needed a lot of work. Our neighbor referred Re-Bath to us noting that their pricing was very reasonable. Being on a tight budget this was very important to us. During our first appointment Alex did a great job explaining their products and helping us with the design keeping our budget in mind. From the office, Mirna was friendly and kept us well informed. She gave us detailed information of who was coming and what work would be done on a daily basis. David, who did a lot of the work and oversaw the work of others, was very personable and respected our personal needs. Having the work done during Covid was a bit scary, but Re-Bath, the plumbers, and painters all maintained Covid safety protocols which eased our worries. We are very happy with the final product and are no longer embarrassed by our outdated bathrooms. Thank you Re-Bath for a job well done!

UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW: we received a call this morning and the door was replaced today. The worker smelled nice and was friendly. Hopefully this door wont be a problem for us. Thank you ReBath! I just wish the communication was better. It makes me nervous about getting things done in the future if needed.I cant recommend this business to anyone. Weve had nothing but problems with the door theyve installed they were pretty good at coming out to fix it at first, but now our calls and emails go unanswered. Its obvious there is some kind of design flaw with our door. It leaks and wont shut anymore. Weve been patient and not acted like Karens but still no response. They offer lifetime warranties, they just dont honor them. Were going to try other avenues to get this resolved but in the meantime, this is how it is. I recommend you try a different company.

Positive experience overall, very happy with my bathroom. General scheduler, lead contractor and sales rep were lovely to work with. Id recommend ensuring any delays to shower door schedule be communicated sooner so there are no surprises. Id recommend to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel and hates grout lines.

I dont usually give five stars to anyone but Re-Bath did a great job. From the consultation to the install went just as they contracted. I would give them a thumbs up on all the folks that helped me. THANK YOU Re-Bath.

Customers service very poor. Communication worse. No follow up with the project. Sold me a shower liner but then on installation day said my shower pan could not be lined after they had already tore out the old one. Replaced it with new pan at no charge but it was a smaller size so now I have 3 inches of bare concrete to figure out. Installer did good work but did not speak english to well. The final product turned out nice but for 3 days I was unsure and anxious. Not a great feeling after dropping $7500. I feel like this company cuts corners with its laborers and gives little value to its customers. In the future I will give my business to someone who cares. I do not recommend taking a chance on the company. It might end in headache!

Waste of time, highly unprofessional and cant set or keep appointment. If this is how they start, why would anyone want to work with them for a remodel of any kind. Disrespectful to your time and unapologetic, steer clear. Should of checked here first to see all of the bad reviews.

Our experience with Rebath was excellent from start to finish. They did everything as promised. Anthony our design consultant was very helpful. He let us know all our options as for as materials down to finacing. The best part was getting it done in less than two days. We love are new shower even more than expected!Update: I dont recommend this company. There is a design problem with our door. It leaks and wont shut. They have a lifetime warranty but they are not honoring it. No communication either. Use someone else for your remodel

Update, they came back and fixed the caulking in one shower.We recently had a leak that required our bathroom to be rebuilt. We had a rebath install from 7 years ago and decided to replace it with the same. Whatever has happened in 7 years has caused this place to go way down hill. The communication was terrible that lead to several install delays due to spacing issues and then when they did finally install they cut the light sockets too large and incorrectly. Now the light sockets cannot be covered completely even by an oversized cover. The pride in work is low and I would recommend going somewhere else.

Terrible. Scheduled an appointment after a lengthy and intrusive conversation with their customer service lady. I called to check on appointment because I did not get a confirmation call and it turns out the appointment was never scheduled. Super upset. Waste of time.
