Shugarmans converted our bathtub to a walk-in shower. Shugarmans had the best options and materials and were less expensive than others I received quotes from. They told me it would take about 3 months to get the materials due to the pandemic, but they received the materials 6 weeks early and installed our shower two days later. Shugarmans communicated with me throughout the process--I never had to wonder what the status of my order or installation was or what the next step was. The installers were excellent and completed the project on time without any issues. The remodel took two days, exactly what they had said it would from the beginning. The shower looks beautiful. Shugarmans customer service is exceptional as well. The day after the installation was complete, the customer service manager called to make sure I was happy with the work and to ensure I had their phone number in case we had any questions and to remind me of their lifetime warranty. The total experience was fantastic and I am so glad I went with Shugarmans and the Bath Planet product. See before and after photos below.

Shugarman’s Bath replaced an old ugly tub with a beautiful walk-in shower. Michael Pankey and Marcus were on time, professional, courteous, and left the area impeccably clean. Michael was very considerate of my mom in consulting with her before installing the seat and grab bars, which was greatly appreciated. My moms new shower is absolutely beautiful!!

A review long awaiting, but outstanding work and phenomenal customer service deserves recognition.I recently bought a home and our guest bathroom has a hole in the tub. Rather than glossing the tub, my wife and I decided to remove the old tub and get a whole new one! After shopping around the San Diego area for bathroom remodeling we came across Shugarsman’s Bath.Came home to our home, explained the process, gave us a quote (a reasonable price!), and even delivered early with a free upgrade. The process was smooth and the outcome was what we wanted!Would highly recommend and I will be using their services again come time to remodel our second bathroom!

There were issues between communication from the salesman to the ordering department on what I wanted my project to look like. I was also promised I would be contacted at each step of the process and I believe all times except once, I had to call them for updates. The original install time frame was off by a month (they said it was delays due to COVID which I understand but still annoying especially since I had to call them for updates on this).With that said the best part was the install. The install guys were great! Respectful, clean, efficient and nice. No issues on the install side, their main issue seems to be on the ordering and sales side. I am happy with the final product.

Was introduced to this company through the home show, and immediately impressed with the staff doing the marketing. Scheduled a consultation, and met face to face within a few days. Unfortunately, I experienced several cancellations due to excessive rain in San Diego. Last anticipated appointment for installation actually happened ahead of time. Installers were very knowledgeable, professional, and cleaned up all areas upon completion. Pleasure doing business!

I had 3 companies visit my home and give me quotes on replacing my old bathtub and fiberglass shower with a new acrylic walk-in shower and glass door with new shower fixtures. Shugarmans had the best materials and were less expensive than the other two, but what meant more was they had a knowledgeable sales person Phillip and he was able to answer all my questions, It took about 3 months due to pandemic issues with suppliers to have the shower installed, but I wasnt in a hurry and the wait was worth it. Tony Resendiz, the installer, was excellent and very professional and his assistant in training Denny was also helpful. They were careful to cover every surface in my bathroom and bedroom with plastic to prevent dust from the demo getting on the surfaces. The remodel took most of two days but there werent any glitches and the shower looks beautiful. I have already referred Shugarmans to two other friends who are calling them for quotes also!!! We recently had two showers replaced and I could not be happier. The work was done quicker than expected. The first shower was transformed from a handicap shower to one that is more functional for our use. They seemlessly moved the plumbing from one side to the other and result is a beautiful new shower.The master bath was a bit more complicated, having to go thru the ceiling to move the plumbing. We also removed part of a wall and added a custom made piece of glass. The end result was beautiful.We are very happy with our choice of using a family run company like Shugarman Bath and take comfort in knowing they back up their products. I would definitely recommend them for your next bathroom transformation.

We contracted with Shugarmans for a Bathtub/shower tear out and a new walk in expanded shower with glass door enclosure.First of all our in home sales presentation was so good and the price and quality of materials were just what we were looking for that we canceled our other appointments and bought there service. The follow up and additional measuring went will and very professional. The pieces were manufactured in a very short time and within a month they began the job. We were a little concerned about the labor and cleanliness and respect for our home and property. With that being said the Men that installed our shower were more than competent and very professional and took extra care with our home and property. Their skill and craftsmanship were impeccable and left no detail undone. They cleaned up every bit of debre and polished and wiped down everything. While I was shopping around for a company that could upgrade my bath in a very cost effective and timely manner. I stumbled across Jeff and his team via HomeAdvisor. They have pretty solid reviews and I was very confident in there abilities to make my vision a reality. Jeff showed up to my home on time as scheduled an we began choosing the materials and methods of payments, while discussing some of my other projects I had going on which they also helped me get the materials for that at very good pricing. Fast forward 4 weeks from then an am receiving a phone call about the install, these guys came in took everything out, checked everything and installed my new bath in one day and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the results.

From the initial phone conversation with Casey, to the actual meeting with the sales rep, to the construction of the project....we had TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shugarmans Bath Remodel did a wonderful job for me. I had an old tub enclosure with shower doors. They removed the tub enclosure and ensured that there was no mold or dry rot, replaced the fixtures, tub and all three walls. Very professional and friendly.
