I contacted them for an estimate for a kitchen remodel and scheduled a consultation for Friday at 11:00 a.m. I wasnt able to answer the initial call from their rep. at 10:59, but called back at 11:03 a.m. I was sent to voicemail, so I proceeded with a text. After 10 minutes I contacted the company to know what was happening. I didnt hear back from no one after that, so I contacted them back at 2:00 p.m. that day to follow-up. The receptionist said the rep. would contact me to reschedule. It is now Tuesday, and I have yet to hear form anyone. This may be a one off, but it was certainly an upsetting experience.

Mark and his team remodeled my kitchen by adding an island, refacing our laminate cabinets with wood veneers and I also had them completely redo a guest bathroom. The glass shower panel they built is nicerthan the one in our master.

I had the pleasure of working with Mark at Kitchen Pros on a modern kitchen project for our new office. Our office is a converted warehouse and the kitchen these guys designed is the perfect statement. They immediately saw our vision when we met with them and executed the design and planning perfectly. We could not be happier with the appearance and quality of our kitchen.

Nothing worried me more than resurfacing my cabinets because the rest of my kitchen was done another local remodeler a few years ago and I was somewhat satisfied with the job. But I didn’t think highly enough of their work to hire them again. Anyway Mark is so personable and he really held my hand through the process unlike what I experienced previously.

The integrity and sense of style was spot on. We had our kitchen and two baths remodeled without knowing where to begin. During our remodeling process, which was the first one we did in over 15 years, we contacted five local remodeling companies. And we were really nervous about the whole thing at first. Mark gave us the best impression and after we confirmed their quality through a few other family friends, we decided to move forward. What we really loved was that Mark recommended we reface our cabinets instead of completely tear them down, which ended up saving us a good deal and it looked better with our overall design.

I’m late to writing this but I hired Kitchen Pros about 5 years ago for a new room addition and a kitchen makeover. Their work is still holding up. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

We were looking for a remodeling company that could install new granite counter tops and reface our cabinets. And we wanted to make sure it all fit into our budget as well as the current design of our home. Kitchen Pros far surpassed what we thought could be done, absolutely awesome!
