I wish I could give them 6 stars. Audio Excellence is by far the best place for any custom audio install. I’m fact they were the ones who would take on the job I had in mind. Throughout the installation Phil communicated with me to make sure the finished product would be exactly like I wanted it to be. By far the nicest people as well!

I have been trying to find a car audio place for over 3 years looking for the right sound. Each place either installed things incorrectly or didnt understand what kind of sound I wanted. Phil sat down with me for 45 minutes talking about what I want to hear and ordered what he thought would work. When I picked it up he sat in my truck for another 30-45 minutes listening to music and helping me tune it. By far the BEST sound system I have ever heard in a car. I am beyond grateful for their work and will be back to add more soon.

I got underglow installed on my 350z about 3 months ago and I love them. Enjoy using them at every chance I get and it brings so much road presence, its a real head turner. They were installed very neatly with no loose or exposed wires.The employees at the store were very professional and got the job done in a short period of time. Let me start by saying that I am very appreciative of the services Audio Excellence completed on my car. I do not just let anyone work on my car as I am very particular about the work completed and usually do all work and maintenance myself. With that being said, the customer service, experience, and product & craftsmanship given was nothing but amazing. I was blown away by the quality of work that was completed.I had a full audio upgrade including tweeters, and all speakers in my car as well as two 10” subs fabricated into my trunk. Audio Excellence also redid my trunk setup since I am running on air suspension and made it look “show car” ready. The audio heard from the inside of the car sounds incredible and has little to no distortion.Highly recommend them to you, and would to any of my friends as well. 10/10

After installing my own system i had some small problems i’ve been to both locations and spoke to Nada in Oviedo and Sammy in Semeron and they are both very very knowledgeable and were able to help. i was also able to talk to TJ at Semeron and he was able to help me figure out my terminal problems overall a very welcoming visit with a great experience.

If i could i would give zero. i got 2 subs and door speakers and amps for both equipment . week later front door speaker stopped working. then they gave me a box that was not ported after i asked for that. then they ordered me another but had me ay for that one. then i jus got fed up and went to the oviedo location because i was told thats were the owner is. so then i got to talkin with him. went a got a appointment for a friday the following week, and told me to go to the other location to grab my box then that manager said its 300 and i said why we switching boxes then he said go to the oviedo location they will credit u. well anyways went to oviedo location got scheduled and then get there at my scheduled time and he was all confused with why i was there and said it would have to get done monday.. and i said no thats unacceptable we made a appointment. then nasa the boss man literllay was screaming at me saying im not patient. not im not wen i scheduled a apointment and literally jus need you to change the box and get the 1 speaker turned on sorry that doesnt take 3 days.. then they got done called me that day. then i got there the front door speaker worked but they never switched the box tht i paid an extra 300 for nor credited me anything so now i have 2 boxes 600 dollars later so bs boxes.. and to make even worse 2 weeks later the same door speaker blew and now 1 sub isnt working.. this guy nasa yelled at my at the top of his voice saying get out of here. i own my own business as well and that is not how handle business that is trashy and unacceptable. spent 3k for thus garbage actually 3300. i talked to a buddy that does competion events and he is doing me a custom box with 4 8inch subs. 6 door speakers and a rewire since audio excellence is garbage and did cruddy bs. and this guy is charging me 2500 and im getting twice the amount of stuff they gave me. please do ur self a favor and stay away from these scammers.

Had a great experience at Audio Excellence in Oviedo today. Called in the morning to ask about getting window tint on my new truck, owner answered was super cool and helpful and told me to bring it on in. So I took the Expedition there at 3:30 pm and by 6:00 pm the owner called and said come get it. The tint looks great, they did a great job!! Customer service was phenomenal, everyone there was super nice and friendly! Thanks, Ill definitely be back.

Honest. Complete honesty. Another shop tried to gouge me because they knew it was an easy fix. A wire came undone that I hadnt noticed. He put the wire back in and sent me on my way. When Im done with college Ill 100% be giving him any business I need done, and I recommend you do the same. There arent many good people left in this world, and this place are good people.

They were very kind and awesome with putting my sound system back into my car. They are very honest. It took a little longer to install in my car but I wouldnt go anywhere else for my box and amp to be installed see you soon for my windows to be tinted.

Called their Semoran location on a Friday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for that upcoming Monday. They finished the installation in under 2hrs. Their prices for kits, converters, installation, etc. are REALLY good!! And the service was A+. Sammie took care of everything and provided exceptional service. Their work/craftsmanship is A+ as well. Not that sloppy work youll get from taking your car to that guy that your friends friend knows. Tuned my amp the right way and even offered to tuned it again for me once the subs have broken in. Would definitely recommend AE to anyone looking for work done on their ride. Theyve got a customer for life here!

I just had these guys do the final upgrades to my 2019 Challenger RT. Ive had the windows tinted, Katskins leather seats installed, and now the new sound system that they put in sounds incredible! There was an issue with a defective speaker the evening that they installed the new speakers, sub, and amp. but, they resolved it the very next morning. Im very happy with the quality, the products, and the service that these guys provided. Two thumbs up!

Was simply amazed. My car can only be updated through an establishment that customizes. Its a Honda Insight and there is no wiring harness. They pushed through all that and brought my 2003 to 2023! May as well be Kit from Night Rider now. Superb work. Incredible management. And the prices exceed fair. Felt like I was dealing with family. The good side 😝.

I had leather seats done in two of my vehicles, a year or so apart. Both times, I was completely happy with my sales experience, and the quality of the install is second to none. I will be returning for a fitted subwoofer install, just as soon as I am able. Their custom fabrications are amazing, and they always have pics of their work for all to see.

I went in about a month ago to figure out what I should get for my 2019 Silverado custom and right when I walked in I got greeted respectfully and they made sure they took care of everything I needed. I could say we sat there in the office for about 45 min going through all the brands and what would work best for me. They made the appointment for my truck to be put in and when that day came I came right when they opened and took me in right away, got it back the same day not even a few hrs later, would 10/10 recommend and make sure you see the owner Nasa an awesome guy to get it done!

The owner and installer went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with a full overhaul of my stereo/speakers. They promised me a price several months before and when I came back he honored that quote. They got me on the schedule relatively quick and finished the install in the time they promised. The stereo sounds even better than I was expecting and I look forward to having them help me with other mods on my Jeep.

I just called and the owner answered. I have been searching for a Bluetooth Android Auto compatible system for my 2014 Honda Pilot for over a year. Nasa said that they dont have the wiring harness for it, but to bring it in and they will figure it out. I love his can do attitude and I will update this review once they install it. Super excited

So I don’t go bashing companies just for my own personal gain. But I would like to warn you about my experience with Audio Excellence.So around September after reading the reviews decided I would use Auto Excellence to have my system installed in my truck. After discussion with the sales rep which knew his stuff when it came to what would be best for what sound I wanted to achieve. I ended up picking out 2 12’s with amp and box which came to be around 1,800 or so total.I really liked the fact that they offered financing which made the choice that much easier, and really appreciated before signing me up told me that they where 3 weeks booked and I would have to wait.So about a day before the install they called me once which was to tell me that my box was on back order which they didn’t leave a message or anything so I had no clue and since I didn’t recognize the number I didn’t answer but still leave a message but whatever.Day of install I dropped off my truck and got a ride to work. Half way through the day I called to check the progress of my truck so I could plan if I needed a ride for the following day to work. I was told that my truck had not even started production yet due to my box being on back order. So now I realized if I wouldn’t have called I would have never known lol. So I was told I could ether come pick the truck up and get a call when the box is ready or they could install 10’s for the time being while I waited for my box to come. I got some push back when I asked why I was never told about this.So after they tried to just sell me the 10’s and tell me the cost would be more so I was getting a deal and wouldn’t have to wait I declined and said that I wanted to wait for my box and if they wouldn’t mind giving me something to listen to...Now I get my truck back and yes I will say the install was flawless. They are true professionals at installing anything you need that they offer.With that being said I referred a friend of mine to get his system done and when he called me and asked about the Financing I told him that it’s the best way to go but to be warned about them possibly saying parts are on “back order” but that they did a great job. When he expressed this to them boy I was Mr. Popular even though it had been 3-4 weeks after install still having 10’s which I did not pay for since I even heard from anyone at Audio Excellence.After promises made by the owner I have never heard from them again and still paying for something that I did not want at all.So to give you a basic timelinePurchased like mid SeptemberEarly October was installNovember was when I was Mr. popularNow January I still have yet to hear from anyoneSo even though I will say their install is perfect and they are true professionals does not mean they are the only ones that can do professional work.They were really excited to take my money but failed at having a good customer service. These guys execute so perfectly! I got all my interior speakers and tweeters replaced, i for my garbage factory head unit replaced with this beautiful 9” Alpine complete touchscreen unit. It’s such a beautiful piece. It’s as if i got a tablet as a head unit. I’m in love! Everything tied in with a nice 12” Rockford sub and box with a 5 channel amp. I mean the system i got is amazing. It’s enjoyable to drive again! For the money you spend and the quality of work you get, you can’t find a better facility to work on your vehicle. The owner was very kind and helped me out. My window regulator on my passenger side broke and I couldn’t get my window all the way up. Due to a lot of inclement weather here in Florida I wanted to get it fixed quickly, I came and he got me setup quickly without an appointment to fix my window on the same day. While waiting for the repair he gave me a ride to my home and then picked me up once it was completed.

Great customer survive and very fair prices. Theyve installed many lights on my car (interior & exterior) along with tint and just recently a full sound system among other accessories. Every time they always manage to over deliver by either adding something extra that I didnt pay for (bass knob with the full system) or by having my car done sooner than expected. Overall extremely happy with both their products and service. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone.

Excellent customer service and very professional work. Took my 2018 Jeep JL for a quote on wheels, and loft kit. Their prices were unbeatable! They told me every detail about the project and educated me on a lot of things I did not know about it. Project was done on time and came out awesome. I was recommended here to have the factory tint on my new truck redone as we all thought there was a defect. Turns out, the guys here were able to take care of the issue within minutes without having to strip off and reapply any tint. So I then asked about getting the Visor Strip done on the windshield and they had it done super quick and did an excellent job. They even vacuumed the ENTIRE interior of the truck. I am very impressed and will definitely be doing more business with these folks.

I have a 2016 Jeep Renegade Sport, and I was looking to have a new touchscreen radio installed. I had gone elsewhere prior and a radio was installed, but it looked terrible, was very slow, and I was told my odometer would always be flashing. It wasnt just on and off... it was flashing quickly and it was VERY distracting while driving. I called Jeepers Den and they referred me to audio excellence. I am so glad they did. I spoke with Phil and he told me to come in to select a radio and schedule my appointment. He went over the different models and prices without trying to pressure me into anything. We found a perfect radio and I came in a few days later to have it installed. He took the time to go over all the features of my new radio and how to use it. I am very happy with my purchase and will be sure to recommend Audio Excellence to my friends.

If I could give them a negative star I would do it. These people are terrible to deal with. As long as you dont have a problem they are fine, but the minute there is a problem they dont want to fix it. If they are still owned by the Arab family I would highly recommend you stay away. This Arabic woman got on the phone with me and accused me of lying when I told her I had a problem with my screens that they installed kept popping out. They refused to do anything to help. From the time they were installed they never worked properly. The one side wouldnt work, then the screens wouldnt stay in the seats. I couldnt believe how the owner acted. I think she may be the wife of the owner. Im really not sure how these people stay in business. I think all the good reviews must be friends of theirs that they get to write reviews. I would run and run fast as far from this business as you can. The owner and staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating of my schedule. I will be using them for all my car audio needs! They did a simple job that left no mess and even vaccumed my truck to remove the dirt on my mats!

My after market HID head light was broken, owner was very helpful and gave me his personal number to keep me updated when my parts arrived. He also moved me to the front of the line since a headlight was more of a safety issue. They were very prompt and knowledge, I will be returning for any of my needs in this department in the future.

After looking at several different installers in the central Florida area I settled on Audio Excellence and Im so glad I did. They installed a Pioneer stereo system in my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer 6 months ago and it has worked flawlessly since. They did a fantastic job. They made the blue tooth microphone and the USB connector look like it came from the factory that way. The didnt try to sell me equipment I didnt need or push the high end more expensive stereos that most dealers tried to do. I told them the music I listened to and my budget and in the end the cost was cheaper than I expected and less than most competitors. Im glad there is still a company out there that does a great job at a fair price and not out to make a quick dollar. I highly recommend Audio Excellence for any services they offer. They stand behind their work.

The folks at Audio Excellence are amazing. They installed the stereo in my Q45 a little over 3 years ago, and the install is not only very professional in appearance, but these guys stand by their work. I had warranty issues with a front component speaker which they promptly handled without cost to me (excluding shipping), and when one of the subs had the surround separate they handled that too. I can not lie and say the price was cheap. It was not, but neither is a Bimmer, Mercedes or anything of actual quality for that matter. I was so satisfied I referred my father who had a stereo and window tint done and he too is pleased with the quality of their work.

Lately our van has been acting like an octopus. Sunny decided that water and mints would cure our dilemma. It sure did help. Also audio excellence is excellent at removing alarm systems for quiteeeeee reasonably pricey!

This isnt just some car audio shop. This isnt Best Buy geek squad install bays. This is a professional vehicle customization chain of four stores through out Florida.Audio Excellence was founded in Longwood Florida by a local to Florida. The wonderful family which created Audio Excellence did a good thing. Audio Excellence created and implements the red/blue strip lighting at the bottom of (nearly) all Ford Explorer police vehicles in Central Florida used for Oviedo police, Winter Park police, Longwood police and so on. This shop graces the customer with the same expert engineering/ingenuity that is given to the state, county and city police interceptor contracts with every build that comes through the door.I found myself wanting to do a little something different in one of my new vehicles I purchased (2019 Jetta). What I got was astounding. They built freeking hidden tweeter pods inside of a non existent faux panel on either side of my front doors between the A pillars and the window. How they did this, I dont know. Its not magic, its just absolutely wonderful ingenuity. Best Buy wouldnt do that.. Best Buy would drill a 1 3/4 inch hole in the door and mount that tweeter just so. Just so you know there is an aftermarket speaker system in the door. Just so whoever gets into your vehicle knows you have the door panel of a 16 year old. Best Buy doesnt build tweeter pods behind fabric that comes out looking like the stock tweeter locations on a BMW or older Range Rovers.Its the little details that count. I will take every vehicle I currently own here over the course of the next couple of months to see what magic they can do. I will also continue to use Audio Excellence for every single new vehicle I purchase, indefinitely.

Awful! Police had to be called to get our car back because price to repair radio was increased $100 when my wife arrived. Police had to tell manager not to speak to her anymore because he was yelling at my wife in front of our young daughter.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Had windows tinted on two separate cars & the jobs were phenomenal! Also had radio/cd/dvd/backup camera all-in-one package installed on 2009 Chevy. Employees were knowledgeable, thoughtful & courteous. I definitely will return for future service. TOTALLY SATISFIED!

What can I say; This is the best place to come for any audio upgrades or issues. They treat you with respect. They are smart and figure out a solution for every problem.

This place SUX. I had a Double Din head unit installed here in DEC 2011. My Audio cable has been messed up for over a year and I just ripped my dash apart to pull out my radio. Finally I get a chance to see the jacked up wiring these people did. They converted my Audio cable into an AV cable, then back into an Audio cable??? And they even converted it incorrectly. Im still confused as to why they did this? So I just took out their conversion cable and put the Audio cable directly into the back of my head unit and now the system works perfectly. They dont solder or use wire connectors for their connections either. They just cut and twist the cables together with electrical tape. Audio Excellence? Far from it. They do radio installs equivalent to that of a middle school dropout. Ive heard that this place does crappy installs on purpose so they can get more money from you when you bring your car back to them. I would stay clear of this place. Ive honestly never heard any good things about them. Oh yeah, my window tint on my Driver window is starting to peel...

There is no one else. This is where you go for anything and everything audio and electronic for your car. Alarm, stereo, upholstery, speakers, LED lights, cameras, space lasers, they do it all and they do it all WELL. Worth any drive and any wait.

These guys are pros for anything audio and they are just really down to earth I made an appointment they honored it they took care of me it was a awesome experience you can chill in their little rating room and watch TV
