Kimberly is very professional and super easy to talk to. I’m very low maintenance with my wavy hair and she was able to help me understand how to use products that will be easy to use for my fast paced lifestyle. I would highly recommend going to her no matter what style of hair you have- she will make you feel comfortable and at ease when you’re in her chair.

This supercuts is awesome. My husband always gets his hair cuts here, and I come here too. Shelby is the best! My 3 year old son just got his first haircut here two weeks ago too. We love coming in, its a very friendly atmosphere. Sometimes a little bit of a wait. But worth it. :)

This supercuts knocked it out of the park for me. My stylist, Jennifer I believe it was, asked me everything I wanted to do with my hair and helped me along the way. I was getting a new hairstyle and she helped me understand the style and process better along the way, making sure I was comfortable with how it looked before she did anything. Great customer service and talking made the haircut feel like it went by fast. My haircut also looks really good. Im very impressed, definitely worth the money and tip (which they definitely earn).

Shelby sorted out my very dodgy haircut I got whilst travelling in south east Asia.She really is great and I Highly recommend her. She had a line of people waiting whilst she was the only stylist cutting hair and she was professional and friendly to everyone.The salon is relaxed and clean. Great visit.

My husband Mike comes here to get his hair cut every two weeks. He will only go to Daniella to ge his cuts. She is very professional and always makes the experience great!

I love Supercuts in PB! I have followed Shelby my hairdresser from three different locations. Supercuts is awesome why go to a high-end Salon when you can get the same Perfection with the haircut 4 1/16 of the price! Their tea tree massages and extra special towel treatments on the face are out of this world! Kiddos to Supercuts Wherever You Are. You guys do an awesome job like the professionals do! Because you are professionals just like them!

Great experience here! I have been to a few different locations before and this one stood out. The stylist did a wonderful job, she was friendly, and most of all I could tell she enjoyed her job and took pride in her work. My next haircut will certainly be at this super cuts.

No one should pay more than $20 for a haircut, that is just ridiculous. I come here and pay $19 for a haircut and it looks just as good as some fancy salon cut. The staff is always super friendly and if you call ahead you usually dont have to wait more than a few minutes if the line is busy.

Had a classic male haircut (short hair on the side, long in the center), still the guy was able to screw it up! I have one side with longer hair than the other, some parts of my head have longer hair and Ill have to go to another place to re-do my haircut. If you want a cheap cut, there are many places better than Supercuts.

Got my haircut and it wasnt terrible but I realized after I left that I wanted a bit more taken off. I called 2 days later and they said they could only trim more if I paid full price again. I would have tipped the haircutter again for sure and even if they offered a discounted price I would have been happy. I think thats a poor way to treat your clients.

First time in San Diego, bit worried about getting my hair but Sarah was very relaxing and did a great job.Would highly recommend!

Some people hate on supercuts but I have never had a bad experience. Their stylists are pretty good for the most part and are super professional. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the wait can get a little long. The other day I was waiting for almost 45 minutes before I could finally get a cut!

I wouldnt take my dog to get groomed here. Terrible experience. The stylist, Ashley, somehow thinks a 1 trim off the bottom means 2-3 off and layers. She didnt consult on what I wanted until after the wash and didnt bother to say a word about her intentions to me until she was in the midst of doing the cutting. To top it off, the face framing layers are not even. The supervisor, Ana Sanfilipo, was completely unprofessional. She asked for me to stop complaining as she didnt want the embarassment in front of other customers, instead of trying to do something to help, and addressed me as Babe. They didnt even dry my hair. I dont understand how these people qualify as professional hairstylists.

Mimi knows how to cut hair exactly like you want it cut. She is excellent!

Worst haircut I ever got!They couldnt follow simple requests. You face a wall so you cant even see how they are cutting your hair.Got a shave and was cut twice.And last but not least, my locks werent even cut at the same height.
