This place never disappoints. The energy is always positive when I walk in. Barbers are great at what they do and I never feel like Im hurried out of the chair. Its always a relaxed and very satisfying experience for me when I get out of the chair. They arent overly expensive and leave room to give a tip which is always deserved. Haircut and Shave is roughly 40to45 dollars and I usually end up giving 55 to 60 bucks with tip included. The surrounding area has places to catch some food or drinks afterwards and its always beautiful woman to show my haircut off to😎 Highly recommend this to become your home barbershop.

Never disappointed, I came in looking for a new barber few months back and I randomly selected a barber hes in the second booth from the entrance. Instant satisfaction I wouldnt go to a new barber if you paid me. Now I just walk in and tell him to hook me up and let him do his thing. I havent been unsatisfied yet. Atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Highly recommend

Accurate clean cuts, local barbers who are a great resource to someone new to town. All hair texture welcome. Great with kids, several fathers in the shop working. Has a strong client base that has been with the shop over 20 years. Jokes, laughter and wisdom being dropped between fun filled debates. Multiple barbers work by appointment, drop-ins welcome.

Been going here for over a decade. Nice, friendly barbershop with a great mix of barbers and clients, I also have my appointment and in usually less then 35 minutes Im out the door. Ask for Will, tell him Al sent you.

Enjoyed my time as a customer at 619. Better than the other 3 or 4 I tried in SD. Enough barbers there where you can find one to your liking.

Service was prompt, the shop was clean and Chris, my barber was pleasant, professional and provided excellent barbershop conversation. I popped in for a beard clean-up and left very pleased with the look and the price was pleasantly reasonable, on par with price seen in other states at less popular shops. Highly recommend.

Great place to get you and your kids haircut. Suggest the barber known as Arvis. He is the owner of this establishment and he does nice haircuts. This is also a nice friendly environment for anyone. All the barbers get along well with each other.

(SEAMED VERRY RACIST)slow and not welcoming place at all, I (would not recomend that Barber shop) to anyone visiting or needing a hair cut in SD.I went to sd for a visit and needed a emergency hair cut waited almost 30 minz and i was over looked after a african american came in and they preferred to take him first other then me while i am Hispanic, idk if it was racial preferences but seamed preety wrong to me just saying ..so i got up and left went to a barber 2 blocks away and that was amazing service .

Stopped in to get a quote for the cost of a child haircut. Spoke with a Barber named Chris. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Chris informed me that a child haircut was between $15- $25. I will go back and ask for Chris.

Ive been too many barbershops across the country and this was the first time i didnt get a haircut. I didnt get a welcome, a greeting, an estimated time, and literally out of the 5 barbers working there at the time not a single person said a word to me. No one offered. Maybe it was the group of barbers working at the time but i judge it as a whole cause they represent the barbershop. Maybe they are great barbers or maybe not but i will never know.

I wanted to get a taper and figured Id give it a shot since the first reviewer gave the fade such rave reviews. Let me tell you I was sorely dissapointed! Not to mention my line looked like it was done by my little sister. I am never going back there again. I am still in need of a good barber shop. Let me know if you know of one.

Hands down one of the freshest cuts ive ever had. Cant remember the guys name who diced me up but he was the first chair. Very nice and friendly. Only slight downfall was yhe price, but other than that, if your looking for a place to keep u fresh, by all means check out 619 Barber Shop!!

Brent is the best

I walked in for the first time and looked around to check out the process (numbers etc.). Nobody said anything, hello, whats up or get the funk out. So I sat, and waited watching ESPN. When the first barber cleaned up and sat down I thought, maybe he is on break. Then the next barber cleaned up and disappeared and never came back. All this while I was waiting and the only one waiting for about twenty minutes, silently. It did not take long to figure out that maybe I had walked into the wrong barber shop. To me this seems childish to turn this into a race issue, but I was the only white person in this place.

Chris did not clean his clippers and he borrowed another clipper from the tall guy next to him and the next day I started breaking out in hives on the back of my head and it is itching and burning every single hour. CHRIS was so rude and disrespectful he kept yanking my hair and pausing to answer his phone every time his girlfriend called it took me one hour to get a cut. This is the worlds worst barber.
