I have spent literally eternity, trying to find more of less reliable company. Having a really bad experience in the past, I was really picky and wanting to know exactly the prices for everything I was showing on my itemized list of work. I believe most of you used to be at least once in the situation when the whole deal was approved... but down the road the prices for the actual repair or materials all of a sudden were growing in a geometric progression. This company gave me an estimate with a right price (in comparesing with others), their tech Wayne came by on time as we agreed on, he checked everything around and completed the repair at the same day. He was polite with a good sense of humor. He did a clean job and everything looks perfect. Finally, for a long time I have found a company whom I can trust to. Thank you for your service and being honest with me.

The technician was able to come by on time and quickly after the service call.However, he gave an overpriced quote without doing a diagnose of the problem himself nor distinguishing parts and labor. I called him out on those and I was willing to have him leave without continuing fixing the problem. Then he backed down and gave us a discount.I wish he were a bit more professional in diagnosing technical problem and giving quote, and not trying to rip us off!

This company went through a great lenght to get our old Williams furnace repaired! I would highly recommend them, Meir, the technician, was thorough in explaining what had to be done. Meir was very clean, he always make sure to wore his boot covers inside our house and took them off when going back out. I will definitely use them again if needed! Overall it was an excellent service and experience.

I really enjoyed the incredible work that the team at San Diego Pro Handyman did for our home. They replaced a dated light fixtures with state of the art pot lights and dimmer switched so that we could be energy conservationists. From the initial plan to the finished product, Greg and his team were efficient, diligent and stayed true to their initial quote. I definitely recommend this company.

Wayne is highly skilled handyman who did a great job on finishing up our drywall repairs, it was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We are really happy about the repair he is done for us, the paint perfectly matched our interior color and you cant even tell where was the wall damaged! A couple days ago their handyman Wayne came by to mount our newly purchased 60 TV. Their price was reasonable and Wayne did a really nice job and apart of that he was very professional and polite. The work was done quick and right, also he helped us to ran all the coming out wires behind the wall. I will definitely be using your services in the future.

A month ago upon turning our Goodman furnace on, we ran into some problems! Thankfully Pro Handyman dispatchers responded to my phone call and had their techician named Andy to come in the same day. Andy was a pleasure to work with in spite of having to work in a very tough and enclosed space. He went great lengths to get our furnace repaired at the same day and didnt charge us extra for being working till late evening! We would definitely recommend Andy and his company to all of our friends and neighbors!

We had San Diego Handyman Services work on a few projects at our house, including TV mounting, securing bookcases to the wall, hanging a mirror and a few paintings. They did an excellent job! We werent sure which TV mount to get and we talked to them on the phone ahead of time to determine the best one for our situation.They came exactly on time, totally prepared for all the work. Yesterday we had Wayne the handyman from Pro Handyman to sort out down the dinning room lights and to replace a couple of ceiling fans. As always Wayne carried out a very professional job and got all the lights working again. I would definitly recommend this company to others!

This this the second time Ive been using the Pro Handyman company for the variety of tasks, and so far they never let me down. Wayne did an excellent job for repairing our drywalls in the living room and also he replaced a broken outlet in the laundy room. As always he was very polite and did a clean and tidy work. For sure we will be using this company again for small and large maintance jobs.

Ive used Pro Handyman for a lot work for my rental properties. Their specialists Wayne, Paul and Meir are extremely professional helping me our with plumbing, elecrician and with furnace repairs, I would sincerely recommend their services to anyone here in San Diego!I want to mention Meir, the Electrician and Heaters repair tech who is not only very competent but also goes the extra distance to ensure that a job is done professionally and to the highest standard.

So far I am being charged $300 plus for a $60 part. I cant seem to get an answer from anyone as to when my dryer will get fixed. This whole experience has been ridiculous at this point.Update: gave me 45 minutes notice, then left a huge mess of lent in my garage (the dryer isnt even in there!) And all over the floor. Never again!

The tech (Paul) and upper management (Alex) have been a nightmare. We called to have someone look at the freezer. The estimate that they gave us was on the high end. We decided not to fix it since it was better to get a new fridge since it was an older fridge. The tech did diagnose the problem and did something to the fridge to not make it work. Long story short, he took off the fan off the fridge and disconnected the cable. He never put anything back in its place after leaving the job. Fridge was not cooling off after he left job in which it was working fine. Freezer portion was the problem. They wanted to charge us for the tech to come out and to fix the problem. Still dealing with them and cannot do the right thing. They cannot take ownership that they were at fault. They were blaming us and tenants. Horrible customer service of management and tech. Please stay away from them if you dont want a headache.

Pro Handyman team arrived on time every day without fail, and they were prepared to do whatever was necessary to complete the project to my satisfaction. The project manager, Alex was great at coordinating the renovations in our kitchen, which were really quite complex and involved the carpentry, the backsplash, the plumbing and the electrical.

High Quality work is the most important part of the job and they providedThe guy Robert, also cleaned up after himself. The work I needed him to do was a little messy and there was no mess for me to clean up.

Didnt speak English and had to call his boss every question I asked. He then MIS-DIAGNOSED the problem on my hot water heater saying it needed a new control valve. He barely even looked at it before that diagnoses. His price was too high, so I called another plumber, who showed me it was leaking from bottom inside which was rusted out. He had to replace the Hot Water Heater. I would NEVER use them for anything.
