Very difficult to get someone on the phone. Trying to repair dishwasher for over a month. Terrible service, waste of your time

Customer service was excellent! The delivery service was also outstanding when our refrigerator wouldnt fit through the front door and we had to remove the door. The delivery men were very patient. The price on the refrigerator was definitely reasonable and it is good quality.

Ive used 911 Appliance a number of times over the past 13 years, for our older washing machine and dryer basically. I wouldnt use anyone else, and wouldnt hesitate to call them for repairs on any appliance I have. A family business, decades of experience, the most honest and trustworthy technicians around. Abe is the owner - he and his crew wont let you down!

Outstanding service! We needed repair for a refrigerator leaking water. Abraham (owner of the company) came out as scheduled to give us an estimate. He is extremely experienced and was able to quickly give us a preliminary assessment of what he thought the problem could be and depending on a few factors, how much the repair would cost. He even offered advice on how we might be able to do some of it ourselves to save money if we wanted and gave us different options. We felt that he was very honest and saved us a lot of money by offering us solutions for sealing the part where water was leaking (in a very robust way so it will last many years) rather than just ordering new parts. He also identified another issue that we had him fix so that the fridge can last longer. I actually know that his prices for the work he did were very good because I researched this and also helped my Mom get a very similar problem with her fridge fixed recently (in another state). The whole experience far exceeded our expectations - we think Abraham is outstanding and runs his company with great integrity - he is someone who has really earned our trust! We plan to call his company for all of our future appliance repairs! He was also just a very nice person and it was a pleasure to get to know him.

Weve used 911 Appliance for several years on all our household appliances. They have saved us a ton in money and headaches.They have always been quick/responsive, honest, and fair on cost.I strongly recommend their services.

I called 911 Appliance Repair on Thurs. Jan 4th at 9:48 AM. To this date, Monday Jan 8, there has been no call back. What good are all the stars after their name, if they dont have a human to answer the phone, or return calls?

I had a refrigerator go bad phoned and called 911 Appliance. Although they have many repair persons, I was very luck and Abraham, the owner, came to check my refrigerator. He did not immediately tell us that he was the head cheese, but it was quickly apparent that he was 1) very smart and 2) had excellent knowledge of the appliance industry, particularly in San Diego.Abraham told us that it was quite possible to repair my old unit, but it would be better in the long run to get a new one. He also recommended Whirlpool for refrigerators because they seldom need fixing and warned us against LG because their circuit boards fail at a very high rate. So, when we bought a replacement we got a Whirlpool despite seeing an LG for the same price that was 2 cubic feet larger.THANK YOU Abraham! You turned away more business for yourself and steered us to the right replacement, all for a $39 visit. Wow!

I am sad to say that after several years of using your company with complete satisfaction ...I no longer will be! This past couple months this has been the worse vendor I have ever had! Nobody ever answers the phone anymore, they dont return calls when you leave a message or enen when they tell you they will find out why the technician never finished the job or came back. I dont know what changed in the last few months but im done!
