We bought a washer and dryer set + a dishwasher about a year ago. They were exactly what we needed and at a good price. I was really impressed at the speed in which they were able to coordinate delivery and installation. Also - the dishwasher set-up in our house didnt turn out to be as easy as we thought it would be. Quality Appliances went over and above to help us figure it out. They also came out a year later (a few weeks ago) to check on a problem we had. We thought that maybe the dishwasher was broken, but it turned out to be an electrical problem in the house and not at all related to the dishwasher. Once again, Quality Appliances went above expectations to help us solve the problem and provided great advice and assistance along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend buying appliances here, especially if you rent your home and are looking for good value and great service.

My husband and I, over the years, have purchased a few appliances from this store. I like the fact that they warranty their used appliances for 90 days. The lady that runs the store is pragmatic and honest. We recently purchased a fridge and requested that the doors be reversed to open left to right which they did no problem. We found after we got it home that the freezer door was not sealing completely when closed. This happens when doors are switched like this because of the seal being compressed on the side where the hinges were. We weren’t sure what to expect when we phoned about it because we had never before had a problem with a purchase from them, but we were very pleasantly surprised when the young man who does their servicing/repairs called us back in a very timely manor and came over shortly thereafter. I won’t go into boring details but suffice it to say he fixed it. Not only that but was very accommodating when I was asking advice about touch up painting for appliances (my stove). He showed my husband how to easily remove the oven door and went to great lengths to explain how to remove the damaged panel and then how to paint it.It’s so nice in this day and age to find someone who goes out of their way to be helpful. We recommend this store and will always be repeat customers.

I bought a very nice used refrigerator from them years ago and it ran for another 15 years. Great quality used appliances. I would buy from them again and again.

Zero stars is what this company should get.I purchased an over the range microwave & they used this company for the install. It took 4 days to finally get in contact with a person that said he was going to do the install, but had car troubles. His resolution to me on scheduling You tell me when you want me to come, with an attitude over the phone. I agreed on a late afternoon install to maybe work with his car issue. He never showed. It was rescheduled the next day because of this. That was delayed another day, because he STILL had car troubles & couldnt do the install. Then 2 days later when he could do the install, he didnt show up at the scheduled time, after promising up & down, this WILL be done tomorrow. i had to track him down and her him say Im on my way, gassing up now, be there in 15 minutes ... he NEVER showed.Called Sears & complained AGAIN over the phone for the 4th time & then receive a call from someone who claimed he was going to get this all squared away... In another weeks time because all the install techs were busy. That day has come & again, NO ONE showed up. Ive called all different numbers supplied by this company & by Sears and magically, no one ever answers. Amazing.I cant believe this is how any company would work.

This is an awesome place to both buy appliances and repairs.

Screw this place,been by it 3 times in 4 days and its never open and on top of that,they refuse to return calls,im taking my business somewhere else!anywhere else,this business is un-professional at best!

My mom has used Quality Appliances for her apartment buildings and home for years. The service is excellent, and the name really bears witness to the fact that you always get Quality Appliances for a great price!!

Just went there to check on dryers cuz I need to replace my gas dryer and the lady was very rude and very unhelpful I do not recommend this place to anybody
