I’ve been having issues with my washer leaking water. Dzmitry came out and identified the problem and was able to fix my washer since he had the parts on hand. Honest, timely and addressed the broken circuit in our fridge with professionalism and courtesy. They do not talk down to you (as a female) and kept me updated on when they were to arrive, and after they left to get the part, calling with updates.

After another repairperson failed to fixed my freezer I contacted with this company. They was helpful on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Repairmen was friendly and it was apparent that he is very knowledgable.To top it off, his price was reasonable and he arrived around the time he said he would (which in my experience never happens with repairmen).

Fantastic service! Called at 8 am about non-running refrigerator that was tripping a circuit. Mike was out the same morning and replaced the broken part. He was friendly, the service was incredibly quick and were delighted we dont have to buy a new fridge. HIGHLY recommend.

Ben was WONDERFUL! He phoned 30 mins prior to arriving and discussed what we had listed on our service request so he knew ahead of time what to expect. He reviewed with us very simply what was wrong and what we needed to do to get our dryer working again(he didnt have the correct fuse). He explained step by step what was needed to be done and said to call him if we needed help. Awesome service !

Ive broken my washing machine. They were the first to respond and were very flexible with their schedule. The washer repair technician was very knowledgeable, patient and very professional through the process of getting my washing machine fixed. Sorry that I dont remember the name of the installer, but the work was first rate! Very easy to schedule and the installer was right on time.He did the installation very quickly and there was no damage to the hood or to the wall. I would hire these guys again for sure.

After reading these positive reviews, I decided to call in this company.Operator answered my call, and repair man was at my home within 10 minutes. He quickly determined the motor for my ice maker needed to be replaced, and had the part in his truck. It was less than one hour from call to finished repair!I was very happy!!!

Pete came by quickly after our call today to fix a screeching dryer. Pete was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient (he must have diagnosed the issue by symptom and model as he had the exact replacement part in his toolchest). Pete also. Nipped a budding problem while he was making the repair and explained everything. Id recommend him to all my neighbors as I hate to recycle large appliances bwfore their time!

Mike fixed my oven in about 30 minutes. He showed up when he said he would, checked a few things before finding the problem and let me know up front what my options were if a new part was needed. Our fridge stopped working over the weekend and we left a message with this company Sunday night. By Monday at 11AM Mike was at my house looking at the fridge. The fridge unfortunately couldnt be saved, but Mike was prompt, professional, and had good recommendations for buying a new fridge. Gave them a call. After speaking with owner he noted it sounded like a bearing and i need a new machine as repair would cost as much as new washer. Most companies would have charged a service call to tell me this.
