So far so great! Couldnt imagine a better place for me and my 2 cats. Close to the beach, close to family and the amenities are honestly so dang sweet. I really like how management keeps working hard on making this place even better. They already installed lights up the dark street and it already feels so much safer and inviting! Shout out to Brooke in the office and my homie whos also named Josh who helped me snag my sweet apartment facing the ocean. Living in San Diego is going to be fun! π
The management team do a good job ensuring the residents are taken care. Today, 09/4/2021 we had a fun pool party which the managers organized and I think that helps to make us, residents, appreciated and valued.I also noticed that if you bring up an issue they will try to quickly take care of the problem.I am a picky person and will bring up my concerns with no problem, and so far they have been responsible and responsive. My daughter and I enjoy the place!Thank you Gambles Point Loma management and maintenance team.Adriana and Valentina.
Absolutely love this location. The office staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to provide community events for the complex, bringing everyone together (when safe to do so, of course)Cabanas by the pool are a nice touch for the near-perfect weather down here in Point Loma. A very nice, quaint place to call home.
If I could give 10 stars I would. From my first inquiry about Gables Point Loma, to signing the contract, Daniel has been exceptional!! Both he and his team are very attentive to all of my (many) questions, they have made the process very easy and smooth. The apartment complex is well maintained, the amenities are great and the location is perfect. Plus theyre pet friendly. Based on the customer service alone, I wanted to move to Gables. We look forward to spending the next 3 years here.
Ive had a great experience living at the Gables Point Loma. Josh in the leasing office helped me with everything and made the move in process very smooth. I highly recommend this complex for the great management and maintenance staff that they have. The community is well kept and I enjoy all the amenities!
I have been living at Gables Point Loma since April 2020, and Im SO glad I made the decision to move here. Daniel, the assistant manager showed me the property. He was so informative and told me things about the property that I would have never thought to ask - and after touring other apartments I knew I wanted to live at Gables. Daniels amazing customer service and attention to detail did not stop once I signed the lease. He is very attentive to the needs of the tenants, and has always been quick to respond. My superior experience would not be the same without him.Im also really impressed by the constant renovations here, nothing feels run-down. In the 9 months Ive lived here Ive seen: windows replaced, new pool furniture, a remodeled game room, tree trimming, elevator renovations, and probably more that Im forgetting about. The property also threw the tenants a Great Gatsby themed party this summer, complete with a DJ, photo booth, and food truck! The apartments are located up on a hill which makes for great views and removes us from noisy traffic. I never hear my neighbors which is incredible for apartment living.Im so happy with my experience so far. The rest of the staff (Josh) and maintenance have been great as well. Any requests to have things fixed in the apartment have been handled quickly even despite COVID.I highly recommend this property!! And dont forget to ask for Daniel if youre touring!
Things have devolved to the point where I had a sit-down with the Gables office team to discuss several issues. I wont do a point by point takedown of the issues, but there is one that is very illustrative of how this place is run.Ahead of the meeting, I spoke with several other residents about any issues they may have that theyd like me to bring up. One consistent issue was the state of the laundry rooms, and specifically the front-load washers. They never seem to get cleaned, and smell to the point where its counter-productive to use them to wash your clothes. Everyone I spoke to said they had brought this to the attention of the office, only to be told theyre the only one to say anything about it.When I brought this issue up, there are three points on this issue: 1) Its incredibly dismissive to tell someone theyre the only ones to point out an issue 2) Its demonstrably false as just a few of the 300-some residents that I spoke with noted this and gave identical experiences with bringing it up 3) The washers indisputably smell bad. When pressed they were pushed to look into the issue, low and behold, it turns out their contract with the vendor didnt include cleaning - it was up to the Gables maintenance staff to do that. Somehow this issue was overlooked for SIX YEARS.How did it avoid detection for that long? Probably the office staff telling residents they were the only one to complain and blaming the vendor. If we had accepted this answer once again, and banded together, this issue would continue to persist, undiscovered. Now, its not a solved issue because I have no reason to believe any of the washers have actually been cleaned. But I digress.Brooke and Josh are personally very nice and I like them quite a bit. Im not sure if theyre overworked, understaffed, or otherwise not given the resources to handle everything that comes with a property thats ~60 years old and ~300 units. But the business plan seems to rely on close proximity to multiple military bases and to catering to them. This results in residents who are here for a year or less in many cases and thus less likely to make a stink about issues before moving on.Pro: great location, good amenities when theyre not closed for repairs.Con: Frequent water-shutoffs (1-2 times per month, on average) to deal with plumbing issues, poor communication from the office, dismissive management, zero response form corporate and a whole lot of repairs and issues that linger for weeks and weeks. Other issues include security gate locks being broken (5 weeks and counting), poor pool management, lots of broken light fixtures, trim, stained carpets in the communal areas, overflowing trash, residents having to point out things that should be standard maintenance, etc etc etc.So, one star star because I personally like the staff here.
The landlords (Josh Ferrel) are really nice and understanding. They are very good at communicating and trying to understand your situation and working with you to keep things moving . Itβs a very beautiful environment and itβs well kept . Itβs a nice place to live .
My boyfriend and I moved in to Gables Point Loma over a month ago, and weβve had a fantastic experience so far. Josh and Daniel are great property managers. Theyβre professional, helpful, and super nice! You can tell they actually care about our experience as tenants. The maintenance team is friendly and timely. Theyβre quick to help us with anything we need. Our move in process was seamless, the community is pet friendly, and I enjoy/utilize the amenities on a daily basis. Weβve also met a few friends living in the community. I couldnβt ask for more. :)
Moved in a few weeks ago, certainly very glad I chose Gables Point Loma to live. Having moved from Hawaii to San Diego on a somewhat tight timeline, I had to do all my walkthroughs virtually. Daniel Martinez and Josh Ferrell are outstanding at their job and were so quick and responsive to any questions or concerns I had.The apartment and the complex are well kept, and the view from my apartment is pretty spectacular. On top of which, the amenities like the gym and pool area great plus. I definitely recommend living here!
Overall an enjoyable, conveniently located community with good amenities, for the asking price, and helpful on site staff. Good apartment layouts, decent kitchen, and decent closet space.Storage and tandem parking are WAY too expensive to be worth it.Laundry is moderately expensive per load.Rent increase per year is very high even for existing residents. It seems like corporate wants high turnover in the interest of maximizing profits.Overall, I recommend Gables Point Loma, and plan on continuing to live here for the near foreseeable future.
Overall, nice place to live. Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the entirety of living at the Gables. Our unit was nicely renovated. Its also in a convenient location, close to many stores. Staff was always friendly and super helpful.
I toured this property with Daniel Martinez who, is quite simply put, amazing! He answered all our questions and was so kind and charming. Sadly, we couldnt fit all of our needs here but the tour was great!
I viewed this property on a tour with Daniel Martinez, the property manager. He was so thorough and so personable, I seriously wanted to be his neighbor LOL! Gables is a really nice place but was it is a bit out of my price range unfortunately.
I canβt say enough great things about Gables Point Loma. The location and amenities are great but what makes it for me is the management staff.Daniel and the rest of the staff really make you feel at home. If youβre looking to move to San Diego this is definitely a great place to check out.
Big shoutout to Daniel Martinez at Point Loma!! He is so incredibly helpful and was able to answer all of my questions whenever I called. He was also able to give me additional information about the property that wasnt even on my list of questions. He went above and beyond, cannot recommend this property and assistant manager enough!
Great location, fair prices, friendly neighbors. Only reason for lack of 5* is lack of security and the amount of petty crime. The staff is very professional.
Brooke Aguilar, Daniel Martinez and Josh Farrell have become family. They always respond to any issue, be it administrative or repair-related, with incredible professionalism and sensitivity. I cannot more highly recommend the Gables at Point Loma. 8 Stars.
Gables is wonderful! Iβve lived here for two months now and am so happy I made the move. Itβs clean, quiet and the staff is excellent! Daniel is great, he has taken care of any questions and concerns Iβve had in a friendly and timely manner. Josh is amazing as well! You can tell they really care about the residents living here and would do anything to ensure a positive experience here at Gables. I am so thankful I chose this place to call home!
My husband and I have lived here for over six months. We couldnt be more pleased. The staff are all wonderful. Any request or issue I have needed Daniel has always responded with record speed. Everyone who works here is kind and truly seems to care about the residents. From day one I felt like everything in my apartment felt new, fresh and clean. I LOVE my view. I get to see the sunset nightly. I know there are several different beautiful views too besides mine. I feel safe here and love the neighborhood. Best of all who wouldnt love the beautiful pool and sundeck area?! Not only is it a huge perk its also kept immaculately clean. There is also monthly paid parking available as well as a locker for your extra belongings that can be paid for at a modest price. Another perk and Im not sure if it the placement of our apartment but I have never heard anyone above or below me. or even next to my apartment. The building all and all has really nice and considerate people living here.
The staff is incredibly helpful and accomodating. Any time I have had an issue or question, they have been very friendly, quick, and responsive. Daniel was so kind and willing to find solutions for me, he was great help making my last minute move out process much easier. The apartment is clean, and the amenities are very nice. The walls are a little thin, so noise from neighbors travels easily-but thats a normal problem with apartment living. There is a bit of air traffic noise from the airport, but you end up getting used to it. The location is worth it because it is so close to point loma, OB, and the FASW sonar school base for all you STGs.The only big issue we had was my husbands road bicycle got stolen in the gated bike storage on the property. The area and the apartment are nice, but I would just suggest storing nice bikes and valuables in your apartment to avoid any issues. The staff was very kind and helpful when advising my husband what to do after the theft, and that was greatly appreciated.Overall, I enjoyed living here. The staff was incredible, the location is nice, and the apartment is pleasant.
We are very comfortable thus far in our new home. It was very clean and a nice welcome packet was left for us when we arrived. Management has been responsive and attentive thus far as well. We moved from Pittsburgh and were unable to tour in-person at all prior to our move and our very happy so far with our choice to live at the Gables!
Ive been living here for a little over a year now, and I love it here. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, the staff is very responsive - both to communications and work requests. The location is ideal, being so close to many things and I appreciate that I dont have to wonder if something will be taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone Ive interacted with here has been stellar, and I couldnt recommend them more, but in particular, shout out to Daniel, whos been awesome in helping me with random requests and questions.
My partner and I were looking for a quiet yet fun vacation home and for many reasons, and we landed here. We did this sight unseen, so multiple forms of communication was a key aspect (among others) that made our decision easy. After researching high rises around the area, you could possibly argue that Daniel (the Residential Manager) is the best at his job - if not all of San Diego. Not only was he timely with responses, but he was kind to acknowledge that moving is difficult as is - especially since we did this remotely. He (and Josh) helped us with large deliveries when we were not physically there.Like the quote, it takes two to tango. Read that again. Meaning BOTH parties have to be a responsive to get results, and results is what we both got. Sign a lease here with Daniel and leave your worries behind. Cheers!
Gables Point Loma has been the most welcoming environment for us and weβve only been here for over a week. When we came down to tour from Chico, CA we knew this was our new home. Daniel was so welcoming and accommodating throughout our whole experience. He made moving across the state feel comfortable and exciting! He truly was the reason we chose Gables and Iβm so excited to continue living here! Highly recommend. Gorgeous views, amazing amenities, and a very safe neighborhood.
Donβt live here. Things will get stolen (2 bikes and a Jeep!) and management will do nothing. Once found a crackhead sleeping in the gym ... three hours later, after notifying βsecurityβ ... nothing. Stay away. Far away.
The Staff are incredible. Whenever there is an issue with maintenance, they are super responsive and always follow up.
So far we love the place! the price is good for the area, the apartment is the perfect size for a couple and the amount of windows in the units make a big difference. Youll always see the maintenance people around making sure everything is good. Daniel the assistant manager helped us pick the perfect unit for us and hes been more than awesome. Hell go above and beyond and will take care of you. He also made our move-in very easy and answer all silly questions we had.
Im in my fifth year at GPL. The pricing is very competitive, especially when considering the residential location and the on-site amenities offered. Other facilities of the area cannot compete on a cost-for-offering basis. Ive checked.
Unmatched customer service. Ive spent the last few months searching for an apartment in San Diego. Ive spoken to dozens of apartment complexes, and Gables is the only one that stands out above the rest.Daniel provided us world class customer service. We had so many specific requests that Daniel went out of his way to accommodate. When working with him, it felt more like working with family rather than a leasing agent. He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our experience. If customer service matters, then no doubt Gables will be the perfect fit for you. Ask for Daniel and you will be taken care of.
I have lived here for almost a year now and have found it a really nice place. The main reason is the location and the staff who are very on top of making this a pleasant place to live, especially Daniel. He has always been very responsive and helpful in answering questions and addressing any issues that arise. Work orders are quickly fixed (within the week) and the place overall is what you want in terms of management. The only thing I would say is a negative is the way packages are handled. Packages are delivered to parcel pending lockers but are often full and the mail room overflows with packages which are sometimes stolen. I have had a few packages that were lost this way.
This is a great place to live and is close to shopping and is by a nice neighborhood. The pool is always clear and clean. They allow pets. Security is available when the office is closed.
Absolutely beautiful complex with pool, hot tub, parking and so much more! Daniel was so helpful and by far the kindest person we had met when searching for a place to live. He gave such detailed information and walked us through the whole complex. I highly recommend this complex!
I just moved in and have been highly impressed with the management team and community. Grateful to have found this place! I have never had such a smooth move in process so this has been a great experience.
Nice people in the leasing office. The process was easy and simple due to electronic signing of lease paperwork. Socially distancing is also followed across the community and within the leasing Anaβs repair staff
I am a resident here and am absolutely going to continue to be so. The leasing office personnel are so friendly and helpful, especially Daniel. He is always smiling and accommodating! In the rare occurrence that I need to call upon the maintenance crew to come to my home, they are efficient at all that they do and so timely and kind. I highly recommend this property.
Very nice apartments, in a great area of San Diego. When I first moved here I was given a tour by Daniel. He was extremely helpful from when I moved in, to the completion of my lease, always a email away. I highly recommend Gables if you are looking for a quality apartment at a reasonable price.
This place is perfect! The staff and community is kind and welcoming. Itβs a safe neighborhood and exactly what I was looking for!
Such a great place to call home. Quiet, clean and good people. My wife and I enjoy living here. Pool, gym, great views and love walking in the neighborhood
Super friendly staff. Very attentive. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Pet friendly.
What can I say other than I love the community itβs beautiful, friendly, and in a great location. Daniel Martinez is always helpful, kind, and if you ever need anything done he gets it done! Check this place out you wonβt be disappointed!
I recently moved to Florida but lived at Gables Point Loma for almost 10 years. The location and amenities are great. My only wish wouldβve been a balcony. Daniel Martinez, the assistant manager of the property has been my saving grace during hard times and really knows how to find the middle ground between protecting the property and empathizing with tenants. I will miss living at Gables.
Professional staff and great rent prices for the area. The leasing office has some of the nicest people that I have ever come across while searching for a property. They are the reason I chose to live here and i am glad I did.
Just recently signed a lease at the Gables and the process was so easy and stress free! Daniel Martinez helped me through the process and was so patient and kind with me! The property is gorgeous but the staff really sets this community apart for me. I cannot thank Daniel enough for all of his assistance, he made the decision on where to live a no brainer!
Well I only lived here for about 5 months and so far all I can say is I love it. Not only is the leasing office helpful and nice here, so are the residents who live here as well. I spend most of my time here grilling and noticed they installed brand new grills, not complaints there. I have not really found anything negative about this place so far but totally worth taking a look at if your in the area. Met all of my goals πππ
Place is great. Clean, well maintained, and the view is great. Lots of sunlight, nicer appliances and amenities than other places in the area. Daniel at the leasing office is great, very attentive and friendly.
I highly recommend The Gables at Point Loma. Angel Sandoval is amazing! Every time there might be a small issue whether d4r blinds or for our refrigerator excetera the entire staff has been most helpful. We love the surroundings and they take great care in the work they do for the tenants. The pool is always clean and they have fun parties where they invite the guests out for BBQ. Thank you to the entire staff for all that you do! I highly recommend this complex.
Just resigned a lease for another 12 months! Gables always meets your expectations/needs and they never let you feel like your voice isnt heard. Daniel Martinez has been very helpful and promptly attentive to any of our questions or concerns. Thanks Daniel!
I cannot recommend Gables Point Loma enough. From the moment we walked into the leasing office and were greeted by Daniel, its been a 5-star experience ever since. We chose an apartment that overlooks the SD hills and valley (the views are unparalleled with almost a 360 view of downtown and the ocean). The amenities are incredible : large pool, warm jacuzzi, clean and stocked gym, laundry on-site, a club house, fire-pit, and propane grills. When we moved in the place, we could tell that it was deep-cleaned to perfection. The move-in procedure was painless, and they were prompt to address the few things that needed to fixed.Special shout out to the staff. Theyve been amazing since day 1. Daniel guided us through the entire process and answered all questions we had. I could sense his genuine excitement and passion for helping people find a happy home. Thank you Daniel and staff! We are happy to be a part of the Gable PL fam.
My family and I have been living here in gables since agust 2018. and we enjoy every day in our apartments. Great neighbors, convenient location, professional management and helpful staff. the pool is nice. the gym has everything you need. and the renovated sundeck is ideal for evening gatherings.
Im loving the Gables! Everything has been great especially the staff. Daniel from the office took great care of us from day 1. I love that there are so many community grills and as a bonus you can see SeaWorlds fireworks from the fire pit!
Iβm happy with the upgrades theyβve been doing on the property! I enjoy using the renovated jacuzzi and BBQβn on the sundeck with all the new furniture. I love the chill vibes of the community & residents. Gables also does try to create community with their events. Highly recommend renting here!
My boyfriend and I have lived here for just over a year now. Originally we chose this place because of the location and the price of rent. It is also pet friendly which is huge for us. The building is old and the units are small-ish for a one bedroom, but the property management company has obviously taken care to update it and make it as nice as possible. All the units have been refurbished and are updated with new appliances and fixtures. Our original experience with the leasing office was exceptional. Daniel Martinez was fantastic with getting us approved and the keys to our apartment within 48 hours. Throughout the year if we had any concerns Josh Ferrell or Daniel were so quick to respond. They both truly care about the residents and strive to solve any problems or concerns you are having. Maintenance requests are always dealt with in a timely manner. I have never had an issue contacting the leasing office to coordinate a maintenance request or express a concern. After a year of living here, we decided to transfer units within the complex. Daniel was super helpful and showed us options that still fit our budget. He was able to get us into a top-floor corner unit on a quiet floor. Daniel was extremely receptive to our needs for a quiet unit. As a dog owner, I am frequently running into Daniel and Josh and they are both so sweet and friendly. The complex backs up onto a quiet neighborhood and I always feel safe walking my dog. I would still definitely would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for an affordable and quiet community to live in! The location is super central to everything and anything you would want to do in San Diego. Apartment living is sometimes difficult, but the staff here has done everything they can to really make it the best experience!
Gables is a wonderful place to live. The staff is amazing and the front office is professional and is always here to help you. they are always understanding.
I have moved in around two weeks ago and so far I love it. Apartment is tiny but have nice layout so all of my furniture fits. It is updated so I adore my new kitchen. Happy to hear that laundry room is being renovated. I am positively surprised that even though this place is dog friendly, its really clean and there is no dog poop. In my previous community no one would clean after their pets and management didnt care at all. Neighborhood is very safe. I am so glad I moved in here and would recommend it to everyone.
Our search for a new home that fit our needs was both lengthy and stressful, however in meeting Daniel at Gables Point Loma, we knew we had immediately found a place to reside. He was kind, informative, and beyond helpful. We did everything we could to sign on the dotted line as soon as possible.Since moving in, we have found the complex well aquainted to our needs. The pool is centrally located, as is the 25+ person hot tub, and the dog park and multiple BBQs provide additional amenities we use constantly. We may never move!
Great location with epic ciew of San Diego. great staff with fast response to issues.
Great Community. They have renovated the apartments, gym, laundry rooms and has new paint. Love how close I am to Downtown and the beach. And the staff is great at responding.
I have lived here for a little over 1 1/2 years. When I moved in, it was amazing, the manager at the time was always willing to help with any problem that you might have. They would work with you regarding y our issues. Crime was not as bad as it is now. The property is NOT SECURE. Vehicles get broken into all the time. I even had someone try to brake into my apartment, while I was home. Management now doesnt care about your safety or the safety of your property. I have had 13 packages, totaling over $700.00 stole from my front door. The current management group is absolutely horrible. Counting the days until my lease is up so I can get the hell out of this place.
My boyfriend and I moved in here a few months ago and we could not be more impressed! Everything is extremely clean and the management is awesome. Anything we have needed, they have pertained to our needs almost immediately. It is a perfect location with great views of the Ocean and a very short commute to downtown and even the beaches. It is a very safe location, and the parking lots are gated. The amenities like the gym, pool and hot tub make it even greater. The community in general is super friendly and I am so pleased to call this place my home. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place in a great location in San Diego
Iβve been living here for 2 years now. The amenities are great jacuzzi, pool, and the gym. The mgmt staff are friendly and easy to work with and the maintenance guys are nice too. Didnβt give the last star because the dryers arenβt the best in the launch room. Other then that love it here!
Moving from the east coast to west coast was stressful enough. Tamara eased the process when filling out the application and dealing with paperwork. She was very responsive and we were very impressed with the property when we moved in as we had only seen pictures and reviews online. Our one bedroom is super nice and renovated. The kitchen and appliances are my favorite and the staff is really easy to work with! The homes in the surrounding area are really nice so you know you are in a good neighborhood and they have great amenities. I would highly recommend this place
Every morning between 7am and 9am there are deafening noises. When you work during the night and you start sleeping at 2 or 3 am it is unlivable. Each morning without exceptions there are huge noises from every where that makes me totally mad.My best advice : donβt come here !We can also talk about the Jacuzzi that never works, the laundry where each washing machine are more dirty than your own stuff you want to wash.
There are plenty of other places to live that have nice amenities for the same price, donβt live here. It looks very nice but the reality is very different. Pool was alway cold, Jacuzzi was always dirty because the jets function did not work. Parking is a disaster, then you pay 75 dollars extra for parking and you car gets broken into even though there is a security guard on the premises. Most of the time though the security guards are staring at their cell phone but stop to harass your guests at the fire pit that only half works (only one side actually works) which is next to the βgame roomβ that had been under repairs the entire time we lived at Gables. Oh and if you want to wash your clothes good luck, have lots of quarters and know which washers and dryers donβt work because they just donβt and there are no signs, your stuff will just be extremely wet. Not to mention they donβt clean up the garbage on a regular basis so there are bug problems but they fix those bug problems by constantly spraying pesticides and leave all the dead bugs all over the place, so itβs extremely attractive. Oh and donβt expect there to be any quick help in terms of maintenance, their people took 3 months to fix our kitchen sink that had a slow leak from when we moved in. And sure itβs a beautiful neighborhood in Point Loma but lots of the tenants have dogs and they donβt pick up the poop even though there are special animal poop receptacles almost every 10 ft, people are literally just too lazy to take the free bags and put their dogβs poop in the garbage. I mean this place is fine if you want to deal with all of that but just to tell it like it is, we have stayed in many different apartment complexes in San Diego and this was literally the most expensive place we have live at and the worst maintained, there is better out there trust me! Oh and just realized you will not get your full security deposit back, they will just charge you for random stuff, but itβs not worth the headache for me, I mean try to call them and get a live person on the line, if your lucky you will get through the third or fourth time you call. We just moved out and we are so much happier, you will be too if decide to live here by mistake!
Ive lived here since October of 2017 and so gar I like it. The leasing office managers have been very attentive and kind. The outdoors is kept in great shape and I love the amenities. The indoor hallways and stairways of the buildings could be kept cleaner though.
On multiple occasions we had people sleeping outside our door. We only lived there for 9 months and had to throw out all our bedroom furniture because the mold was that bad. The bathroom was located in the middle of the apartment so no windows. They had a place for the fan up above but no fan was installed in the bathroom. We also had a leak in the bathroom from the neighbors above us and got moved for two weeks when they said it would be a couple days. Place is terrible, people who work there are nice but the place is falling apart.
I will be moving out this Tuesday 10/31/17 this was my first apartment in California I came here because my husband is stationed here. We are originally from Ohio. The apartment is nice and the pictures on the site are as is. Updated stainless steel appliances, update bathroom. Hardwood floors, tons of storage space. The things I didnβt like the price paying almost 1800 w/ utilities. The bathroom is in the bedroom! Very small apartment probably about 15 steps to walk around the entire apartment. When it rains which it doesnβt really but when it does the rain comes in! Ants can get bad in the hotter seasons but if ur clean u can maintain them, no other bug problems. People are in the pool after hours. We had a game night and about 9pm the police were called. But someone plays loud music every Saturday sounds like a DJ booth also the people in the pool never got in the trouble. Sad to say I assume we got the police called because we are African American but thats not the complex fault. Laundry is 24 hours gym is nice pool and spa are great. I wanted to stay but they wanted to increase our rent 100 and I already feel we are paying too much for such a small apartment with the bathroom in the bedroom. So we are leaving but for the most part I enjoyed you Gables thank you!
Horrible place. Cancelled my contract after only 3 months. I couldnβt live there no more, itβs just disgusting.
The worst place in San Diego. No airconditioner in bedroom, no washing machines. Noisy place. The leasing office managers are rude and unprofessional.Dont ever choose this place. They cheated on deposit.
