Steve came to our house on a Saturday evening after hours after I had been on the phone for over 4 hrs trying to find someone to come fix our AC. I am so thankful Steve was able to come and fix it because it was extremely hot that day. I definitely recommend calling this business for your Ac/hvac repairs. He was on time, figured out problem quickly and fixed it in no time and came on the weekend! All in all it was a great experience, Steve knows what he’s doing and what’s hes talking about and our AC was fixed. Highly recommend them!

I was in a pinch. I was having a open house and turned on the AC and only hot air was coming out. I called 5 different companies and they could not get here before the open house. I call progressive Heating and Air and they said they could be her between 10:00 am and 12:00. Steve Wilmore showed up at 10:05 am. Had to add Freon to the system. There was a slight delay in starting this job because of Covid supply chain problems. Once they got all the parts they quickly scheduled and finished the job. The Tech also did a great job cleaning up after the job was finished. I own income property and Progressive provided me excellent, honest service for many years. I will continue using their company for years to come.

Called for service initially and wanted to make an appointment. The call center went to a person telling me that someone will call me back. Never happened. I followed up with the company and was able to make the appointment. The service person that came was very professional and explained what needed to be done and I went and paid for a service call. The service person told me that I was going to receive a quote for an instalation of a new AC unit in my email. Never happened.Overall I rated a 2 for customer support.

This company is fast to respond and was able to troubleshoot and repair within an hour. They are affordable and polite. I had Gerry Nava come out and he was polite and professional. I highly suggest them if you need a/c or heating repairs/ installation.

Steve Wilmore was our service technician. We had an after hours emergency repair due to my 97 year old mother-in-law living with us during a recent heatwave. Steve was at the house approximately one hour after we called. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. Steve was very professional and friendly. He was concerned due to the age of my MIL. I felt Steve went above and beyond. Steve Wilmore and Progressive did an outstanding job.Many so-called 24 hour service providers were unable to send anyone until the following day! Why advertise 24 hours when they know they cant respond!?I will continue to use Progressive and recommend it to anyone who asks.

The guys at Progressive Heating did it again! I needed to have my AC system replaced to get ready for summer and I decided to also add a new electronic air cleaner. When it came to getting a proposal, Adrian made it easy with 4 system options. We felt that he did not try to up-sell us things we did not need. They honored their bid even when the job required more materials than originally quoted. The installation crew was great...Steve, Eddie and Scott showed up, Steve kept me informed of what they were doing, and every time they stepped in the house they had drop clothes. Five Stars! This company is my regular maintenance company, to keep my A/C and Heating system in working order. I also had them blow in R-60 insulation, and re-do all my ducting. My house now saves lots of money each month in lower energy costs!! Great people!

The technicians were very nice and professional and happy to answer my questions. They came to the conclusion that the capacitor was blown, but when they replaced it, they found no other problems. We waited a few months to post this review to make sure the air conditioner continued to work properly. It has, which means they not only fixed the problem but saved us the thousands of dollars we wouldve spent on air conditioner installation if wed stuck with the other company.

We had a problem with our dishwasher and they came right away and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend everyone to them because they provide the best technique and service! Overall did a very good job, took a few emails to get it going, but Adrian and his team, once the plan for installing a minisplit was set up, came through, and did a very good job for a good price point. I called these guys to set up an appointment. They said they would have someone call me back within an hour to schedule it. I waited 2 hours and no one ever called me back. I called them again to say no one ever called me back. They then said someone would call me shortly. I got a call and scheduled an appt for 2 days later between 1 to 3 pm. On the day of the appointment at the scheduled time, no one contacted me. I called them and they had no record of my appointment. Negligence/incompetence/stupidity.

Wow! How awesome is George?! I called two days ago and let him know that my AC unit had a leaking pan. He was able to schedule me for 945am the next morning. On the phone he told me that typically you arent able to just replace the pan (usually you have to replace the whole unit), but he would come out free of charge to take a look. I dont know of any other repair person that will do a service call free of charge these days.He showed up the next morning on time and was very polite in introducing himself, took his shoes off at the door and started to get to work.Not only did he take a look at the leaking pan and explain my options, but while he was also up in the unit he noticed some plumbing and air vent issues as well. He fixed those because he said he loves being a handyman and fixing things and helping out when he can. So not only was he able to fix the leaking pan, but he also fixed some plumbing and air vent/circulation issues that i had (and had no idea about). SCORE!I will most likely have to replace the entire unit...its about 15 years old now and has run its course. I will most DEFINITELY be giving my business to George at Adrian:)

Overall, the experience very good, and Id recommend Progressive to anyone in a jam.

These people are scam artists. I was given a quote recently to replace an air conditioning unit that is A) not in need of being replaced, nor are the coils or the furnace, and B) less than HALF as expensive to replace if it in fact ever does need to be replaced. We are talking thousands of dollars here. I am shocked. Do not do business with this company! Selecting zero stars is not an option by the way. I am notifying the better business bureau now.

Beware of this company :Had them come over because my old unit was failling they recommended a new unit, Jeremy ordered the unit and had it installed, its been less than a year since installation and ot still doesnt cool.Ive spoken several times with David (owner / manager) and Jeremy, theyll promise to show up or send someone and no one will show up. The unit is still under warranty and since Im getting nowhere with David or Jeremy my next step is to use Legal action to force them to return my money so I can have a reputable company install a new unit.Buyer beware if you do go with them document everything youre going to need it later.
