I had a washer that was making noise and had vibration on the spin cycle.I had A and A come out to check it out. I had also smelled what I thought might be burning rubber, so thought it was a belt . The repairman looked at everything and let me know there was no issue, the belt and wiring were all in good shape.He said the blanket must have been to heavy and unbalanced the load.He also showed me the drain and opened it up to clean it out .Inside, he found a $10 bill !!Final charge was just the service fee of $35.00No upselling a worried customer on parts and labor.His honesty was refreshing !

Tom at A & A Appliances and Air Conditioning Repair came over to fix my oven. He was very fast, professional, friendly and informed me every step of the way what the problem was, cost and time - he over-delivered on all of them! I was so happy we did not have to replace this old stove and it works good as new. I would highly recommend him. His prices were very reasonable and he was able to come over right away. I hardly knew he was here and even cleaned up the mess! (Ive had repair guys leave that to me before.)
