Our unit was installed two years ago, we have never been happy since then especially during summer months in Poway( inland part of San Diego). Robert is pleasant to work wit! sharing this review during spring time of pandemic 2020 as they just sent an email to check on their customers and I forgot to review the service they provided back then. People compiling on appointments and etc bit come on, were all humans some things always slipped unintentional, not all are perfect. If pure looking value, honesty and good work, thats what they do. AC Sure Plan has been extremely punctual and reasonable. Their serivce technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They are problem solvers and are not out for a quick fix and a quick buck. You can be assured to be satisfied. I highly recommend calling AC Sure Plan.
I scheduled an appointment on 8/6/2015. They were due to be at me on 8/7/2015 to attend to my a/c unit. I confirmed their appointment time again in the morning to be between 12-2pm. At 2pm on Friday afternoon they called to say that they will not be coming out and that they would call back to reschedule for another time. No shame in leaving me stranded without an a/c for the whole weekend.absolutley shocking service and disgusting customer service.
I AM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER.I CALLED THEM FOR MY RENTAL UNIT, AT BEGINING OF SUMMER, THEY CAME RIGHT OUT, CHANGED A PART, GOT IT WORKING, AND WOULD NOT CHARGE ME, SAID I WAS A GOOD CUSTOMER.ANOTHER RENTAL UNIT WENT BAD AND TENENT CALLED A BIG A/C COMPANY WITHOUT ME KNOWING. THEY SAID UNIT COULD NOT BE FIXED, AND $7K TO REPLACE. JULIAN SAID IT WAS OLD BUT COULD FIX IT, OR REPLACE IT. I HAD HIM REPLACE IT FOR $4,500. BIG SAVINGS.WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF INSTALLING THAT UNIT, ON HOTTEST DAY OF YEAR, MY HOUSE A/C WENT DOWN, I CALLED JULIAN, HE CAME RIGHT OVER CHECK EVERYTHING FOR OVER 1 HOUR, AND DETERMINED I ICED IT UP FROM HAVING DIRTY FILTERS. HE FIXED IT. THEN WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY THE FIGHT WAS ON AGAIN, HE WOUND NOT TAKE ANY MONEY.NOTE: WHEN PUTTING IN RENTAL A/C THE TENENT WENT OUT, LEAVING HER YOUNG CHILDREN HOME. THE A/C GUYS FINISHED JOB, AND TENENT HAD NOT RETURNED. THEY FELT UNCOMFORTABLE LEAVING CHILDREN, SO THEY WAITED, PLAYING WITH CHIDREN TILL TENENT GOT HOME.TENENT CALLED TO TELL ME THEY WERE THE BEST GUYS SHE EVER MEET.THE CHILDREN KEEP ASKING FOR THEM TO COME BACK.
I called AC Sure Plan to come out and repair my air conditioning system. I paid a diagnostic fee. The technician did the diagnostic and gave a list of parts that need to be replaced. After replacing these parts, he tells me that I need a new compressor and that it will take 24 to 48 hours.
