Awesome Pedicure ! ❤ I was Fortunate to Get a much Needed Mani-Pedi during the Covid-19 Phase.Lucky to get an appointment right away. Staff was Safe Clean and Professional. I will be back. Great for Guys too..They have Soo Many Colors to choose. Will try the Gel next time.

I love coming here. Sure its not a high end nail salon but its affordable. All the ladies here are nice. I come to John for Nails, Lani for wax and eye lashes, she also is great at micro blading, and Lisa or Bebe for pedicure.Honestly everyone here is great.

Honestly, best place for eyebrows. I dont want people to take my wax lady but Lani is the best. She never takes off more than you ask, shes very gentle even if you have sensitive skin, and shes very sweet! Im literally counting the days until this place is back open because I dont trust no one with my eyebrows but Lani.

Throughout this pandemic it’s been really rough being a female who keeps them self up but I came across this salon and they were Very professional very clean very COVID-19 prepared they take your temperature and they ask you to sanitize your hands and you must wear a mask at all times and I totally love that they are practicing social distancing and keeping their clients safe I love my pedicure the lady that did it, did an amazing job and I am in love I definitely will be back so I’m praying they stay open I even recommend a bunch of my friends who have been there and they said the same thing.

My wife goes every three weeks to get her nails and toes done. She is very happy with their work. It is never rush at all. Lisa is one of the best nail tech at this location. My wife is waiting patiently for the shop to reopen from the Covid19 event .

I was always told, dont go to mall spas because they rush the job and do a bad job. Now I know why. The lady that did my nails was very unwelcoming and didnt pay attention to what i wanted to have done. I needed to stop her and tell her not to put fake nails on me. She kept trying to get me to agree to a more expensive service. The job was rushed, and my nails look pretty sloppy. Im pretty sure they use cheap products because my nail has already chipped today. Dont bother. If I could rate a ZERO, I would!!!!

Manicure was okay, didn’t get what I was asking for in terms of color and design but got something similar. I asked for a design and ended up with nothing without letting me know. I would go back for basic manicure, no color, removed cuticles very well.

I loved it my nails came out beautiful. Lisa is the best good at what she does and a wonderful person. The atmosphere was nice. It is in a mall so keep that in mind it is not a quite spacious spa and can get very busy but they make good room of the space and they arr good and quick.

Always have a good experience here with the staff. I bring my daughter with me too, and they help make her feel like a princess! Love the new renovations, it is gorgeous! It is small, granted since its in a mall, but during down times its perfect!

Went for a Deluxe Pedicure. Never going back again. I added an extra 10 minute foot massage for $10 along with the 5 minute massage that was there in Deluxe package and she gave me a total 10 minute massage even after I showed her the list they had. Gel nails cost $15 extra apart from the cost of pedicure. Im okay with that but it is nowhere mentioned in there list and I asked them multiple times for normal nails and no gel. She did not do my nails well either. They are already chipping off in 4 days. She forgot to wrap my feet which everyone else was doing beside me and I had to remind her of that. She followed absolutely no order and ended the pedicure with a cream on my foot and put a towel on the floor which was slippery. I ended up slipping and falling. Another employee was nice and asked me if I was okay but the lady who did my pedicure was just rude and even kind of shouted at me when I asked her the split for the pedicure. $50 and no satisfaction. Ended up going home and soaking my ankle in hot water because of the fall. The review is too long but hope this helps.

This place is horrible. I dont know if they only treat people of color like this, but twice I went in and twice I had horrible customer service. I am a kind respectful woman, both times I went they completely ignored me when I walked in. When I finally talked to them first (Yes I had to start the conversation off first) they told me to just wait. If I didnt speak to them first they wouldnt tell me what to do or how long it would take for them to get to me. This one time and last time they told me to just wait and I waited and waited and they walked past me and ignored me for like 15 minutes as they talked it up with other customers who walked in. They barely even looked me in the eyes. So, I just started going to the nail salon on the first floor. Trust me its better than Perfect Fingers.

Horrible customer service I came in 3 days after I got a gel full set by Lisa to have 3 nails completely come off whole 2 days after I got them done!! And mind you I tipped well I came in on a Wednesday and was told to come in on Thursday to repair it at no charge i come in Thursday and then told to pay after I was told to come back there horrible Im going downstairs instead.

Great customer service! Very warm, welcoming and its really clean. This is a great place to get away and relax in San Bruno. I always feel so good and relaxed afterwards.

Quick, and perfect nails. Gel is very nicely done here.Very knowledgeable about provided advice during session. Pleased indeed

Good pedicure and okay manicure. Think it depends on which person you get. Nice eyebrows though.

Been going to this place for awhile. Today was horrible, she decided that she does not know how to take care of ingrown nails. So I am stuck with my ingrown. To add more aggravation 3 colors I picked she can’t find. I thought I was a patient person but I am ready to go crazy. If I could give a zero I would, next time if my regular manicurist is out I will just consider waiting then having to pay something that is not worth it.

All I have to say is that their customer service sucks! I simply asked for prices and they answered like they were offended. The services I received were not good/professional. My nails were so thick they looked so fake, (not the natural looking long nails). My nails were different shapes they were not all even and some corners were higher then others. I asked for one nail on each finger to be different color and they charges me additional $4 dollars and they put an additional layer which made it look like a cake and it had bumps. They did color on my toe nails for $11 and their nail polish is so cheap that in 1 week they started chipping, when usually it takes 2-3 weeks. I simply wont be coming back and would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

When they get busy then they just rush you to finish it and pay before they put nail polish.... and they mean also.....

They say the sterilize their equipment but they don’t. They put in sterile bags but they don’t actually clean them.

Worst place ever i have been too..too expensive and the important thing is i did my nails yesterday with the gel and today it came off..i didnt like the customer service too..overall its the worst nail fixing place exactly the opposite of the store name
