Due to the nature of my job, I can’t have long nails anymore… but I had a week+ off and decided to get almond style acrylic gel. I have come here for the basic mani/pedi before and it’s been good. But I now know why she comes highly recommended from different friend circles across the Bay… Jennie is not just good, she’s a perfectionist, an artist, and she’s fast. If you want quality work, she’s the one.The shop is small, so make an appointment. And be mindful that there will be a wait at times. But she’s 100% worth it.

My 1st visit I left because I was told I had to wait even though I made appointment. I couldn’t wait and left. I chose to give them another chance and again I made an appointment. I was on time and the girl Sarah I was scheduled with had just started on a walk in. I waited almost an hour and then asked Sarah to please call me next time to let me know and I’ll reschedule. She snapped at me and said to speak to Jenny the owner who schedules me. Jenny proceeded to tell my daughter how can we serve her if all she does is complain. Neither of us will be back. Jenny is rude and arrogant. Both Sarah and Jenny do good work on nails but if you want to be talked down to and to not care in the slightest about your time then this is the place for you!!

Had a great experience. I had trouble at another salon with them not listening to what I wanted. But this salon was very different. I have a crooked toenail so I need it cut a certain way so it doesnt look as bad and the woman made sure that it looked like the rest. Also my first time getting crystals on my toes and I couldnt have been happier with the results

I went in for 2 broken nails and the work was excellent. Even though they didnt have the exact color but she made sure to match as closely as possible. Very friendly as well.

I absolutely love going to Jennies salon. Jennie always takes good care of me when I go there. This is my number one nail salon place to go to. I do not go anywhere else since I found this place. All of the people that work there are so friendly and they take their time to make sure all of their customers are happy when the customers leave the nail salon.

This place doesnt deserve a star. I just left this place to head over to a different nail salon due to their poor customer service. I had a 3:30pm appointment and arrived 3:23pm. They had me waiting outside for 45 mins! Ive never experienced such unprofessionalism and disrespect. They shouldve told me how long the wait will be or suggest I reschedule, instead they had me waiting OUTSIDE in the cold. I highly do not recommend this salon and I strongly believe the good reviews on this page are bought.

Have been to this nail salon a couple times and can’t say enough great things. Small shop (3 pedicure chairs, 2 manicure chairs) and great service. Jennie takes a lot of pride in her work and is grateful for every customer. Top notch all around. Best to call first to make sure she has time for you, she hates making customers wait, and I appreciate that. Great small business with an owner who takes pride in business.

It was my first time there and my daughter took me there for Mothers Day. I found a photo of what I wanted and the owner did my nails exactly how I wanted. I am so happy with how they turned out and will definitely be going back.

I had corresponded for two days for an agreed upon time to get my nails & toes done. Although the people were nice, there was no chairs available and a line to get to me... I wasnt going to get out of there for hours, so I left.

EDIT: Came back to get my nails done because I knew of the quality work this salon provides. I sent a message through Yelp and got a response quickly. I scheduled for Saturday right when they opened at 9. I got there at 8:50 and it was already getting busy. A lot of people came as I got my nails done.I got a full set and the price was $80. They definitely increased their prices since the last time I came, but I know their work is well worth the price. However during my recent visit, the person decided to give me an ombre design on all my nails and I initially agreed, trusting the process. However, I actually disliked it so much I had to ask her to paint over them with the single color, what I originally wanted. I felt so bad, but just be mindful if they begin to do designs, just be firm in what you want. (Because she redid them, I noticed air bubbles and spots of other colors on some fingers due to the ombre.)I messaged Jennie through Yelp and received a response almost immediately. I loved that she was prompt to answer. I made an appointment for 10:30 am on a Saturday for a full set. When I arrived, it was full inside. I already expected to wait a bit since I always do when I get my nails done. Inside is a bit small, but I didnt feel overly cramped.Even though I anticipated a 30 minutes to an hour wait, she actually saw me within 15 minutes. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she finished before 12 pm. I love my nails and how they came out.She was quick, but did an amazing job. I am super impressed by her skills. For four nails with a design, the total was only $65. I gave a pretty big tip since I saw how hard she worked on the design, bringing out three different brushes and four different nail polish colors. I definitely plan to come back to get my nails done here again!

Wonderful technicians and you feel comfortable from the git go! My wife got me a Manicure and Pedicure! Nice!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. They jammed the tool under my toenail and made me bleed. She told me I had ingrown nail. Nope, didnt have one but I probably will now. Left with toe bleeding. The scrub portion was less than a minute as well. Have to pay more if you want longer massage. Will not return.

Best place in south city for acrylic gel nails. Ive tried a few spots since moving out here, and by far they are the best. The Pedicures on the other hand not so good.

Got an acrylic French tip manicure. My nail beds were left a little bleedy and irritated after, and one of the nails was done unevenly so it looks incredibly wonky (I pointed this out early on to the woman but she didn’t fix it).$50 total. For the wonky/ugly nail I don’t think this is worth $50, and I would not go back.

First time coming here for my daughters graduation next week and so happy we did. First set of Acrylic, coffin style. Place was busy thankfully I made an appointment. Arrived 30 minutes early and they took care of us right away.

Went there with my daughter, she want to treat me to a pamper day. My nails were a clear polish over the tips to give the impression of natural nails, she was charged for the pink and white procedure, which of course was more money, when I said no I did not get the white tips done, I was told that I did. Believe me. I know what French or american manicures/fills look like, I only get the clear polish when I have fresh tips on and then do the french/american tips after. I did NOT get the white tips. Also, nails were not glued from underneath to the tips, I now have stuff getting stuck underneath. Will not be back. Jennie did a beautiful fix on another womans nails so maybe you just need to ask for her. I do not want to go back to find out.

Jennie & her staff are amazing! I usually get a mani gel & deluxe pedi (no gel). It’s clean, they’re all thorough, friendly & professional!

I loved this place they did an awesome job and they treated my daughter the same as anyone else as she was getting her nails done as well

There is no reason for you to do appointments you would still have to wait 45mins. If you want your nails done there just do a walk in.

The place was small and the equipment was dirty. It looked like they hadnt cleaned the salon in awhile. I had to go home and wash my hands. I am not returning.
